Turned in our U-Haul truck spotless inside and out. Not one piece of trash was left behind and still got charged a &25.00 cleaning fee. Terrible. Will never use this location again. Beware.

The worst UHaul location I have stepped foot in. Understaffed and inexperienced. Jimaya was the lady behind the desk and was extremely rude. Save yourself some attitude and go someplace else.We did come across a gem named Pat at the UHaul storage location who did his best to accommodate us when U-haul had messed up our appointment.

Lisa is great on the other hand i dont appricate the rude customer service this other lady gave me. She had me walk to the uhaul to get the keys for her, to walk out stating to another employee that i threw the keys at her when i tossed them on the counter. She got in the uhaul to drive off.

After working with 7+ Uhaul locations across 6 states, this location is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. They refuse to answer the phone and the lady that wears a black ball cap is not only rude to me every time I come in, but after reading the reviews here — it looks like she treats every customer like trash. Nothing like someone who takes their own personal issues out on their customers, what a gem of a person!The gentleman who runs the forklift with the Uboxes in the back is the only competent employee I’ve interacted with and I feel bad that he has to deal with the other employees at this location — let that guy run the place and I’m sure service would improve.It’s clear the management at this location (or lack there of) could care less about how their employees treat and service their customers. They clearly understand they’re one of the only Uhaul in the area and it’s a “take it or leave it” mentality. Once I empty my Uboxes, I’ll never work with the Uhaul brand again — what an embarrassment.

We have multiple U boxes stored here. They are paid each month using Uhauls autopay service with a card on file. No problem any of the first 9 months while stored. This month, they did not attempt a charge on the card. They said it was declined but the card shows no record of any attempted charge or declination. While normally they email to notify of a successful payment on the due date, they did not bother to notify that the payment did not go through on the due date. Instead, they waited three days and then notified that we owe an additional $15 per ubox as a delinquent fee. Whether this is a systematic approach to collecting fees or an active choice by this establishment in particular, I do not know. I assumed that a simple call would rectify the situation. It did not. Fees stand. Dishonest business practices. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience. Moving is tough. You depend on the folks you pay to have your back. The first time in I rented a truck and a storage unit for an upcoming move. It went smooth and the lady was helpful enough albeit seemed annoyed to be there. Wait time that visit was almost an hour. No one else was in the store. Second time in, made a reservation. Received a call from the manager (I assume) stating my truck was not available and offered no solution other than Ill let you know Called back next day and no one could bother to answer phone so was forwarded to Uhaul customer service. They were friendly but told me they only had a 17 foot truck instead of the requested 20+ foot. No mention of change to the rental period and because move would now take two trips and twice the miles they stood to actually make more money while making the move harder on me. Nothing was offered in the way of a discount for the inconvenience. I accepted the truck and prepared for a very long 2 trip 2 day move. When I arrived to pick up my truck I was immediately met with attitude after waiting almost 40 minutes with the older black lady stating I could not have my truck for the 24 hour period reserved. I would either have to return the truck in the night or wait till the next day to pick up. I explained this was not what was promised and that the pain of trying to do this tomorrow when I had planned ahead for months to do load out the storage unit that evening and then pack the rest of the my home overnight and move the next morning was not acceptable. I was given an excuse of them being busy but if the truck would just be there overnight anyway.... What difference did it really make? It was obvious they did not intend to fix the issue repeating over and over that they were trying to help but offering nothing but inconvenient and outrageous options with a very dismissive and rude tone. Almost proud of it. I said fine, Ill pay twice as much as intended, make two trips and do all tomorrow morning as I dont really seem to have an option or anyone on my side. As I left (visibly and reasonably upset) this lady was angry that the door was opened roughly and started screaming at me from behind the counter (with other customers there) that she was going to cancel the truck with my move imminent. I went ahead and called their corporate office who stated that there was no reason I couldnt have the truck for the promised times and made the adjustments.Upon return all three employees were outside. Their maintenance man or local water boy was pointing and laughing as I pulled in. His manager tried to rein him in but either lack of intelligence or simple control convinced him that he should still step in. They should keep him in the back away from customers like an unruly child. I explained calmly that I spoke to corporate and the 24 hours was approved. She stated that she would not be renting the truck to me (even though I am a current storage client) no matter what corporate said and to have a nice day. I was floored. Got back in my car at which time their water boy started to literally follow my car shouting and saying over and over while laughing have a great day sir, peace and love, while flipping me off all in front of his boss?... I rolled the back window down and recorded him while I pulled away. This video was shared with corporate to which they stated this was unbelievable and they would make it right. They tried and did get me the 26 foot truck originally promised but for the next day at noon from another location. Sadly this puts me 19 hours behind on my move, all due to a complete disregard for customer service from their local employees. Employees that seemed to enjoy being as difficult and as rude as possible except for maybe the young lady who seemed to just be trying to get through her day.I now must return to this location to empty my storage unit out and hopefully they can maintain some sort of composure while I do so. One of the lowest rated locations in Austin and it shows.Stay away and use someone/somewhere else.

