I used to think it didnt really matter what Title company was used in a real estate transaction, until I worked with Midtown.First of all - it turned out, my transaction was a little more complicated than most (involving attorneys), and not only were they able to handle EVERYTHING, but they did it with very minimal stress to me. I knew, 100%, they were doing everything necessary to properly handle the situation, which got resolved, thanks to them!Secondly - there were little things they did. For instance, when I arrived at the singing, they had already dated all the paperwork, saving time and confusion.When given the option, I wouldnt pick anyone other than Midtown.

It has been a pleasure to work with Michelle and Michael. The closing date on my house had to be moved several times due to issues with other parties, and Michelle and Michael were always willing to reschedule. I ended up asking for the latest appointment available on the day we actually closed. When I arrived to my appointment, Michelle told me that she caught an error that my lender had made in the calculation of my closing costs. Michelle problem-solved and helped me figure out how to get the remainder of funds that I owed. She waited for me to go to a bank to get a cashiers check and never seemed concerned that I was causing her to work late. To the contrary, she thoroughly explained all the paperwork and make sure I had a good understanding of the process. Unfortunately, the lender continued to cause problems and the funds were not actually released that day. Michelle and Michael kept me updated on the reason for the delay in the funding on my loan and contacted my lender to push the process along. My lender finally got the funds released at 5:30 on a Friday night. Michelle and Michael both worked late (again) to make sure the money was sent to the seller that day. Thank you both for your hard work and willingness to go the extra mile!

Best Customer Service EVER. Last Fri. I went to the Midtown Title office ,on North Lamar, to pickup my earnest money check since the house I was trying to buy ended up not working out for me. Long story short , I had already put an offer on a 2nd house and the contract had another Title company office that would handle the earnest money for this new house. So when i walked in to pick the check I asked if they would hold the money and if deal goes through on the new house they can move it to the other office. Now I know they dont have to do that. So the lady at the front office called Mr. Charles to speak to me about this issue (whom Ive communicated with over email only).Mr. Charles was very helpful, listened to the whole story and told me that yes he can help me and hold on to the money and help in any way he can. It was really great that he was able to help me that way. Wait, it gets even better. Two hours later I get news from my Realtor that the my offer on the 2nd house got accepted, so I reach out to Mr. Charles and he truly went beyond the call of duty. He was able to contact the other Escrow agent and wire her the funds and then he wired me the remaining funds from the earnest that was leftover . See, the amazing part is that Mr. Charles did not have to do any of this and could have just given me back the check when i walked in the first time. But instead he helped me with solutions right away. He was so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and truly made me feel like his number one client even though he was already done with my business the moment the first deal ended.Truly Best Customer Experience Ever. By email, on phone and in Person this office is the best in what they do.This experience is definitely one for the books and Ill continue to share it with friends and colleagues.
