I really do like Dr. Miller, i can be a challenge at times, especially when money is involved, but him and his staff go out of their way to work with your insurance and really try to get coverage for you, but they are also upfront and tell you the truth about whats happening. Going to the dentist isnt dreaded like it used to be, Ive had fillings to root canals and crowns (made in house) and its all been great. I was extremely pleased with my experience! Dr. Miller is a true professional and immediately diagnosed my pericoronitis and then performed emergency wisdom teeth surgery less than 24 later. Dr. Miller is THE best dentist that I have encountered in my 41 years on this planet. Truth be told, I have never had good experiences with dentists, until I met Dr. Miller. I fractured a tooth, and the pain was HORRIBLE (I havent cried in like 30 years, but the pain had me in tears). Dr. Miller (despite a full load of patients) saw me immediately; and got me on the way to feeling better. Not only is Dr. Miller an amazing dentist, his staff is amazing too...they all took the time to hang out with me, get to know me...I was shocked. Want to really know what a Dr. is like? I was genuinely amazed by the professionalism, competence and quality of the service I received by Dr Miller and his team. In less than 4 hours I had a diagnose and full treatment on a tooth that was seriously hurting for a month. That included a root canal and a crown, all done right there on site, with state-of-the-art equipment and without a trace of pain, while the anesthesia lasted only the necessary time for the job to be done and was practically all gone when I left their office. In a sentence: best dentist experience ever!

I had a root canal done with Dr. Miller back in December of 2018 (At that time yes I was an employee) He did filed the root canal to my previous employers insurance because at that time I was still covered. But he also filed a cleaning (which I never received) that he was paid for. Fast forward to now...I had to have a retreat done on that same tooth, because I developed an infection in it. Dr. Miller only filled 3 of the canals, not 4. And an instrument was also broken off in another canal. I do have X-rays of it. So just please be careful when choosing dentists!

I’ve been coming here since 2011, and the practice has been sold twice since that time. Dr. Miller is the 3rd dentist I’ve interacted with, and I can say undoubtedly he is the best one of the three.Furthermore, a good form of judgement is to examine who someone hires, and Dr. Miller has the best staff, and collectively they are always thorough yet friendly each time.In short, the office is relaxing, and the quality of care is top notch. I cannot recommend enough.

I had the most relaxing and yet thorough dental cleaning of my life. Ekta (hygienist) took excellent care to note my sensitive areas and address and dental concerns that I had. My X-rays were soooo easy. Usually they gouge and hurt but not at all today. Dr Miller completed my exam and had great ideas to help my esthetic issue. I was charged $100 for absolutely nothing at North Austin Dentistry! They didn’t perform any actual exam, or even look at the tooth with the issue, then charged me even though they didn’t perform the services I asked for. They conned me into coming into the office knowing that they weren’t going to perform the services I needed just so they could charge me an office fee for nothing! They even told me just now when I spoke with them again that they couldn’t perform the service I asked for. If they knew that then why did they have me come in for it? Everyone else gave me quotes over the phone for free, instead of making me come in to get hustled.

I went to the Dentist today for my cleaning and polishing. I was in and out quickly with everything being done well. I have been at this office 3 times now. Twice to have a crown replaced and once to have a root canal. It was nice to have the crowns done in the office and placed in my mouth while I was in the office without having to go back to have it done at a later time. Very good work

Dr. Logan Miller is an excellent dentist, and he has the loveliest staff. The office manager Lindsey is fantastic, so are all his very kind and friendly dental assistants.My husband and I have been patients at North Austin Dentistry since 2017. Over the past three years I needed one minor repair when I broke a small piece out of my front tooth, which you can’t tell at all that there has been any damage, because of the terrific job Dr. Miller did. I also see him for the regular cleanings, which are always done very thoroughly.This time I had to get my first crown in a lower back tooth. Dr. Miller did a fantastic job! He uses state-of-the-art technology (Sirona), and therefore it is all done in one procedure. Not like in the old days when it usually took three visits for the preparation of the tooth, the dental casts (where you had to bite in that horrific paste) and then for the actual crown getting placed and fitted.Dr. Miller uses a computer program that creates the model of the crown, then he makes it in his practice and fits it -- all in one visit! The crown itself is ceramic and fits so well that I can’t tell any difference in my bite. The new tooth/the crown itself actually feels super nice and smooth and looks much better than my own old tooth.Dr. Miller makes sure you don’t experience any pain. Before the numbing a topical anesthesia is applied so that the injection is very bearable. The amount of numbness was perfect, too, since it already wore off on my way home. I didnt have any soreness the next day either. Believe me, I dont enjoy dentist visits at all, but Dr. Miller and his staff make it the most enjoyable possible. I really appreciate Logan’s friendly, calm demeanor, and he has a great sense of humor, too.Best dentist and crew in town!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at North Austin Dentistry with Dr.Miller and all of the hygienists. They’re always kind, helpful, informative, and punctual. I’ve had everything from normal cleanings to fillings to crown procedures, and it’s always been a pleasant experience (as pleasant as having your teeth ground can possibly be).

