Things have certainly changed at O since the last review on here a year ago. I realize I am going to stand out like a sore thumb among all of the 5 star reviews on here for O Realty. I was truly impressed with all of the reviews that I read here on Google and Yelp about O Realty. Then it hit me; there were no reviews from people that had used Ori for a lease and property management company from a lessees perspective. I wont rant on and on about the negative experience I encountered while dealing with Ori since it is a two+ month long story. If you want the whole story, please email me. The most diplomatic phrase I can conjure for Ori is factually challenged. Two months+ of my life were wasted attempting to seal a deal on a property that he had listed as a rental property in Lakeway Texas. It turned out to be a nightmare that culminated with the encounter of being covered with hundreds of fleas acquired on what was supposed to be my final walk thru of the property before signing the lease after he had vehemently communicated to me that there were no fleas in the property.For those of you for whom he manages property, I can share the story of our encounter that will make you think twice about using him for managing your rental properties. He killed a good deal for the owner of the property as I was going to rent it for 3 - 4 years. He did not even talk to my existing landlord to verify my payment history and lease compliance before or after approving me to lease the property. This all started the middle of August 2015; the home sat vacant for at least 3 months after our deal fell thru. Ori is very likable on the phone and I enjoyed our initial encounters since he seemed so sincere. He talks a fantastic game but facts and follow thru are not strong suits for him. If a negative star rating were available, I would utilize a -2 rating. Sorry Ori, I call it like I see it.Update : 6-23-16Ori, Ori, Ori. There you go again with the factually challenged statements. How can you say I was never a customer when you approved my application, took my deposit, and communicated with me numerous times? If that isnt being a customer, I dont know what is. If I wasnt ever a customer, just exactly what property are you referring to in your response that you say you never dealt with me on as a client? Think about that last sentence. Are you wanting me to post documentation to share the truth?
