Dont bother. To busy on a personal call to even acknowledge I was there.
Wait for one hour on moving day and no one shows up at the office, other customer also left after wait and shake their heads. No return call and return email. Never go back to this location
Great customer service! They were very friendly and prompt when I arrived, checked in and was out the door within 10 minutes. The truck was perfect..well maintained and good to go. Ive never had such a quick and easy experience with a U-haul dealer. They were just as efficient and professional when my husband and I turned the truck back in as well. Highly recommend this place
