I called a couple times before visiting to ensure this was something my mom could afford. Adrian was amazing over the phone and in person, helping me to understand the cost and worked us in soon when I told him my mom had an infection. Jamilia, the tech who took x-rays, was so gentle and kind knowing my mom was nervous after not having been to the dentist in over 10 years. Then finally, Dr. Nair was outstanding and helped us to understand the plan of care fully before we left. I am extremely impressed with this place and highly recommend!

I needed a large amount of work done on my teeth and I’m so glad I found this location to handle it. Dr. Nair is the most patient, detail-oriented dentist I’ve been to. She and her team are knowledge and friendly. I always leave with a smile :)

I went to the clinic to have 2 bridge replacements done. The clinic has a beautiful atmosphere and a passionate working staff. The lobby/waiting room has great lighting, and the front office staff was friendly and processed me quickly. The efficiency and patience of the Dr. Nair made me feel like it was so easy and comfortable. I was amazed with the doctors compassion and concern, and was pleased to receive follow-ups from her for almost a week after the procedure. I would recommend this clinic for their dedication, sincerity, expertise and honesty.

I went in for a routine checkup and cleaning at Serenity Dental this week.Met Dr Brinda Nair, she was so calm and comforting. she heard me at with a lot of patience, diagnosed my condition and suggested the treatment. She did my filling and and also got my cleaning done. She and her assistants made me feel at ease and the whole procedure was a good experience for me. Do NOT go here, and if you do don’t let them tell you you need a “deep clean”.My dad gets deep cleans 3x a year at his dentist and never lays more than $180 out of pocket. So when she told me I needed a deep clean, I didn’t think much of it until I received a $2000 EOB from my insurance company. They covered it, but the whole purpose of my visit was to get a referral to a periodontist for a gum graft. After Dr. Nair drained my benefits with her “deep cleaning” I had to pay almost the entire $5k gum graft out of pocket.

I really love the folks at Serenity Dental! I don’t know too many people who love going to the dentist but at Serenity it is a pleasant experience! Dr. Nair is an excellent communicator throughout the whole process and continually checks in while she’s working to see how you’re doing - she goes slow and there’s no fear that she’s rushing thru the procedure. I’ve been now a couple of times and had excellent experiences both times! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The dentist is not everyones favorite place, but Serenity Dental has easily become my favorite place to go for any and all my dental needs. I got my invisilign done here and it was fantastic. Mostly painless (the invisilign itself can be uncomfortable), quick and affordable to say the least. If youre looking to get the invisilign done, I would not hesitate to recommend my dentist! The invisilign process here was always well taken care of. I got my retainers much faster than they anticipated. They were always able to keep me on track with the treatment schedule. And Dr Nair and her team really care about how well it is all going. They make sure your comfortable and everything feels okay every step of the way. If youre a person who gets anxious at the thought of going to the dentist, I would definitely recommend her and her team! My first experience at this dentist was perfect. Everyone is so friendly! I was self conscious because I let some time go by before finding a new dentist when I moved but everyone put me at ease. I highly recommend Serenity Dental. Ive seen them with my 2 and 5 year old and each visit has been absolutely perfect. They cater to children and are very patient. The staff at Serenity Dental does a wonderful job. I’ve been coming here for just over 2 years to see Dr. Razzaq and highly recommend them! They explain everything as they clean your teeth/ do procedures which makes you feel apart of the process. They are kind and understanding of your needs (financial or medical). Jill, one of the hygienist, does a thorough job and provides recommendations for any issues you may have. I used to not like going to the dentist but they actually make it an enjoyable experience.

I had been going to the same dental office for 18 years, but my dentist retired, so I was nervous to find a new one. The entire staff is one of the most welcoming and kind staff I’ve ever encountered! Dr. Razzaq was great and she spent time with me and walked me through pictures of my teeth and explained everything so thorough before my cleaning. Their office is clean and the equipment seems top notch. I highly recommend based on my first appointment and cleaning.

