All friendly folks. Closing day was very easy, and their office manager Julie was incredibly friendly.After signing all the paperwork, they found a page wed missed and drove it out to me to get it signed. These guys were great!

I have used Collin Chunta for dozens of closings. He is prompt, knowledgeable, professional (but not stuffy), and personable. Marissa, his escrow assistant, is amazing at assisting Collin to ensure that everything keeps running smoothly. I highly recommend them.

What a disaster!!! Stay away from this completely inept company. They dont answer phones, wont return calls when you leave messages - regardless of how many messages you leave or how urgent the matter, wont answer emails, wont answer questions, screwed up our closing paperwork, forgot paperwork at closing and we were called back in to finish signing paperwork. I could go on and on about how terrible they were to try to work with. I have done many real estate transactions with a number of different title companies and never before had problems before, but this one was nightmare!Worst of all, we were referred to them by a friend, so much for friend referrals!
