From the onset of selling our house, Shannon and team were active and knowledgeable about where to price, when to list, marketing the property, and offered professional help in staging our house. When we interviewed other realtors, we were advised to paint, maybe remodel our bathrooms, pay to have aerial pictures, etc. which was included in Shannons listing our home with no changes. We were anticipating having a long wait until our house sold since it was January (which was fine since our house we were building wasnt ready), but the house sold to one of the first three people who saw it. We did have some challenges during the offer period, but Shannon and Kyle kept us updated and advised us on how to handle all the obstacles that came up. They made selling our home easier than I had anticipated. Hopefully we wont be moving again, but if we do, shell be the first we call.
