Team Barbara goes the extra mile to get the transaction closed on time. Concierge Title also saves my clients time (with their mobile notary services for the closing) and closing cost in the process. Buyer Beware! Im sure that this post will soon have a response indicating some company policy that Concierge failed to disclose, but please be aware of the services you are receiving from this organization. Do not be fooled by the name. Their definition of concierge is to push you through as fast as possible in an effort to capture the fees, not disclose important information as it relates to your funding, blame the lender for the overlook, and leave the client with significant issues to deal with after the process. During the process, I never met any representative from this organization past a notary that they subcontract with to collect signatures. When it came time for closing, I was told that the only option I had to close the loan, was to come to their offices and execute. When I arrived at their Regus Co-op, I was asked to sit in the building lobby and execute all of my docs because it was evidently too much to ask a Concierge Title employee to unlock and open their office at 8am during the week. Every single item that seemed out of the ordinary with this organization, was met with a policy excuse that was only disclosed and provided after they had collected their fees and left multiple issues unresolved. This organization absolutely does not have the paying clients best interest in mind!

This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve head with a title company. They came to me when it was convenient for me, the paper work was ready and was explained so that I was aware of what every piece was and exactly what I was signing. Barbara Robinson and her team were absolutely fabulous. This was so stress-free I couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend them

Great concept but they dropped my lot sale transaction. I guess it was too small for them to worry with. I suggest caution and have advised all of the other realtors in my brokerage to do the same.

My recent experience with this title company let me wonder why this company is still in business...its completely unprofessional and disorganized. The escrow agent who deals my transaction left in the middle of transaction, the one who got re-assigned this job to, does not care at all. One night before closing date, my agent told me its not able to close due to sellers situation, however I do not hear any thing, ANY thing directly from this company. Ive dealt with title companies for residential and commercial purposes many times, never experienced something awful like this.

I was a part of a transaction that has caused a lot of dissatisfaction and non conformity on my part. There were a lot of mistakes that took place from the title company during this transaction. The escrow agent committed a lot of errors in conducting business. Today, I was under the impression that everything was finally processed and it was successfully completed. Nevertheless, I come to find out that Concierge title sent the wrong amount of money to the seller to finalize the transaction and could potentially push back the closing date. I was very, extremely UPSET when I found out about it, due to your lack of professionalism and work ethics. I tried to contact the title company to communicate with someone and get clarification about what had happened, however, it seemed to be impossible. I finally was able to make contact with Sherry and expressed my frustration and anger to her about the situation. Sherry responded in a very unprofessional way, over talked me, laughed at me, and hung up the phone on me. I then tried to call back to talk to the manager but once again I was not able to talk to anyone. Please stay away from this title company. I believe customer service its a very important part of the business. I paid for their service and I expect to be treated in a professional manner even when I am upset. This phone call with Sherry, proof to me how customer service and satisfaction is not a priority to her which raises concerns as she is the assistant manager overseeing other employees. I have still not been able to make contact with the manager. I will ensure to file a formal complain about my unfortunate experience with this title company. I will also make sure I dont conduct further business with this title company. Everything that has happened is unacceptable

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I send them every transaction that I have a say so in. They are truly the most kind, professional, and helpful team out there. The complimentary mobile notary has been a game changer for my business, especially with COVID rules currently in place. I have had wonderful experiences. Not to mention all of the money they have saved my clients. I am beyond impressed and happy with them. I would give 10 starts if that was an option!

Wuhan wackiness has changed all of our lives and, typically, not for the better. But Concierge Title is one very welcome change. The ability to have a title company come to YOU rather than you going to them is appealing and even more so in the current pandemic (particularly when highly competent Escrow Agents not only come prepared for a quick and efficient closing, but also have masks, sanitized pens, hand sanitizer, etc.). And while the convenience is great, saving money is even better. And Concierge saved me about $350 per closing (did two of them with them this month) because they dont charge the escrow fees that so many others charge. The old Quick Copy signs used to say, Quick, Cheap, Good.....Pick Any Two. With Concierge Title, theres no need to pick; I got ALL THREE!Rocky

Ive closed several transactions with Concierge title over the last year and have grown to love the team! Savanah Neely is my go to closer and I cant say enough great things about her ability to accommodate quickly. Shes also just incredibly kind and caring throughout the process, which makes the transaction that much more enjoyable. :) Concierge has been my title company of choice over the last several months through the COVID craziness and they have continued to provide high quality service for my clients. Saving $300-400 on the settlement / escrow fee is a huge bonus right now with refis as well!!!

DO NOT deal with this company!! They handled a real estate transaction for me and totally messed it up! First, money was sent to the wrong bank! Then, they said I gave them the wrong routing number! WRONG! IT MATCHED PERFECTLY!!! Then the gal said it was the banks fault!! No, it was their errors! It took a week after signing for us to get our money!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB!

Review Edited post closing.I had a client that I was representing for the purchase of his home use this title company to close on the sale of his home with a different listing agent.On the scheduled day of closing we were to receive a wire from concierge to my clients title company he was using to purchase his home.Apparently the buyers for his home had a delay in getting a wire to concierge. I called multiple times to get an update and my calls went unreturned. Our other title company made call and email attempts as well and could not get an answer from them until late in the day.They would not release info to me I was told via the response I received on my google review because I was not a direct party to the transaction.This title company could improve on there communication by returning or answering phone calls.
