The best staff here. Always helpful and genuine. Ron really helped me out with a huge problem without hesitation and for that Im grateful. Dan is a good person and looked out for me as well. The grounds are always tidy and I feel safe, I will definitely do business here again.

I have never needed a storage unit before. But just this week had a situation occur in which I absolutely had to get one, and quickly. Fortunately, I chose CubeSmart in Aurora for my first visit. The manager, Daniel Heit, greeted me and immediately took interest in helping me. After discussing my need, he guided me to the perfect size unit. Upon driving through the CubeSmart premises, I noticed how everything is clean and spacious. Thank you, Dan, for all the help you offered me.

I truly appreciated the large temperature controlled unit. I was also glad that there were two entrances available for easier all around accessibility and large truck acess.

Amanda caught that I made an error in my reservation (the unit was going to be too small for me) and called me before I arrived to let me know. Then cancelled my reservation with a full refund! My wife and I were extremely appreciative of her service, not just to save our money, but the hassle of arriving, finding out it was wrong, and having to find another unit the same day.

Dan was awesome. When he arrived he was very busy but remained professional an calm. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and down to earth. He made it very easy for us. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage.

Im new to cube smart storage- its very clean,no mice,the staff is amazing,easy to talk to easy to ask Qs,many options on payment!; Big Plus:)* the only thing I dont like:( no electric out lets,to use wen dark- they r open until 10pm!;wish it was!12mid night:! But its Ben very good so far😁

Worst customer service I have ever experienced Patrick is a straight criminal lying about many policies that dont even exist i had a business unit was not given access to clubhouse, was told many times i had 24-7 access until he would become upset and take it away like a child so i would be forced to go talk top him he has like 20 people living on site did nothing most his family he uses like 15 units as his own personal storage and when you ask for one/another one he said they didnt have any which is a bold face lie. he fabricated a lie telling me i had one week to move out when i had been there for years and during pandemic no less pretty sure thats illegal then he purposely leaves my unit active for three months failing to close account like he stated he would racking up debt in my name. if you know whats good for your business DO NOT USE CUBE SMART

Im not sure but this doesnt look very well lit or safe and secure if you ask me I commented upon the lights multiple times months ago with employees and an assistant manager and employee was like well Ill pass it along to management theyre aware of the problem but yet theyre still not fixed this is what it looks like at night time its not safe quite dangerous do not rent here I dont even ask my wife there after 5 be because it gets dark early

Destiny was so professional and very nice. Reserving my unit was quick and easy. She drove me to my unit on the golf cart and showed me around as well as my unit. I got a good deal when I reserved in advanced online 🤗

It is perfect, the storage facilitys ability to handle large vehicles plus standard spaces is phenomenal. The staff, specifically Michard and Jasmine, are a pleasure to spend time with and EXTREMELY helpful. Could not recommend them more!

Its never been so easy to rent a storage! This place is great, and the service only took less than 10 minutes. The place is clean, and neat, the storage room is great and access to the location is easy as well. Employees are awesome and very helpful.

The smoothest experience we could ask for!!! Patrick was professional and knowledgeable. We are relocating from Germany and needed temporary storage. As we were still jet-lagged and struggling with the altitude, we had to get through a laundry list of things during our 1 week house hunting trip. We started the process online and once in town quickly completed everything including visiting the unit in less than 15 min!!! We are satisfied customers!!!

Ron the store manager was excellent. I live out of town and Im assisting a sister and nephews was storage. And he was able to help me upgrade a unit for them. Its always clean its always nice and the service is great.

I dont have a ton of experience using storage units, but of the few Ive dealt with, the service was absolutely atrocious. The first time I went here, the manager personally walked me to the unit instead of just telling me and leaving me wandering around aimlessly looking for something. The place seems very secure and they have a proactive approach to ensuring all the customers are treated with stellar service. In a nutshell, Id say Customer Service is CubeSmarts strongest asset, and they definitely are convincing that this is the place to store your belongings. Id give 6 stars if I could.

Did not honor the advertised half off and 10% off first month rent when reserved online. Though the unit I reserved was found to be too small and I rented a bigger one, this should not have been a disqualification, as this size too was listed among the options. The website specifically stated that the size unit could be changed at the store. Also, I felt tricked by “surprise” admin fee assessed. I would have walked, had I not been under a time constraint.

Highly recommend using this storage facility! Patrick and his team were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was very nice and secure and we felt no hesitation leaving our belongings there. Again, highly reccomend this location!

I have only been there twice so far however it has been a pleasant trio each time.

They were outstanding and went above and beyond expectations! Our 5th wheel is our 2nd home. They gave us a tour of the facility before we stored it to ensure its safety. Then they escorted us out to the facility and personally helped us to safely store it inside the storage unit. They were amazing! Thank you so much!

EXPENSIVE!!! They doubled my rent in a few years. I am paying less in a climate controlled unit thats twice as big at a competitor. Plus its indoor, so I dont get all of the DIRT in my unit. I DO NOT recommend CubeSmart!!!!

Excellent service by Ron, easy going, took the time to explain different options, showed me around, no rush service. When I went back the second time to get the storage Patric and Ron again super cool.

Staff unfairly enforces rules they also like to ticket and charge alot of other fees without telling you like a $40 trash fee. A guy can be here working on his car for hours and yet i cant be here for one hour before their staff starts harassing me to leave.

Patrick and Ron were great! I was given a fair and competitive rate for the storage for our motorhome. I look forward to a great relationship during the next year. I even recommended the covered and heated storage availability to my previous storage facility. I am certain that the business will grow for covered storage at CubeSmart on 4th Avenue.

I showed up to move in two days early. There was some crazy commotion going on with another unit whose tenant had trashed it. Cudos to the manager Patrick who was reassuringly calm and collected and the folks in the office.Not only did they attend to me immediately even though I was days early, they let me change my unit to a bigger one and allowed me to go ahead and move in. Very nice staff and easy to get to my unit frequently.The next day, I showed up at 6am to get some items out of my unit. Because of the commotion from previous day, the gate was disabled to keep access under strict control. Admittedly, I was a jerk about it and my actions woke up the on-site manager and his kids:(Although he must have been upset with how much of a jerk I was being, he maintained the most professional composure. Even though the office on Sundays doesnt open til 11, the manager personally let me in, was smiling and quickly diffused my tantrum.I feel comfortable referring friends and family to this location.Thanks you guys!

Finally! A storage unit that allows cars even if they arent running. Beautiful facility with 24hr security and an on site employee. Chris, who helped get me the unit was very nice and friendly and the process smooth and overall pretty quick. They have greats prices and a good selection of sizes to choose from. Within an hr of showing up my friend and I were out the door keys in hand,each with our own unit, and on our way to grab a Uhaul. I am pleased to be storaging here and plan to use CubeSmart in the future for my storing option!

As a refugee escaping a positively horrible experience at Public Storage, I cant express what a godsend Cubesmart Self Storage has been! My family now stores at three different Cubesmart locations, all with beyond excellent customer service and outstanding management. I have referred everyone I know for both their personal and professional storage needs. At this particular location, Ive had the absolute joy and privelage of dealing with Chris Lewis-- a delightfully pleasant, professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful manager who advised us on the right amount of space and found us a terrific deal and has been wonderful to speak with every month since. Storage is the only bill I look forward to calling in each month because I enjoy the management team so much. Ive worked in customer service and on phones for about 15 years now, so that I value and appreciate that immensely. Do yourself a favor-- give these folks a call and leave the filthy crooks at Public Storage in the dirt where they belong.
