I have seen the same small town family Dentist for 20 years. I recently moved to Austin and instead of driving an hour and a half to my old dentist I figured it was time to switch it up. Choice Austin responded to me incredibly fast! I wad able to be seen the next business day which was crazy since I sent my request on Sunday. I went in and everyone was so kind to me. The front office manager was helpful and kind! Becky did my exam and cleaning and she was Phenomenal!! And the doctor that saw me was friendly and informative. After all that I think it is safe to say I have a new favorite Dental office!!!

I for one, loathe going to the dentist. And I mean REALLY LOATHE it.But everyone here is so kind and welcoming. I had my first dental cleaning in 18 years and Andrea(Andi) was so caring and attentive and made sure to explain what she was doing and how I can improve my dental health moving forward. I 100% recommended this office!

Had a great first experience here. Dr. Madere was friendly and easygoing and helpful, and my hygienist Andy was adept and knowledgeable and we had a nice chat throughout my exam and cleaning. Scheduling has been very easy and the reply to my online request for an appointment was quick and effective.

The team at Choice Austin Dental is outstanding. In general, no one likes the dentist, right?? But this team is friendly, understanding, supportive and informative. Im in and out quickly and if issues ever arise they are great at getting me squeezed in. Hi highly recommend Dr. Hafernik’s location with Choice Austin Dental. I have been going to him for 10 plus years. He is very passionate about his work and the quality of care for his patients. He listens well and shares his knowledge so that you feel secure in the type of dental work needed. He will make you laugh too. He is also a “longhorn”. He has a great team that works alongside him. I so appreciate Christi and the other staff members there. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. You can ask questions with ease and get the right answer. I have not had any problems with my billing either. No trouble with parking and the office is always clean. I love this staff and I recommend you give them a try.

I went to get my teeth cleaned here for the first time last week and I am so happy that I did. As usual I was nervous about going, but the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by two nice ladies at the front who immediately gave me paperwork, checked in when I was done, and took me back to a room. I was out of there in less than an hour and the hygienist, Katherine, was great. Dr. Hafernik is such a funny and approachable guy! They were both easy going, explained my X-rays and gave me some good tips to improve my overall dental health. Highly recommend!!!!

I have been with Dr. Hafernik for over 30 years. Since then when I moved away for a while I used another few dentists, but was thrilled when I moved back and could go back to Dr. Hafernik. He is funny, kind, actually listens to you, makes you feel completely at ease. Everyone who works for him is A+ quality and the nicest. The office is clean, conveniently located, reasonably priced, professional, and courteous. With several hundred reviews and a full 5 star rating that says a lot and Im happy to add to that opinion.

For over sixty years I have always felt a quite bit of anxiety when visiting the dentist, especially one I had never been to before, but Dr Hafernik and all his staff quickly laid my worries aside. Aside from being very thorough, the hygienist was good natured and had an easy manner about her that made my time in the chair pass quickly and painlessly. Dr Haferniks chair-side manner put me at ease as well. He pointed out some work I should consider having done, but I never felt pressured as I have with others. I think I have found a dentist I will keep!

Dr. Hafernik has been my dentist for several decades and I would recommend him without reservation. He is very charming and laid back and his staff is unfailingly friendly. His work has been exceptional (and I will admit I am not the easiest client to please). He placed a temporary patch on a tooth for me (I was in a rush) with the warning that it would likely not last. His temporary work has now lasted for over a decade. My wife goes to him as well and is a big fan. He always takes the time to visit and I never feel rushed. I wish we had found him much earlier as the ones we tried for our kids didnt come close to his quality of work.

I have been seeing Dr. Maury for well over 25 years. His knowledge and skills are way above the average as my healthy teeth and gums will attest to. Never a dull moment in his office, gotta love his wit and chair side manner! His office staff have always been friendly and professional. Ive never been a huge fan of the twice yearly cleanings required for good health but knowing I will be well taken care of is a great comfort.

Everyone I encountered was extremely polite throughout my entire visit. They offered me ways to calm my anxiety and always made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedures. Dr. Hafernik was very thorough with his explanations before, during and after of each procedure. I really enjoy their sense of humor here too. Humor always calms my nerves. Maury has done great dental work for my entire family for years. We have four kids and a good Dentist is very important. He has always done great work and given us good advice. The most significant was when we first started seeing him our oldest son was having orthodontic work done. Maury pointed out a flaw in the way it was being done that saved my son from future problems, we were able to have it corrected (switched orthodontist to someone Maury recommended) and now my son has beautifully aligned teeth and no damage from the way it was done. ( his sense of humor is great to)

Ive been a customer at Dr. Haferniks for 20+ years now. His cutting edge use of sealants all those years ago and the thorough cleanings by his staff since have kept me cavity free. Ive chipped a tooth once or twice in those twenty years being stupid, but hes always gotten me in quick and with work that makes you feel youre lucky to have the best. Its like family there, and they take care of you at the same level as if you were their family, at least by my long experience. 5 stars all the way!

Its really an awesome feeling when you feel like your dental office is looking out for you and its basically everything you could want in a visit. If youre like me, Im usually skeptical of 5-star reviews, but for a place you would usually go when something is wrong or dental preventative treatment, the reviews werent lying that this place is amazing. I went here twice. First time, 6 weeks pregnant and second time I was 9 months pregnant! I really dont think writing notes in a clients chart like, she cried in the chair and was really upset because she didnt like the sand polisher, are helpful and you probably shouldnt pull them up on the big screen TV so the client can see it... Just a tip. In my profession we refrain from writing rude notes about our guests on client paperwork especially because we dont want the guest to SEE IT!I told the hygienist the second time I came in that I didnt like the sand polished because it was painful... She argued with me saying, no you didnt like it because you were afraid it was going to hurt your baby! -thank you. You are so compassionate.I also found this to be the most painful cleanings Id ever had.
