Last nite I was sitting in my Annual HOA Board Meeting (Im so grown up yall) and started thinking about how happy I am to be a homeowner in Austin. Everyone knows that selling your house can be stressful (to say the least) and traumatic (to say the worst). But when you have a great realtor as your partner to help you through all the ups and downs and explain all the steps in the process then even stressful is minimized. I was lucky enough to have such a realtor. Chris Anderson had worked with my daughter and son-in-law to not only sell their house but help them buy a new one. Watching him work with them convinced me that I needed him for the sale of my house even though it was out of the Austin area.
