After reading over Google reviews for different property management companies and seeing some really great feedback for Bakersfield Property Solutions, I decided to call in to inquire about a home that was listed on the website. I was greeted on the phone by Shannon. Shannon was so sweet and super informative about the property. She was so nice and professional, and within just a few minutes of speaking with her I knew that I had called the right place. We live in Washington State and I just accepted a new job in Bakersfield so Im needing to move my family of 4 down within just a couple weeks or so. I highly recommend Robert and Bakersfield Property Solutions as both a real estate agent and a property manager. Robert helped me negotiate the purchase of a rental house that has turned out to be a wonderful investment. He helped me negotiate a great price and then he found me a tenant that has stayed 10 years.

Rented from this company for little over one year. I was very happy with the condition of the house at move in. I had a few maintenance requests that were addressed in a timley mannor, and I liked the convenience of the online pay system. I had one annual inspection. Robert conducted the inspection and was prompt, respectful, and noninvasive. At move out I had a premove out inspection that was very helpful, and after the move out recieved my entire deposit back. I would and have recommended this company to both renters and owners, and would come back if in need of another rental home.

Working with Jessica, Karen and Robert has been a great experience. Highly recommend.