I love coming here! I’ve had a lot of work done this past year, plus a bit of things on the list to take of this year.I hate every bit of getting dental work done, so much so that my first visit I was in tears of fear. I know I know I’m a huge baby and I was psyching myself out. But for real, they were the nicest ppl that work there. I keep going back I think at least 4 or 5 times in 2020, and I LOVED it every time. I had my first wisdom tooth removed last year at north austin dentistry and this year I came back for the rest to get them out. I had great experience both times. As I don’t have insurance, the prices are very reasonable here. Dr. Miller and other people who work there are so nice and professional. If you need to get your wisdom teeth get removed, I highly recommend dr. Miller.

I have issues with metal on my teeth. She uses ceramic tools and is gentle and pain free. She intuitively knows the problem spots and explains everything as she cleans my teeth as if they are expensive crystal. My fear of cleaning has been conquered and I can’t recommend her enough. Ive been a patient of Dr Millers for several years and every experience I have there is awesome. He & his staff are very thorough and caring. With COVID going on and dentistry being very in your face, they are being extremely careful to protect both patients and staff. One of the main things I really appreciate is the fact that they are not constantly trying to sell procedures that arent needed. He told me I had a small tooth fracture that would need to be repaired with a crown down the road, but that he would continue to monitor it at my 6 month check ups. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot thank Dr. Miller enough for the care he provided. I was experiencing excruciating pain in my molar that needed to have a root canal and rang Dr. Miller to see if he could see me ASAP. Not only did he squeeze me in that morning, but completed it in a timely manner. The procedure was also painless and he kept me informed of what he was doing along the way which was great. I never thought I would recommend wisdom teeth extraction, but here we are! I was so happy with my experience at North Austin Dentistry. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The entire process was painless. Uncomfortable - sure! Painful - definitely not. Dr. Millers staff is so warm and friendly. I felt truly cared about. Little things like Val pushing my earphone back in my ear when it fell out during the procedure - those little gestures of kindness make such a big difference and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during an uncomfortable situation. Im now two weeks post-op and would do the whole thing all over again if I needed to! 5 stars.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Miller. He removed my wisdom teeth last fall (which I had been TERRIFIED to have done for years) and made me feel extremely comfortable. I swore I’d never have them removed without being completely put under, but I had conscious sedation and it was totally fine. I’ll be seeing him for a long time. Would highly recommend!

I so appreciate Dr Miller and all of his office assistants! Staying at a surgicenter around a mile away from the office. My wife having surgery the next morning. Experienced severe pain from a broken tooth and my dentist was 100 miles away in Waco. Called the emergency phone number listed on the web site after hours and was told to come in next morning. After x-rays the tooth was pulled and. I was back in her room before she returned from recovery Woderful staff and great dentist. Highly recommend them.

I cant say enough good things about this practice. I had to take my daughter in for a tooth infection on a Saturday. Dr Miller and his staff were extremely efficient and thorough. The entire process was seamless... From intake to Xrays (with low radiation-emitting technology) to examination. Best dentist Ive ever been to. I really like Dr Miller and everyone in the office, they do great work. I recently had a dental implant done and it looks and feels great. I really appreciated how communicative he (and all the staff) was on the process, which with healing time in various stages took about six months. He really takes the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. Its really nice how Dr Miller and all the staff seem to truly have time to take with my concerns, in a very personable, friendly way. And of course they do great work, I must reiterate! Im very happy with the implant and the process as a whole has been as agreeable as I can imagine it being.5/5 would recommend.

I saw Dr Miller for an emergency extraction of a fractured molar. The office is exceptionally clean and a very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Dr Miller was extremely polite, professional and patient. He explained every step of the procedure thoroughly during the process. I highly recommend North Austin Dentistry for your dental care needs.6 month update- Dr Miller has been fantastic and has done incremental work over 6 months to complete our treatment plan today. My mouth hasnt felt this good in years. I still stand by my recommendation- you wont find a better dentist. Dr Miller is compassionate, intelligent and thorough, as is his entire staff. Do yourself a favor and go see them.