Ubox experience was terrible. The box never went to the invoiced destination, and the location was uninterested in rectifying the situation. If you want to spend hours on the phone with no resolution or on hold then Uhaul is fantastic.

I went to rent a van for a day and I am disabled but capable of driving no problem and I was amazed at how quickly the woman at the counter changed her tune o n renting me a van when I had to call my bf and have him transfer 20$ onto my debit because I was short. She ended up coming up with excuses for why she couldnt rent me one of the 4 vans or a truck for 24hrs saying she wanted to make sure the rest of potential customers in town could rent one if they needed and that if I had one overnight then she wouldnt be able to serve the community. I felt violated almost. I am very upset about it and will not go back.

I give it 3 stars instead of 2 because at least I get decent trailers here, but BEWARE they will sneak in the extra $8 for their insurance even after you firmly say no. Also spending the time reserving online (photographing your DL, inputting all info) is useless; they always require you to go through it again when you arrive to pick up your reservation. There is usually only one person working here doing everything (answering phones, taking care of register AND hitching the trailers!) so expect it to take at least 40 minutes to get hooked up and out the door.

Lisa the manager at this location is outstanding. On the biggest week of the year she stayed patient and positive. The entire staff is great. The challenges they have to address have more to do with U-haul reservation systems than their location. They are very helpful and communicate proactively when busy.

Ill start by saying when I went to Uhaul I had just left the eye doctor appointment. My eyes were dilated and the sun was blindingly bright. My headache was just starting from squinting so much, and my mood was not good at all.I needed to get some propane before heading home and stopped at Uhaul.Jimaya Brunson was professional, knowledgeable, and cheerful during the entire time I was squinting at her (mean muggin). I will definitely go back the next time I need a propane refill.

Rented a truck online and was unable to pick up after hours like I requested. It was the Uhaul app which is awful. I went in the next morning and explained the situation to Lisa. By this point I was a good 10 hours behind schedule. This caused me to have to keep the truck an extra day. Lisa worked it all out and made things right for me. Excellent customer service in my book. I admit there was a good 40 min wait but I truly believe uhaul is to blame for all the issues, not the employees. The app wasnt working for numerous people and I know from the few times I have used it, it has never worked properly.

Absolutely the worst customer experience. They weren’t even rude or anything, it just doesn’t exist. No one answers phone. No one knows where my stuff is. You make a reservation to pick up a U-box and they put it away before your appointment. Hold times average 55 minutes all the time. Wait times in store average 45 minutes. No employee has ability to fix any problems. Would not recommend to anyone. Would actually recommend to NOT use U-Haul if you can.

Went there today to pick up my rental truck for my move. The ladies in the office were great to work with. They pushed back my return time to make ensure I could use the full 4 hours. When I returned the truck, the gentleman in the office and Ms Lisa both portrayed a smile even with the mask on. Highly recommend them for in town moves!

So, I was very skeptical coming to this location due to all the negative reviews. However, after working with David, he definitely changed my mind. He had the best customer service that it had stunned my family and I. He helped me out with the paperwork and even hooked my trailer up without hesitation! I will definitely comeback if I need more service!

This place needs to review their processes. I had to wait in line for more than 45 minutes to be served. Then I had to go through a multi-step process to check out a trailer that involved checking in at counter, hooking up trailer and then checking out/paying. All the while the clerk talked non-stop nonsense about how the line would be out the door all day. No wonder. HUGE opportunity here to improve or for a competitor. I will never make the mistake of going here again.

