Scheduling an appointment with Dr. Le is like a hang out session with my brother. He always makes me feel so comfortable! He calms my dental anxiety like a best friend would and takes the time to listen to all my concerns. I was always a sick to my stomach nerve ball when heading to the dentist but since I met Dr. Michael Le, those feelings have dissipated. Not only is his caring, compassionate and friendly, he is an outstanding dentist!I’ve written a couple testimonies in my life, but this one is totally warranted. They found decay on the tooth and quickly helped me find financing and prepped the tooth with a temporary crown while I was there. I came to Elite Dentistry for a second opinion after being quoted over $7000 for a dental implant. Im so glad I did, Dr. Lee and his team saved me thousands of dollars, and did a fantastic job with the implant. I am in Austin visiting my family and I bit something very hard that cracked the corner ofone of my molar which hurt quite a bit. The staff was very gentle, kind and accommodating to my needs and considerate of my lifelong phobias to dental xrays. The team suggested a covering over the affected area and took care of it very gently and expertly.If I lived in this area, I would definitely make Elite Dentistry the dental practice that I go to.

Friendly, informative and super customer service matched the online information. I am so happy to have found this office and highly recommend! I asked the dentist if my bone was good so no graphing needed done but when the person came in to make a treatment plan she had all these extra cost on graphing she said oh where the extractions will be they would need the graphing also they said he needed to lift the sinuses up another thing the doctor did not explain

I went there for an implant consultation. They tried to fool the customers by showing the total cost in my case it was 7000$ and than they write a amount that they think with a pen on the paper like mine they wrote 4000$. A very poorly marketing skill. Someone would think oh 50% off the original cost than it should be done. Dentist have became more of a business than taking care of patients

Very friendly staff and they seemed very knowledgeable. Only suggestion I have, is that they make all the necessary paperwork digital and available to be completed before you arrive. There was quite a bit to fill out in the waiting room, some of which was redundant. But overall was a great experience.

Scheduled a free consultation and received an appointment within days. The staff practice COVID guidelines and everywhere are disinfectant available for use. My wait time was reasonable and the Dentist truly took his time out to explain my options. He is very friendly and actually does not shy away to let you know about the pros and cons of treatment options. The cost is explained through the office manager/administrator and I honestly forgot her name but she was patience and answered all of my questions. Based on that alone I would recommend the office. I myself have not decided if I will move forward with my plan since I am still figuring out if I can pay the out of pocket cost. The office is clean and they limit your interactions with others and therefore dont have too many patients in the office at the same time.

I found Dr. Le while searching for a highly skilled and qualified dentist to perform oral surgery. After reviewing his website, I came to the conclusion that Dr. Le was overly educated and experienced in dental implants. With confidence in this information, I contacted his office for a free consultation. There were immediate openings, the receptionists worked around my busy schedule and scheduled an appointment for me in a timely manner. I traveled 2,000 miles to Elite Dentistry as I wanted the best possible results. When I arrived, the office was very cozy and contemporary, all of the staff was polite, professional and welcoming. They treated me with respect and made my dental needs a priority. The initial consultation was quick and easy. It consisted of paperwork, an exam and x-rays. All of their equipment was top notch. I left knowing that Dr. Le was the man for the job. Surprisingly and satisfying to me, I was scheduled for total top dental implants in one week. The day of my surgery went smoothly. Dr. Le went the extra mile to ensure my dental needs were met. Unbeknownst to him, he had to drill 2 extra screws to ensure top quality results in longevity of my implants. As this was a last minute decision, they were free of charge. I appreciate Dr. Le’s decision making efforts and his generosity in this situation. After surgery, I had minimal pain and I felt amazing. Dr. Le and his staff were compassionate and diligent. They called me the next day to see how I was feeling, Dr. Le gave my his cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns. Very clear and informative- very pleasant experience

I went to Elite for a dental implant, as implants seemed to be their specialty.The administrative staff and dental technicians are efficient and effective. Although insurance payouts are standardized, the admin staff and technicians saved me 800.My implant was unusually difficult, requiring complex dental surgical procedures. Dr Le is a highly skilled dentist, and is clearly proficient at the procedures. He is unequivocally focused on the best long term results. Ultimately the reason to go to Elite for implant(s) is the quality of the work.

