Looks like the reviews are consistent the people there are rude. I had the same problem I’m all about showing respect no matter what but there’s a line that these people crossed when it came to disrespect. If you want respect show respect if you want kindness show kindness these people don’t care about customer service or anything about you. The reviews are true they are rude and they are very mean to people don’t look at these reviews and think they’re fake. I was able to get my application fee money back thankfully but what a headache it was. These are real reviews. Stay away from this company. I believe the five star reviews are fake Beware!!!!

If I could leave a negative review, I would! Never have I ever had such a bad experience with a property management company before! Not only are their employees RUDE, the way they do things is so unorganized and unprofessional that I dont even know how they stay in business! People want to blame Covid-19 for everything, but theyre the only ones I had trouble with in viewing a house and putting in an application. I own my own business so I know when I apply for something, I usually have to give my tax forms when applying. But I want to know, why the heck do you need a profit and loss?! Ive never had to do that ever when I had to apply for anything! DONT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS!

The receptionist was rude and so unprofessional someone should check on her because she looked at me and my family with a really ugly mood and also answered us with the a really stingy attitude and attended us 2 minutes later while we were waiting there and no good afternoon anything just can I help you with an annoyed face. I honestly do not recommend to talk to her at all and just call the manager or someone else because she is not worth your time to argue 0/10 that receptionist the rest of the people were really nice though but hopefully no one does not experience this but bad bad receptionist :/

This place is very unprofessional for 1. The lady was very rude and 2. it took them two weeks just to tell me anything. To top it off i was told, they decided to pick someone else for the property if anything change with whom they picked they will be in contact with me. She never said i didnt qualify she said she decided to PICK someone else.I will not recommend anyone go through this property. They pick and choose who they want to rent to.This place get no stars from me only one because i have too.Brian you did contact me but still did not contact me about the other property. Your company is just taking people money for nothing and not even running our credit. I will have someone looking into you guys.This place is horrible and also that mean old lady that work in the front is not professional at all.

Beware this place Im pretty sure is a scam to get as many APPLACATION fees they can for each property.. 2 weeks of them saying they are running verifications all to the end saying final step was viewing and run credit.. had appointment to view the next day then get a call to say Im denied for a eviction that only shows up when kbs runs it.. after $175 In app fees And now 1 week left to be out of my current home Denied even with a cosigner... well If you really looked into it you would know I had end stage kidney disease and had my kidney removed at that time. all you had to do is call that landlord and she would tell you she tried to take it off

I called KBS in a professional capacity in assisting one of their tenants. The receptionist Terry was extremely rude and condescending. She is very unprofessional and should seriously work on her customer service. I can only imagine how she treats your tenants and potential tenents.

They have managed my property for the last year and it has been great. They found me good tenants and have done the repairs very quickly. Always has been very helpful with my questions. I am very happy with there services.

KBS Property Management currently manages my properties and I am very happy with the services. I had problems with other management companies and they worked through the issues and straightened out my properties. They found me great tenants and my properties have been well taken care of. All my invoices look professional and are sent to me with the monthly statements.

KBS Property Management gave me a second chance when no other would. Absolutely loved my apartment, facility maintenance request were always filled, Brian came by the apartment complex often in an attempt to keep the complex nice and clean. Brian and Helen really worked with me and I greatly appreciate that.

Brain did work some magic and got us into our town house, Thank you for helping us. We did have some problems with the email being full and some miscommunication with the front office but we got it done together. Im happy to tell my kids they have there own rooms now. Thanks again brain.

I used this company to rent out my house and had a horrible experience. I found all of them to be unreliable and irresponsible. Although I hired them to manage my property I had to micro manage everything. After 3 months of my home being empty I finally to control and posted my house on Craigs list to find my own tenants which I did within a few weeks. I can go on and on... Avoid stress and the head ache find a company with better ratings.

Brian i was wondering when was i going to receive a call? I been calling an they keep telling me your not in or you are busy.

They have managed our properties for the past couple of years and it has been great. The properties needed some work after the last management company and they worked with us to get them back into shape.

I will never lease from KBS ever again, nor will I recommend KBS to anyone.