I reserved a pick up truck online a week before use. When I got to the location (even slightly after the pick up time), I was informed that the truck was not available because the previous renter had not returned it yet. The person behind the counter was not apologetic in the least and forwarded my reservation to another UHaul location about 5 miles away. When we arrived, we were greeted with another rather unfriendly attendant who even went as far to say that they might not have the pick up truck as well. (Despite the fact that the previous UHaul location had contacted them to find out if there was an available truck and told them we were transferring the reservation.) I was unimpressed by the attitude and professionalism of the staff.

Booked U-Haul and car tow for approx 1,500. When I arrived I was told that they needed to charge me another 400 for the car tow.When I came back to have the car tow attached I was quoted another 400. I was told this was because they refunded me the car tow.After 2 hours of confusion from everyone working there, I was told that the car tow would be “free”. They then attacked a car tow that would not allow me to open any car door. They suggested I crawl out of an open window and tape the window shut with cardboard.An hour later (Aprox 3 hours total), the car tow is removed and I head across country without my car.I repeatedly call customer service and request a manager callback. I am assured each time of that everything is okay by the support answering calls.The NEXT MONTH, I am CHARGED 352 dollars.I am STILL WAITING ON A REFUND.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.We rented a cargo van here and they overcharged us by $40. We called them about it and they immediately admitted it was wrong and said they would refund us within 3 days and to call back if we did not see it on our card. I called back 3 days later because there was no refund and they were busy and they would call us back within an hour. Then, I called back again (because they failed to call us back) and they transferred us to corporate who put a “claim” in at the store level for them to refund us when they saw they overcharged us. They, still have yet to refund us even after immediately admitting upon our first call they made a mistake and double charged us and after calling them FOUR MORE TIMES. At this point, we’ve given up even trying to get a refund because multiple times they’ve said they would and they have not refunded our account. It’s a mess. We did have good customer service on-site, but the way they have handled this is very disappointing.I would highly recommend NOT renting here, or at least double checking all your paper work and charges to make sure your totals are right.

Do not rent from here!Moving cross state is tough. Working with UHaul - especially the UHaul in Austin at Research Blvd. - might make it tougher if my experience is any indication.I finished my cross-country move in April. My box arrived in Austin from Chicago. My movers picked it up and emptied it and returned it.Should have been end of story there. However, the location did not mark the returned box as empty. They proceeded to charge me a monthly rent of $89.95. I was finishing my MA thesis and didnt notice until I finished in June. I proceeded to attempt to receive a refund and placed dozens of calls and spent hours on hold over the course of a month. And still dont have my money back.Here are my many, many attempts to rectify the issue:June 8th attempted to call local office repeatedly, could only get through the national line which helped stop the auto-payment for the erroneous monthly charges, but informed me that only the local office could refund me for the past incorrect charges.June 9th attempted to call, on hold for 16 mins, finally got a hold of manager Lisa Mitchell, who said shed look into the issue and get back to me same dayJune 9th - missed call from Lisa Mitchell, no voicemail leftJune 11th, attempted to call, on hold 25 minutes, finally got a hold of Lisa Mitchell. She needed additional information from me for the refund. She told me shed process the refund same day and email me to confirm.About a week passed.June 17th email to Lisa Mitchell to follow up - no responseAnother week passed.June 24th attempted to call, spent 20 minutes on hold, no answer, was sent to national customer service phone tree, they said theyd leave a message to encourage the local office to contact me. They contacted the wrong local UHaul which called me instantly - within 5 minutes - of my first phone call. Once we determined the national customer service had left the message for the wrong location, the manager at the other Uhaul location said hed leave a message for Lisa Mitchell to get in touch with me.June 24th email to Lisa Mitchell - she responded to say she will look into it.Another week passed.June 30th email to Lisa Mitchell - no responseJune 30th attempted to reach Lisa Mitchell/UHaul Research Blvd on phone, waited on hold for 20 minutes - no answer, was sent to national customer service phone tree, they said theyd leave a message with the locationWho knows how much more time I have to pour into this to get my~$180 back.In short, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION - go the extra couple of miles to the other Austin location. Or perhaps, better yet, dont use UHaul.