I went for my follow up for my periodontal cleaning and the staff was wonderful as always. Dr. Le and his assistant were quick to get me in and out and the best part of my visit is that my gums have improved since the last visit. Thank you Dr Le and your awesome staff for making me feel comfortable and confident once again!

I got great looking and fitting dentures. It was complicated because of seeing two very good doctors at Elite prior to Dr Le buying the practice. Despite that, he finished the job and fittings and Im delighted with my new smile! He has a good chairside manner.

Dr. Le is friendly and patient. He is quick and gentle with his novocain placement; which is something that I greatly appreciate about him! I had a crown placed last year that was giving me some problems so he had me come in and he replaced it for free. The Dental Hygienist is a lovely lady. Its been a year since my last cleaning with her, so sorry Ive forgotten her name. But she will take good care of you!

The staff is nice and they have a great sense of humor. The reason I gave 3 stars is due to the complications I have had here and the lack of communication especially when something has gone wrong during a procedure. Dr. Lee spends very little time with me as a patient and walks out without explaining what is happening or has gone wrong. I spend more time with the dental technician. I really like the staff but really wish they would communicate what they are doing and why ESPECIALLY if something has gone wrong!

This place is fantastic!!! Dr. Le was patient, careful and was really good about doing feeling checks. I was terrified when I went in but the Front End & Dental Assistants were so incredibly friendly and genuine. And I really felt comfortable and safe. Today, I went in for a minor issue I just jumped in the chair and knew theyd take good care of me and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg, for something any other dentist would have charged me 100 bucks.These guys are friendly, functional, and fair with the prices...

I had a good friend of mine recommend Elite Dentistry to me about 3 years ago - I have been going there ever since and could not be more satisfied. I have had two implants and teeth cleaning every six months - and today had a tooth crowned - with ALL of the latter being completed perfectly. Dr. Le is an outstanding dentist, is surrounded by an outstanding staff and has a wonderful dental office. Plus - the charges for his / their services are very reasonable - economical. You will love it!

I worked with Dr Le and his staff for the last year to complete dental implants work. They did a wonderful job and the price was great (as advertised). I was going to a dentist that was extremely close to my apartment and my insurance accepted them, however, their procedures, especially implants, was shoddy. I knew if I was spending that amount of money on an implant, I wanted it done correctly, and was recommended to Elite Dentistry. The waiting room is very clean and modern, and the reception girls are very kind. (One thing I think is bizarre, is that there are Capri Suns in a cooler, but those things are loaded with sugar. I guess they have job security? LOL) At first, I was on the fence because Dr. K was raved about, and when I went in for my consultation, I found he was no longer there. I wanted to make sure Dr. Le was up to the challenge, and my reservations quickly became a thing of the past. He made me feel calm and confident about the whole procedure. He was very informative of what to expect each step of the way. My entire procedure took 3 months, which included the initial consultation, X-rays, lifting sinus cavity, putting in temporary implant/healing time, molding implant/crown and picking color of the porcelain, and putting in the actual implant. This process was much faster than what was anticipated, as I was told to expect 6 months (healing time is different for everyone). I like that they make the implants in house, so that cuts down on time they have to send the mold to an outside lab and be at their mercy. The dental assistants were friendly and knowledgeable as well. I gave 4 stars vs 5 because I had to come back twice to get my implant in, and I live kind of far from the office. About 5 people had to try to put the crown on, and it took about 2.5 hours. I understand that these implants and crowns are so small, and they want to be accurate with placement, as your bite and smile is affected, but I was over it at that point. All in all, it was a good experience, and I highly recommend Elite Dentistry. Definitely exceeded all expectations! Will be back for future dental procedures.

I’ve never met a dentist who is so kind and pays attention to every detail. I completely felt at home and his staff is amazing. Dr. Le is definitely one of the best in Austin. I highly recommend him. I have been through a number of dentists and I have had 12 surgeries. I have implants and number of problems with my teeth due to lupus. He is the only one who was comforting and explained my procedures in detail.