I will not be coming back here. I called to cancel my appointment on Wednesday, and left a voicemail. I received a call back on Thursday and was told I would have to pay to cancel my appointment because they require a 48 hour notice. I explained that I called on Wednesday, which would be 48 hours, I was told that doesnt count because they are closed. I although received a reminder text.I have a sick child and cannot attend my appointment on Friday because I have to take her to the doctor and that I would like to reschedule. I was informed me that I have a credit on my account and that could be used to pay for the cancellation and then I could reschedule. Well, I will not be rescheduling. You can keep the $50 credit I had on my account. I will find another Dental office with better customer service.

I have finally found a dental office I really love! The staff is super laid back and friendly...along with the dentist who is very knowledgeable. She will also make you as comfortable as possible! No one tried to up sell me on anything I didnt need and I feel like Im on track to better dental health!

This place is awesome! My dentist whom I saw as a child retired his practice. I was left looking for a good dental provider. A friend of mine referred me to Serenity Dental and that’s how I started seeing the wonderful people here. I just recently had my first cavity filled and the doctor was fast and no pain. I also see them for my Invisalign and they are always very informative and helpful. I love this Dental office and hope to always come here for my dental needs. I’m a weirdo when it comes to my teeth and go religiously. I recommend to all my co-workers and friends to go. Hope this was helpful✌️

This place is amazing. Staff is respectfully and great! The whole experience was amazing. I didn’t have any pain at all during the process and they give you headphones with an opportunity to watch anything you want to avoid any stress situation. I recommend it! Also, the place is really clean!

So here is my review: I received a postcard to come in for a $99 exam and possible cleaning so I booked. I didnt have insurance and was having an issue with a tooth had been giving me trouble. I called and talked to them about their options for someone who did not have insurance and they explained they had a membership for $300 that would reduce cost. After exam, X Rays and consult I was told I needed a four quadrant deep cleaning for $1700! Also needed a root canal which they referred me to another Serenity dentist. If joined the membership it was going to be $1200. No cleaning that day since I needed a deep cleaning which I thought was odd. After calling around I found a competitor (Artful Dentist/Keep Smiling Austin Dental) down the street that did the same deep cleaning for $275. Dr. Novak was more informative, explained everything and very honest. I had asked for my X Rays and sent them so it saved on them having to it twice so remember that. Since the cleaning was so expensive Im not using their referral either. What i can say even if you have insurance do some checking and get a second opinion, PRICES DO VARY.

No one likes going to the dentist but our experience with this dental clinic was as painless and as serene as possible. Not only they were very accommodating when I had to change my appointment - twice - but they were also very good with my two children. I am not even sure they have noticed that their teeth were checked and cleaned, they watched TV with headphones on. Day after my daughter needed two fillings, they called just to check on her and make sure she was OK. I highly recommend this place and mums and dads, you can sit back wait for your babies to be done and have a nice cup of coffee while you wait.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The plan and treatment was completely discussed ahead of time, and any concerns were fully explained. I didnt feel hurried and I felt they customized my treatment plan and experience to my needs. It did take a little longer than usual compared to other dentists, but that wont stop me from coming back again.

Very comfortable from start to finish with my root canal. Ive had 2 prior root canals and the experiences werent the greatest. So going into this one, I was on the fence about what the outcome would be. But the staff at Serenity Dental were beyond informative with the procedure and eased all my worries. The procedure was painless and quick.The crown was done shortly afterwards. Now I am at home eating my Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (on the side with the newly installed crown) with not a care in the world. Thanks Dr.Razzaq and Rachelle for the chill experience.

The ladies are responsive and attentive and explain everything theyre doing while youre in the chair. Less intimidating dentist visit than your used to. Scheduling was also great... I caught them or if office and left a message with my preferred time, they were able to confirm via text the next morning.

The entire Serenity Dental staff is amazing. They made me feel at ease with my father’s emergency toothache. Not only they took us in immediately but also worked with us since he had no dental insurance. Dr. Razzaq pinpointed the cause of the pain in no time and provided treatment options. Their clinic personally followed up with my father to ensure he was okay regardless of the treatment plan/ provider we chose. The service we got was definitely over and beyond!