I called U-haul today for a last minute rental. We are moving quickly, and as with any move, things are quite chaotic. I spoke with John, who gave us exceptional service. I was expecting to jump through hoops as we have in the past, but he made the process quick and painless and actually was able to calm my nerves a bit. Employees are great, but there are not enough of them. There was a constant line of 5+ people waiting to pick up a vehicle. The parking lot is very small and so many vehicles had been returned that there was a constant traffic jam preventing anyone from entering or leaving the facility.

Initially i decided to take 15 truck but when i get it i found it will be a bit small for my stuffs so i asked them if i can get the 17 one. They made no issue to change that one. Customer service over the phone wasn’t good and felt very rushed into getting something quick. I Had a reservation for 7:00pm for a 15’ truck and when I got here to pick it up, it wasn’t until 7:40 when I finally spoke to someone over the phone because I couldn’t find the instructions to get in the truck and the reason was because that truck I reserved wasn’t returned so I had the option of using a 10’ truck instead and had to reschedule. I rented a 26 truck for one day and when returned next day they charged me a total of $475 for no reason right before the holiday and now im on hold for one hour and they picked up and as soon as I told them the issue she put me back in the que ! They are crooks wow Then someone picked up and said the original location didn’t update my address to return after I stated to him the address and now I’m being charged $400 for wrong location and restocking fee with out my knowledge ! This is the only U-Haul location in Austin that I have received poor service from in Austin. The person who gave us the U-Haul had no customer service skills, was rude and seemed bothered that we were there. First, we asked them how much each box was and the employees response was, well what does it say on the sign? Not to mention when we returned the u-haul we understand that they were busy. However, when passing the keys back and ensuring that we had done everything on our part, we had asked them questions about the truck. Their response was, we cant inspect the truck right now, we are TOO busy. When telling them we just wanted to make sure they inspect it so there arent hidden fees or charges, they said no and moved onto the next customer. Then on our way out we saw another employee and told them the situation and asked if he could just please make sure we had done everything properly, his response was, if you already turned in the keys, I dont know what you want me to do about it. Well, here is what you can do about it, treat your customers nicely and make sure they dont feel uneasy about whether they are going to be charged for a scratch or a mark they did not do. This was the worse moving experience.The lack of professionalism and rudeness of not only one employee but multiple, I refuse to go back. If you have a chance, go to the U-Haul location on N FM 620. I have received nothing but exceptional service from them and they know how to treat their customers.

I want to start out by saying that the employee who I directly worked with was not the issue. The issues were as follows:A) I reserved a cargo van and was given a cargo truck because that is all you guys had on site.B) Apparently there was only one of the size I requested available but it was almost completely out of gas. We were told that as long as we brought it back with a quarter tank of gas we would get the gas credit. Thats great, but I still had to go and put gas in before I could even do anything else.C) While instructing my friend as to where an easily accessible gas station was another employee rudely interrupted us and rudely told us we would not make it that far and need to got to another one instead.My biggest problem with this whole experience is the fact that you would even rent out a unit that might not make it a mile down the road before running out of gas, not only is that a safety issue but it is poor customer service practices.

Theres always going to be a wait no matter what line youre standing in, so people whove reviewed saying its a terribly long wait are just impatient. Make an appointment ahead of time to make it go faster, be nice to the employees, be prepared on the prices, and understand that moving is not a quick and painless journey so do not take out your frustrations on others. Employees here are very nice, quick, and have a great knowledge on all products and services.

I figured it’s always going to be expensive but when I realized they charged double for my insurance and my dolly rental for no reason, I was livid. My original quote was $57, got charged $107 in the end! Never ever using again.

Absolutely Incompetent employees. I was charged an extra $94 because of the employee who forgot to check out my trailer that I returned in on time, so I was charged double the price. I came in the next day and pointed this out to them and they said they will refund the money. This happened on May 10th and I still dont see a refund. They claimed it was my bank who withdrew the money from my account, not them. They requested the money but never sent an authorization code or anything like that (not sure what they send to confirm the charge). Now I have to deal with my bank and explain everything myself, because of the manager, Christopher who refused to help me with the issue and told me to call their 1-800 line. Do not expect help and quality service in this location.

The folks at this location really do care, however, they are incredibly overwhelmed. After meticulously planning our boxes and our trip to coincide with each other, my boxes never left austin and no one even told us... my husband, two dogs and I are at this moment sleeping on a floor and eating frozen meals off plates... part of my job is in the truck and I am unable to complete necessary tasks to earn a living and now our date is pushed even further..... it will be a full month from when we sent our belonging till they reach us....

