I had tried KW at two different franchise office (Austin and Cedar Park) and Dash Realty before I tried BHHS Austin. I have been discriminated, isolated, bullied..., and that I am personally felt BHHS is my home with their true welcome. The broker is friendly and supportive. I can call him anytime when I feel uncertainty about the contract or situation. I have refused all calls from other brokers to defect from BHHS. A home is where you feel save, supportive, and be loved. And that I can personally say out loud to new agents: you will have a true welcome.

A realtor from this company scheduled a time an hour beforehand to bring her clients to view our home. She gave us a window of 12:30-1pm. We stopped what we were doing rushed home so we could gather up our 2 dogs and proceeded to wait in our car with our dogs for the next 45 minutes. At 1:15pm we texted her for a status update as she still had not shown up with her clients. Her response was that we could return home and that we had a great house. My thought... How would you know... You never showed up?Advice to this realtor... Selling a home is a stressful process. When realtors are inconsiderate as you were in this instance it makes it even more stressful. People have lives and families that must be shifted around in order to facilitate your appointment, it can often times be a major process to make those times work and be as flexible as possible to accommodate. All you have to do is show up, or be considerate enough to let folks know things have shifted and you will be unable to make the appointment.It would serve you well to remember people live in these houses that you are showing, and often times it is a major disruption of their free times, lives, and families (all of which is a necessary part of selling your home). That said, try communicating and being more respectful of peoples families and time. We are not just a commission check for you.To top it off... After leaving a review the realtor in question elected to post a rebuttal on facebook by publicly placing a screen shot with my personal information of our conversation. She agreed to take it down but there is no way for us to verify that actually occurred as We were immediately blocked from her business page after the request was verbally made.If this is they way these folks choose to go about doing business I would beware of doing business with them.

I did business with Prudentials Diane Bennett and not only was I taken advantage of but when she finally cut a check for the work done it was a bad check. So you can trust her with your money and business but you could also decide to jump in front of a moving bus. Just a fair heads up here.
