Kelly and Rick provided too notch service from start to finish. Paperwork was seamless. Kelly was kind enough to let me know good safety tips on the particular trailer I was renting. Rick loaded my trailer on my hitch and I was off. Returned the next day, I wasn’t comfortable backing up the trailer so Rick did it for me.... he even adjusted my seat back where it was which a detail i did notice. Such an easy process from start to finish. I recommend this business to anyone.

Never got trailer from there but i bet they were not too happy when Uhaul opened up right next door to their im sure long running established trailer rental business.

Windsor Park Trailer Rental was a delight to do business with! Kelly was super helpful in answering all of my questions over the phone. I was greeted in the lot by Kelly and Mike. We went in the office for quick paperwork. They hooked my truck and trailer up and I was off! I had never pulled a utility trailer, this was a smooth ride. The trailer was clean and I was given a spare tire. The location super convenient. I will definitely rent a trailer from Windsor Park again!PS if you don’t have all of the right parts or maybe the wrong size... they’ve got you covered there too!

Rude. Unprofessional. The old lady probably named Karen is by fare the rudest person Ive dealt with in a while. Thinks she knows everything but how to interact with customers.I went next door to uhaul, they offer Insurance and it was still cheaper at uhaul!

Bigger trailers for the money than HD. Less money overall than HD. Trailers are a little rougher around the edges but hey - theyre hauling junk, so who cares. Service is slow when busy but nothing problematic.

We were glad to see that there was a reasonable price for a 60ft trailer in the same community I live.The process took 20 min and we were down the highway.

After U-haul cancelled my reservation without notice on my moving day, Windsor Park Trailer Rentals had a 16ft trailer available that really came in handy.

Very inflexible. They close at noon, despite what Google says and every other website says, so it makes virtually impossible to do day business with them. The lady said she answers her phone until 5pm, but I called twice and texted at around 4pm on the day of my rental and got no answer.Was charged an extra day because I couldnt get there by noon.Next day, return the trailer. Lady in the office lets it slip that they stayed till 12:30 on my return day anyway... So I could have brought the trailer back! They said they had family obligations but thats not my problem. You run a business and you close at noon!Please be aware of this. They close a gate so you cannot return a trailer after hours which is noon. There is no way to do an unattended return. They also charge you for straps... The trailers do not come with any.

This place is amazing. They are locally owned and are very helpful. My house does not have enough space for a trailer so I rent a trailer from here whenever I want to go off-roading with my Honda Talon. I recommend coming here anytime you need to rent a trailer for any need.

These people are great! I use them often and doing business with them is a breeze. They provide a wide variety of very well kept trailers. Ive rented trailers from UHaul and other corporate rental companies and Windsor Park is head and shoulders better than them. Great people and a great business.

If I could give them a zero I would you are better off going next door to u-haul or across the street to united rental. If you want good customer service this is not the place to go. Prices are the same every were else and at other place they can be a little rude but they still beat this place in customer service just some advice find the next trailer rental you will be better off.

Have been doing business with Windsor Park Trailer Rental since the 19 80’s. New owner Rick has made new improvements w/ new & more trailers to choose from & excellent customer service. Location on IH 35 is very accessible. They get trailers hooked / unhooked & on your way very quickly. No standing in line for 30 minutes like other rental businesses. As a contractor this is very important to me. Highly recommend.

A couple that on this place are super nice. They sold me and my business partner breaks for our trailer. We had someone else install them. But they work great. I highly recommend this small business to any one of my friends or family.

I had a great experience with these folks. During Covid-19 protocols, they were able to sell me a trailer tire easily. I called in, ordered, picked up the next morning. They were wearing masks and had safe protocol and were very professional!

I needed a trailer to haul tree branches that I had cut for my house. Spoke to Rick over at Windsor Park and he showed me a variety of different sizes that would help me. I was surprised by the amount of trailers he had. Also from looking at the place, I believe he does repairs too. Cool dude, easy to work with, and off of I-35. I plan to go back when I decide to get landscaping rocks for my yard.

Started renting from Rick in 2015. Best prices, great selection of trailers, and awesome customer service. I recommend this business.

Rude and unprofessional. I understand the social distancing stuff but you dont have to be a jerk about it. And then Im told that they are not renting trailers. Sounds more like I dont want to rent to you, well Ill never even think of going back to this place. You just lost a repeat costumer.

First time renting from them, so far amazing experience. Great, knowledgeable Staff, good prices, and excellent IH35 access. If your missing any parts they have everything you can think of onsite too like towing mounts, balls, and hardware. Highly recommend

Honestly, they could rent their trailers for 50% less than competitors and I still wouldnt use them. After speaking with Rick, the only person who ever answered the phone, I knew Id rather delay my trip than utilize this company. He was rude, short, and provided less than the bare minimum of acceptable customer service. After calling to verify that they were still available for rentals he essentially told me, in his own words, If you make it, you make it. If you dont, you dont. Im locking my gate at 5 even if you are in middle of the paperwork. I guess Im grateful for his apathy towards potential customers - it saved me the trouble of investing in a business that treats humans with disrespect.

Great customer service. The owners are very nice and helpful. Not only did they give us great service, I saw them help a family that had broken wires on their truck so the light would work. The guy said his tail light had been broken for a week and the trailer guy fixed it. Awesome

If you need to rent a trailer in Austin, go here, especially if you live central to north. They are quick, friendly, and have great trailers. Dont waste your time or money at UHaul if you dont need a covered trailer to haul what you need to haul. Their utility trailers are great for hauling brush, landscape materials, furniture, etc. They have metal siding about 3 tall to help contain your cargo. Their flatbed trailers are great too for hauling vehicles and motorcycles. Their equipment is well-maintained and the guys who run the place are great.

Bob was very friendly and helped us keep the rental fee to a minimum since we are a non profit organization. Equipment is in great shape.

Ive always been happy with the equipment and service. I dont agree with some reviews that say they are rude. You might not get a free hug but theyve always been polite and professional.

Old equipment, high prices, and very rude. It actually worked out as I got a nice 6x12 metal flatbed trailer with brake and 6,000lb capacity from U-Haul for less than their wooden rundown flatbed trailers.