The lady that was helping us get the truck in the beginning was nice even though it took a very long time to get through a few people. However, the issue comes with dropping it off. The man that was helping us was incredibly disrespectful and was probably one of the most miserable looking person that Ive seen in a while. My ending price was the same as my estimated summary so I didnt think anything of it. But looking back over it, I used less mileage and was instead charged for furniture pads and a dolly that we never once touched. I was moving with multiple people and dropped the truck off with my father and no one touched those seals. When I called to ask about it, he said that there was no proof that we didnt break the seals and that the reason we were charged was because we broke them. Its a disgusting, underhand way to squeeze out a little more money from people. Be careful not to get screwed by these people.

The concept is fairly simple. You need a truck to haul some stuff from one place to another. They have trucks that they rent to you for this purpose. You go online and reserve a truck and then you go pick it up at the store. Ive used this location for that purpose a few times and its been a good experience.

It was so hot in the office, I could barely stand to be in there. I dont see how the employees can make it through the day without passing out! Other customers in line with me were complaining too. It had to be at least 90 degrees and was stuffy like an oven. We were all dripping with sweat. This is no way to treat your customers and your poor employees are suffering! Get your AC fixed, please. On the upside, I got great service.

Incompetent. If one of YOUR employees says yes you can get propane and asks you to wait in line for over half an hour, the manager should not turn around and absolutely refuse to refill the tanks. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this location. I spoke with the store Manager Jason about being double charged on a rental that I had signed for. This happened on Saturday, almost a week later on Friday I had not received my refund. He initial response was to tell me that, it was not the case and that I need to contact my bank. After telling him I had contacted the U-haul corporate office and they told me it was an issue on his end, he then takes my card number to find that I was charged twice. After telling him how displeased I was with the service, and demand the refund he then threatens not to process my refund , and accuses me of talking down to him. In my opinion Jason handled the situation very poorly , and unprofessionally. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this location.

We rented a van a few weeks ago. The staff was great and I like the new office. Its been a while since weve been there. The only thing I would say negative (and theres no way the office can control this) but the van was riddled with damage. The plate was from out of state. It ran ok but it had a lot of noise.Thanks for the great customer service and if we ever need a rental we would definitely go back.

Poor customer service. Called 3 times and was promised the manager would call me back concerning my issue. On the 4th call was able to get in touch with the manager to explain my extra charges. The mileage rate was not properly explained during the initial pick up of the truck and ending up costing way more than i budgeted. Will not be using uhaul again, much less this particular location.

Friendly staff! I never have to worry about being overcharged or having charges hidden on my bill. I have rented 2 trucks, a dolly and bought a lot of propane from this location! Dont exchange your propane tanks just refill them here for WAY cheaper.

If you need uhaul services go to another location, they have only one associate working in the entire premises and the waiting times are just ridiculous. I had to wait a whole hour just to process a return. Go to another location that actually values your time and respect you as a customer

Shoutout to David, Jason, and the rest of the crew here! Service has been consistently awesome and the staff has been more than accommodating of my specific needs. The assistance I received yesterday was above and beyond what is expected and I will continue using this storage facility for as long as possible. They seem to truly care about the customers.

Not a safe place to park your trucks or vehicles. Someone tried to steal our truck and the manager did not put any efforts to assist with the case and was extremely rude. Parking there is as good as parking on the street.

Im leasing some self storage from them, with 24/7 access, and it works fine for me (Ive gone there as late as 1am).You can get in with a code or with an access card. I opted to get the access card and they actually gave me a second for free.I think the rates are quite reasonable too.

When we told them the amount of time and mileage we needed a van they quoted us 189.00 when we put the same info online it gave us a quote of 98.00. Wasnt filled up entirely on gas so when we returned it with the same amount they insisted we fill the tank.up. be careful!

If you are looking for a job DO NOT apply for a reservations manager. Keith Robinson (756 TCM) is rude, and calls us names. He has also rubbed his pelvic area on my shoulder while watching my computer screen. He wrongfully fired an employee because she politely voiced her opinion. He is illogical, and rude. Him and Lucinda Herrera call all of names in the traffic department, and speak very cruel of other managers in 737, saying how poor their management skills are and who they wish they could fire. Keith has also told us Lucinda Herrera and Glenn Taylor paid people without plumbing and electrical licenses to do the construction in the front as he joked that he should report them so he can have a job that is less stressful with better pay.

