James really saved the day. I had a U-Haul reserved at a different location for over a month and they cancelled a couple of hours before the scheduled pickup. This was extra bad because I had a family member flying in to help and needed the truck. I called a ton of other locations and nobody had any trucks. James worked his magic and found a truck for us! If it werent for James, I wouldnt be moved in to my new place and my family member would have wasted a lot of money on a pointless trip. Thank you again!

Rented a truck from this location for a local move. Picking up and returning the truck was a breeze and it was a pleasure dealing with Steven. Very much appreciated his helpful hints that saved me some money. The truck ran well and was very clean. Would definitely recommend and rent from them again.

This location canceled my reservation (which was placed several weeks in advance) less than 24 hours before pickup. They told me that the closest 20 or 26 foot truck was over an hour away in College Station. Obviously, this caused enormous logistical issues and ultimately cost us a lot of money. Absolutely ridiculous. I have moved many many times over the years and I will never use another U-Haul based upon this experience.

Wonderful place, I have dealt with them 2x now. Every time they have been professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve been working around the clock on top of moving and they really took so much stress off my shoulders. Just in awe of their consideration to their customers. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else to rent. It’s so nice to have a good experience like the one I’ve had with this place. To top it all off my rental van was freshly sanitized and clean! Highly recommend this place of business to anyone!

The buildings are very clean and well kept. Ive had a storage unit there for about two years now, every time that I arrive at my unit Im greeted with a warm smile and a positive conversation from the woman who cleans and inspects the units.

The representative acted put out with having to do his job. He was not friendly at all. His coworker was pleasant and I observed her being helpful to other customers.

Excellent staff, speedy pickups, and easy drop offs. They also dont push products on you that you dont need while your prepping for your move.

I had no issues with a trailer rental. I chose the trailer on the U-Haul website, made the reservation, and took care if all of the required check-in paperwork the day before I needed it. When I arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly verified everything was completed before my arrival, took my payment, had me sign 1 document and had me hooked up and on the road in less than 15 minutes.

No personnel working there on Sunday. They want a photo taken via your cell phone right away, front and back photo of your drivers license, and 2-3 peoples names and phone numbers they can call just in case the rental vehicle is returned late.

Just had a terrible experience with this location and their customer service. Called another location and they were extremely nice and accommodated my needs immediately.

Best moving experience ever and Ive moved a lot. They gave me the best price for rental and mileage. Fantastic I highly recommend this Uhaul! Ive had other hauls and they werent as easy and smooth functioning as this Uhaul. Thank you so much, you made a dreaded move that much easier.

I reserved a truck here for the day I was moving , so I showed up in the morning to pick it up and they said that they have no reservation for me. They said “you must have accidentally called another one, so I asked them what their number is and then I pulled up my recent phone calls and what do you know, I didn’t call the wrong one. It was a major hassle as I had people showing up to help me move and it was Saturday and I could not find another truck.

They are friendly and not only do they ask if you had a good experience, if there is something that didnt go as planned they will do what they can to make sure you walk away happy. Which is rare. I let businesses know if Im not happy about something on the spot to see how the person handles it.Right now this Uhaul has my loyalty and Ill recommend them to anyone who asks. Weve used this location to move and now for storage. We have had nothing but great customer service with the staff. We needed to tow one of our cars. The guy (sorry for not remembering your name) drove it onto to the tow thing for us. We also bought a bunch of boxes and he loaded them in the car for us. Now were using them for storage and have no complaints.

Just commenting on the truck rentals, not storage. The van drove fine, AC was weak but otherwise it did what it was supposed to do. The customer service was horrible though. When asking where we could park our vehicle as the very limited parking was taken, we were told to park across the very busy street in a super market parking lot. We were then advised that they are not required to have parking for customer by a woman who seemed annoyed we brought our business there. She wont have to worry though, we wont make this mistake again.

This is a great uhaul place. Friendly, efficient management. Low wait times. Convenient.

I heve this place mounts a hitch on my Acura MDX and they keep my tool to remove the spare tire, I contact them a few time and they havent resolve anything, since then I havent be able to put spare tire back on the car, thiefs people working in there shop

I used them to store my things while I closed on my home. They were very informative and cut me a break to give my husband access during closing hours because he was coming from out of town. Very friendly!

