We had a little hiccup with our first buyers finding a loophole and backing out, but Michele was great about immediately setting up another open house and getting us more offers. I have no idea how real-estate actually works, but I can only imagine houses that sit on the market for more than 60 days become harder to sell. This was our 2nd time using Amora as our realtor, and if we ever plan on moving again, it would definitely not be our last! Horrible experience. Would give minus -10 rating if I could. The agent on the sellers side who works for this agency - - Dustin Raye - was very rude and unresponsive. It seemed he has made every effort to not have the deal go through . We had closing date scheduled for June 19th, discovered a day before scheduled closing (everything was cleared on our side) that sellers title company (it was Sellers request to use theirs) did not have the correct title in their possession, had to extend contract to July 6. Today received an extremely rude email from Sellers agent telling us they are terminating the deal and do not want to refund earnest money. What a waste of effort and time - stay as far as possible from this agency and especially this agent.

We could not thank John enough for his help finding our home in the Austin area. He answered all of our questions quickly and even better he gave us information that we didnt even have on our radar !! Inspection details on the property were skillfully addressed by John in order for us to make the best offer. We will definitely call John in the future !

I needed to determine wether I should sell my home in Barton Hills and move to a bigger home or if it made more sense financially to stay put.
