Jason Heffron just helped us with the sale of our home in the Mueller area.He was a calming force during a very stressful time and helped out with coordinating appraisers, stagers, checking mail etc. since we were living out of state. My husband and I recently sold our home in Austin and had the pleasure of working with Jason Heffron as our realtor. He met with us initially just to discuss the pros and cons of renting our house vs. selling it. He provided us with a huge amount of information regarding both processes and did not pressure us to decide either way. We took some time to make a decision and he was very patient. He checked in often to see if we need any additional information or advice in order to make our decision. We ultimately decided to sell our home and he provided so much assistance in that process. He had a staging expert come in to help us decide how to prepare the home for sale. Jason also warned us that stagers can be overwhelming and reminded us that he believed he could sell the house even if we did nothing that the stager requested. Jason also hired an excellent photographer who took beautiful pictures of our house. He was very open and frank with us regarding the list price, but did not pressure us in any way for a certain number. When it came on the market, we had a ton of activity immediately and Jason communicated with us each step of the way. We went out of town during the majority of the showings and open house and he worked with us over the phone to talk through the offers on our home. We received 8 offers in the first 4 days that it was on the market, and all but 1 were over the asking price. Im sure this has something to do with the current Austin real estate market, but it certainly helped to have Jason there to discuss the offers with us and help us decided which offer to take. The closing process was seamless as well and we are so happy we had Jason to walk us through the entire process. We would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor!
