This company gave me a chance to rent with no credit and as a first time renter. I have been renting with them for five years and never had an issue. They respond promptly every time I send an email. Thank you.

When I first moved here 4 years ago it was really nice and service was Great. Now its hard to get service and someone to answer the phone. They have been alright now that COVID-19 happened. Ive been asking for windows screens for over a year now and still No one has came out to see about it. Im disabled and cant make in office at times and Provider goes and pay rent. I dont understand why I cant get this done or apartment painted, walls are messed up.Other than that they do the best they can I guess...

They are good people to work with, the girl at the office does an amazing job answering the phones and is so professional.

Dont go to these people they lie and ignore your calls!!! I put an application and they wouldnt answer my calls so I went in and they said I was Denied because not enough income! I told them no I make enough income so they re ran our application and said my husband has a bad back ground .I asked before I put my application in if it mattered that my husband had a back ground the lady said it wouldnt a problem at all that they dont check criminal this place just takes your application money

Horrible place do not rent from here. They gave me an apartment that was not ready and said they were gonna fix what still needed to be fixed but never did.

Affordable yes, but no professionalism. The desk attendants responded to my inquiries about viewing with, Its not ready. The vacancies list posted for potential residents read ready now. Both looked puzzled and asked about my income which is presented with the application and asked why did I need a two bedroom if Im single without a co-applicant. Notices about eviction process were posted all over the glass which definitely give an impression of judgement toward current tenants and likely applicants.

No response to my inquiry nor did they even attempt to contact me regarding the message I left as well. Poor experience and

I currently live at one of the properties managed by Rps in Bakersfield , I made a maintenance request only one week , exactly 7 Days later , for multiple things ... including black mold in the kitchen and bathroom . The plumbing is always backed up , there’s no cold water in the bathroom , and my side door has a non functioning dead bolt lock , and is the wrong size door for the space it’s in. I have been calling daily , every hour on the 30 , and no answer. I went into the office yesterday as it is my only day off to do so , and the lights were on and there was talking but a locked door . The office ladies are very nice , but very bad at getting things done. There’s still trash in the front of my house from the previous tenants!As if all that wasn’t bad enough there’s also a raw sewage leak in all the apartments in the complex that their own employees (especially the plumber) , have made note of and let the company know what’s causing the problem. The apartment I’m in has become inhabitable and we will be moving.RPS knew Of the problem and still rented the apartment (against the law) , I have made a health department complaint , as well as a BBB complaint as well .

BEWARE I would not give them a star. These are very unprofessional and scammers. They take your money and deny you with out every doing a credit search. We were denied 2 days before our report was ran. They told me I had 2 negatives on my credit I checked and nothing came back. I called the company to tell them they had not done the search and nothing was on my credit. They finally ran it and then came back and now said my fiancé had a criminal history which is a lie and we have proof. We even spoke with the company that did the background/credit check and they told us they did not find anything on his record. How do you deny people 2 days before you do the credit search and lie about whats on they credit and background. Once confronted they denied everything and was extremely rude. If I never called them out they would have never did the search BEWARE they are scammers who take peoples money for credit checks. They lied numerous time and even thought it was funny had a smirk on there face the whole conversation. They denied giving me corporates number.

Nice people excellent service

If your credit is bad this place will definitely rent to you but dont expect them to answer their phone or have maintenance out for any repairs in a timely manner, oh and if they do come out for repairs they dont clean up after themselves, they came to change out the water heater took him 6-7 hours after he said he would be back in one hour to change it, then when he left, he left the old water heater in our front yard and the cardboard to the new one just thrown in the back yard, if I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible environment. Not safe! Cars in secure gate get broken windows more often than not. Drive by shooting, loitering, TRASHY, not kept up. Almost no response when calling. Fence jumping and just not a friendly place to call home. I dont recommend this place for anyone faint of heart.

Service is disgusting.. They never answer the phone.. You trying to take the rent n they are always closed when i go... The owners of who have properties with them should check things out because alot of people are not happy with that they do

Never answer their pphone, BUg infested, Maintenance guys are bad with sticking to schedule meet times to fix stuff around property. Front office nice but are not punctual with calling people back or notifying of issues that need follow ups. owner of property is hard to reach to even approve the issues that need fixing. Even the pool was shut down by county due to the poor maintence of it.

Words can’t even describe how disgusting this management is . The reviews are true I thought I’d see for myself and it’s the biggest regret in my life . First break ins . And I had to ask for a transfer and they charged me - $100 fee just to transfer me to another place that’s infested with rats and will not do anything about it . This management should definitely be closed down . So unprofessional and definitely not a place to call home . Seriously can’t wait to see them closed down !!

These people will jerk you around on your application until its too late and you are homeless. They never answer their phones. Avoid at all costs.