This location is terrible. They double charged me for u-boxes. They never provided me with a contract explaining any charges and were unresponsive in helping settle erroneous charges. Once they showed up to deliver u-boxes they didnt know how to unload them so I was stuck doing it myself. Completely incompetent all around. Do not go here!

Beware!Guy installed my hitch and didn’t put it on correctly which caused the trailer I rented to come off on the road. Damaged my truck and caused me to have to return it early.Raised these concerns to different employee who not only didn’t care in the slightest. Was rude about having to undo the chains....What an incompetent place.

Unethical practiceWe rented a uhaul and returned 2 hours before it is due, since i knew even if you are late 1 minute, Uhaul will charge an extra day. We turned the truck in at 10:30 in the morning and was charged for a extra day, they stamped the time at 2 pm instead of 10:30 am. This is unethical practice and people need to always double check their receipt before walking out of this store. The guy told us he will email the receipt which is why i didnt get a hard copy. I didnt planed to be scam by Uhaul this way. Very very unethical !!!!

I had a bad experience with the staff, lack of professionalism. I got a dirty truck charge, but it was raining when I returned the truck. I cant believe that the rain spots were worth $30 to remove. I rather go to the one on Burnett road. And make sure you check your miles before and after you drive off the lot. This lady tried to over charge me an extra mile. These people are not honest.

Manager was extremely rude and insisted that I buy an adapter I did not need for a trailer reservation. When I asked to see the policy that requires this adapter they would not provide anything in writing and when I asked to talk to the owner they said no. 😡

This place is a SCAM! they advertise 19.95 for a truck, they said I had 24 hours to return it. I returned it within 24 hours, I rented the truck at 530 pm and said I was going across town in traffic, HOW THE F was I going to have it back by 7pm that night not only that I wouldnt agree to it. The lady I spoke with said I could have it for 24 hours. I returned it the next day at 245pm put gas in it paid for mileage, 34.52 was charged like the agreement. Week later another 62. was charged to my credit card. I went to speak with the manager at that location, looks a bit slow just stared at me with a deer in the headlights look kept saying (theres nuthin I can doo) Use your brain dude !! Is there no basic competency test to work here, if your customer leaves in 530 pm traffic Friday evening says hes going across town why would you anyone agree to making it back by 7pm drop off, I specifically asked if I could drop it off the next day, I would need it for 24 hours. So I end up getting charged for an extra day basically Im paying for his mistake the genius they have running that place. plus a service fee and what ever else BS they made up costing me over 96+ for a dam pick up rental over night that I drop about 25 miles, SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! F this location do not rent from here,

Lazy employees that couldn’t be bothered to help load my wife’s wardrobe boxes in her car. When some unfortunate person locked their keys in their car while we were there all three of them went outside to try and assist him but of course couldn’t do anything.

Store staff are great. Hotline staff... not great . Called 800# and waiting 15 mins then got hung up on. Called again waited 15 mins and got someone who then said hold on and put me back on hold for 15 mins and transferred me to someone else and that girl said I was out of her jurisdiction. It was very frustrating. Every time I call a store directly though or go to the location, the staff are great.

Me and my girlfriend were extremely hesitant to go into this place after seeing the reviews, but because it was close we did. Problems started as soon as we were checking out the truck. They were trying to tell my girlfriend that the credit card that she was using was a gift card. ok strike one. I was paying for the truck in cash when i returned it but they needed a cc on file for a pre auth just in case i didnt have the cash. They said the cc would NOT be charged. Upon returning the truck i paid $105 CASH. However i didnt have the money to refill the gas so the cc should have been charged $30 or so and that was it. Well it turns out that not only did i pay $105 but they charged our cc the full $90.42, the amount which they had promised would NOT be charged to the cc. Upon calling the manager this morning to get this cleared up, all he could tell me is that he doesnt know why that happend and that it was a problem with our bank. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions and messing up he pins the blame on the customer. After a brief conversation the manager HUNG UP on me. This is a TERRIBLE place to rent from because these guys will screw you over and they are incredibly rude. Please i urge you to take your business elsewhere.
