Really great service! I have used them twice already when it came time to searching for an apartment and I have had no problems with them. I found this place by chance while walking on the drag, but I couldnt have had a better experience. Stan was the first person to greet us, and he helped us out through the whole process. He put us in 900 West, and even though I have not lived in my apartment, I am pretty positive it should be a good place for me and my friends.

Amanda was considerate and helpful, even though it was the beginning of the schoolyear and no apartments had published information about their vacancies yet. In the beginning, I wanted to find an apartment or condo for a friend and me in a 2x1 or a 2x2. Then plans changed, and I needed to find a 3x2. Amanda was very flexible with these changes, adapting quickly and listening to all our ideas and suggestions. She replied to my texts in a timely manner, and emailed us new listings whenever there was something new she found that fit our budget and tastes. She made paperwork easy and simple by explaining what forms were what, and told us where to sign, what we dont need to fill out, etc. She took us on tours of the prospective condos and apartments and told us her thoughts on each. Some realtors may be commission-hungry, but Amanda was extremely thoughtful and only wanted the best for us. All in all, my future flatmates and I had a very pleasant experience with West Campus Living, and I would suggest them to anybody who needs to find a place to live.

My roommates and I were having a lot of difficulty finding an apartment that was within our budget, nice, and close to campus, so we called West Campus Living. Out agent Jessi Timmons was super helpful, and we found a place we love within the same week.

Incredibly dishonest and predatory. These people thought they were dealing with another dumb college student or their rich parents. I only wanted an apartment close to work. They lie about the cost of rent, jack it up when you get back to the office, and then pretend to work out a deal with the landlord thats still higher than originally advertised. Dont use their services. It may be free, but they hand you over to the worst property management companies imaginable. The realtors are also incredibly rude and condescending when they want to show your apartment. They try to sugarcoat their attitudes by being hip and texting you at work an hour before they want to show off your apartment, but its pretty transparent. Youre a number, not a customer. Evil people.

After a really difficult few months in my last apartment I was ready to move. Luckily, a few recommendations pointed me to West Campus Living right down the street, and everything about the experience was fantastic. I was on a very tight budget and despite the short notice, last minute nature of my visit, Matt helped to find me several places that day. After an abrupt change in plans, he had a new list ready for me later that evening. A few days later, after another change in plans, we began to look around and he was even able to take me to see a few places that day. My parents came in to town a few days later to help me look and he went to show them some of the places we had visited. He made the process of finding a new place much easier and helped make a really bad week a lot better. West Campus Living has customer service figured out.