Very disappointing service and behavior from the staff at this location. We called NBZ Auto down the road, an authorized UHaul dealer, to check on availability of a small, open trailer. They didnt have any and referred us to this place. So we called the number and made a reservation for an open 5 X 8 trailer to drop off in Leander area. Gave our CC info to finalize the reservation and went in to pick it up. One thing we noticed right when we walked in was the conversation two employees were having and continued to have about another customer. Basically venting and hey, I get it: customers can be frustrating. But I dont need to hear that, vent at another time. Very unprofessional and awkward for my husband and myself to stand there and listen to before they decided to help us. At first, the employee Kim behind the counter stated they didnt have that trailer. She was corrected by another employee that they did in fact have the trailer. So she goes through and starts taking down drivers license info, etc. from me while the hubby went out with another employee to hook up the trailer. At one point, she lost the entire reservation and had to go back through the entire process (not a huge deal, but weird...). One nice thing is that apparently she noticed Veteran on my license and took off 10%.Then proceeds to tell me they cant rent the open trailer to us as a one way rental. Meanwhile, hubby comes back in with the other employee stating the same thing: he went out and the employee started to hook up a closed trailer. So we told Kim that our reservation was for one open small trailer, for a one way delivery, that we had reserved on the phone with this location, and to please honor that reservation. They would not do it so we left. Now, we pulled up the number we had called to make the reservation, JUST TO BE SURE we were not losing our minds. The guy answers the phone and confirms it was the right location. To his credit, he tried going into their system to see what had happened and basically concluded that they hadnt been in the office and the call forwarded to the call center. Ok. I still do not understand why they authorized a reservation at the U-Haul call center and why this facility refused to honor that reservation, when they had the trailer in stock the whole time!!I think what is most disappointing is that this lady Kim sat there and was saying Shes a liar! (at me) while the other employee was on the phone with us trying to figure out what happened. So, heres the thing. As a veteran, any discount is certainly nice, but I think I speak for most of us here in that we are happy to pay our way, just like the next person, and we expect some help when it is U-Haul, or any company, that has told us we have a reservation and is deciding not to honor it. We also expect we arent going to be disrespected and called a liar, or any other bad name. For goodness sake it is a trailer, I cannot believe what a difficult situation that became over absolutely nothing. Probably the best word I can think of to describe the feeling we had leaving was disgust.

There is nothing I hate more than being lied to. My husband went to pick up the truck so we could move from North to South Austin. The paperwork he was given said the tank was full; when he got to the truck the needle was around 3/4. He went back in and asked about the gas meter, and they told him thats as far as the needle went, and the truck was full.He drove it 48 miles and filled it up right before returning it. He put in over 20 gallons, and the needle went way over the full line, it didnt stop anywhere near 3/4. 20 gallons for 48 miles is less than 3 mpg. He told them what happened when he returned the truck, and they just said, Too bad. No refund, nothing. So... they lied, to save a few dollars on gas.

This uhaul outlet has repeatedly tried to over charge for my storage unit. The staff has hung up on me and even the general manager told corporate that she was too busy to call me and resolve the issues. Im dealing with the regional office at this point. I truly just want to get my valuables out of this place! Go elsewhere!!!

This business rocks. The fella that checked us in was happy and courteous despite the 108 degree temps. My uhaul truck drove great, and the drop off in Austin after a 1000 mile drive was quick and easy.

Don’t ever give these people your credit card number. And then they won’t even talk to you when you call about it. They will charge you even if you do not use them. I would never recommend anyone using this place or even uhaul in general.

Awful u-hail dealer. I turned in a truck June 27th, with an appliance dolly and security blankets in the back. They said to just leave the keys and they will take care of everything. They did not check it in until the 28th, and reported there was no dolly in the back and tried to charge me 83$. Then once this place was called to figure out the situation, he said he did not see a dolly and did not know if there was security blankets and then hung up on me. EXTREMELY incompetent. My brother, mother, and I ALL remember putting it back there.If you would like to keep your money, DO NOT GO HERE. Do not trust these people.

Avoid this franchise like the plague! They have been charging me for insurance which I turned down at the point of purchase. They have my card on file but do not charge it on or before my due date so they can collect late fees. They do not send late notices until they charge a second or double charge! They woudlnt take my U-Haul moving van I rented in Corpus and I had to travel to Round Rock U-Haul running my mialiage up! They are truly oriented to take as much money from their customers and not oriented to help while you use their services. I do not believe this type of buisness practicing this franchise promotes and utilizes to recieve punitive money is the premise of the International Corporation. I beleive these subtle money grabbing business practices are solely implemented by the owners of this franchise. I have two other storage buildings in Texas. One in Corpus and one in Bulverde and have never had these issues with these other storage facilities. I have been late at these two other faciities and both have either emialed me or called prior to my late fees being implemented! Coincidentially, neither of those 2 facilities are U-Haul...
