Being a first time home buyer I had ABSOLUTELY no experience in the home buying process. I would say that Todd and his team were very patient, informative, and responsive in getting me to closing right at 30 days. They moved as fast as I was moving! As a millennial with instant gratification issues this was VERY refreshing lol. If there was ever a hiccup in the process it was never due to a delay on AmCap Ltd’s part. I used the VA loan and had I gotten my ‘statement of service’ from my Unit before starting the process I probably would have closed in less than 30 days. That’s neither here nor there though!
