Norvell Eutsey (General Manager) is a SAINT. He was generous, kind, accommodating and professional. Made my moving experience memorable. Thank you SO much for doing excellent work and making an otherwise stressful a blessing. You are a King!

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL ROB YOU LEGALLY!!! The manager and his employees will find a way to rip you off. I have been a loyal customer for five years and since this guy and his criminal staff have started working they have overcharged gas and miles. I took pictures with my phone that were clear and he said he couldnt read them and continued to charge an extra $22 for gas. HORRIBLE customer service. Needless to say I called headquarters and got a refund but unfortunately the criminal staff was not fired and still works there. Uhaul should be ashamed for hiring such an unqualified individual.

I do not recommend it first day and it was scammed they robbed me they ask for a 100 dollars deposit. And they manage to keep them once you give your deposit, you have to get the idea that they were going to rob you in front of your face. I was very disappointed and sad about my money.

Reservation was not honored. I made an online reservation, received confirmation, but when I got there, they had given away my unit to someone else. Terrible reservation system

I came here to get a 2in hitch installed on my car. An hour in of waiting - I hear them say they didnt even have the right part. The manager then said he was going to grab the part down the street - ok great. I also get confirmation that still my car is next. While the manager is gone - they pulled another car in and started working on it? Irritated at this point, the reassure me that my this car should only take 15 min. While Im waiting I can hear the workers at the front talking down about past customers - I was honestly shocked. My car is finally done 3 hours after my supposed appointment. Today I realized they put the wrong size hitch on my car... I would NOT recommend this Uhaul for hitch installations

DO NOT get your hitch installed here!! They give you an install quote based on an hourly rate/charge but will charge you the full amount even if the installation did not take the amount of time estimated. Speaking with the agent to make the appointment, you are lead to believe their work is done at an hourly rate. In my case, I was quoted $80.00 an hour and 1.30 hours to install a hitch on a 2017 VW Golf for a total of $104.00 pre-tax. The appointment was emailed to me prior to the install. The instructions for the Curt branded hitch stated it should take a “Professional” 30 minutes to install the hitch. Believing the quote was an hourly rate, I mentioned that to the assistant manager Stella and she replied “It all depends on what he finds”. The mechanic started working on my vehicle at 10:15 am and was finished by 10:40 am, approximately 25 minutes.Instead of being charged for 25 minutes of work at $80.00 per hour, the manager Sean, charged me the full 1.3 hours at $104.00 before taxes. I protested, stating the reservation showed an estimated hourly rate. How can he charge me for 1.3 hours of work, when it only took 0.42 hours? He stated I was given a rate and that’s what it was. I said, then the quote should be a flat rate and be told as such when I make the appointment. I offered to pay half, he responded “Do want me to take it off then?” Reluctantly, I paid the full amount.BEWARE, they quote you an inflated, hourly based rate knowing full well that it will likely take less time than estimated. Had I been told up front it was going to be a flat rate of $104.00, that would have fine. They do more than enough installs to know that the consumer is getting ripped off.

This place was amazing! Moving can be a pain, but they made it easy. The guy born in Albuquerque (sorry I don’t know his name) was absolutely phenomenal and provided great service.

Rented a truck to pull a trailer around town for the day. The checkout process took about 5 minutes from the time I walked through the door to the time I got in the truck, which was almost brand new (10k miles). Employees were pleasant and quick. The return took even less time. Great deal, great service, would definitely recommend!

If you’re going to have a tow package installed find someone else to do it! They charged me a lot of money, in the ballpark of $800.00And I think I could’ve found a homeless person that would’ve done a better job! You guys need some serious training FYI duck tape is not electrical tape.

The people are nice enough, but service was lacking. They charged me for three days work the trailer instead of just one like I signed up for because they were too lazy to look for the trailer. They also required a circular lock, but after I got one the thing wouldnt fit. They said they would get a grinder and take care of it before I came back. Three days later I had to ask them to take care of it while I waited. They also didnt mention anything about not having 24 hour access and so when I got there late I swiped my card and I was denied access. I open the thing anyways and the stupid alarm went off but no cops came or anything so the security system is absolutely useless. Whatever happened to the traditional gated access that truly prevents intruders vehicles. One may thing...The parking there is ridiculously tight as all the Uhaul trucks are all over the property. Navigating a trailer out from the back of the storage area is a nightmare if you arent an expert.
