I really like this place. I had gone here a few times. At first I was very anxious about getting a storage unit. Like how can I insure my stuff would be safe. How can I get in after hours for important things. How can I trust that no staff will look into my things. What if I cant pay in time. All these thoughts of getting a storage unit drove me crazy. Miley however answered all my questions and helped me feel truly comfortable with my experience. I still have a storage unit to this day. Its very affordable and very easy. I couldnt have done this without Miley. She is very efficient. Thank you so very much. I wish you and the entire staff a fantastic day. 🙂

I came in looking for storage that was close by, Miley was super helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to help me rent the perfect unit. I like the fact that there are security cameras everywhere, and I feel good knowing my things are safe.

The place is nice and tidy. I like the lady that works there. It bothered me to have seen the gate wide open in the middle of the night on more than one occasion. Another thing that bothered me, and the primary reason I have reduced my number of units from 4 to 1, is after giving them well over $10000 in the last year or so (over $1100 a month for awhile) they would not let me throw a single item in their dumpster. Lame. I will be taking the remaining of my business there elsewhere.

Signing up for a storage unit was easy, and the site is very well maintained and secure. I rented a unit for about a year and a half and had no issues. The store manager Miley was extremely helpful and when the time came to vacate my unit, she greeted me and walked me thru the steps. She was also prompt in response to my follow-up questions I sent in an email. Honestly, did not expect that kind of service and it made my move 10x less stressful. Give that Manager Miley a raise!

On 7/18/21, I visited Life Storage located at E Mississippi to purchase boxes and bubble wrap. Miley had greeted me and assisted me in getting my items. She was very professional and nice. I love the location and it is very convenient for me as I live close by.

Dont trust the online price quote. We paid 50% above the online quote, plus insurance. At least its convenient and staff is helpful.

I came in today speaking to Miley and she was super respectful and informative 👏 I appreciate her taking the time and being nice. That is hard to find these days.

It has a bunch of security cameras everywhere and very easy access to climate control with two outside elevators and multiple entrances. I feel safe storing my stuff here and love the access. They even provide a cart outside the elevators. Love it!

I needed a storage space and this place was really close to me. I went in and Cheyanna was very friendly and super knowledgeable. She actually took me out to the unit and showed it to me before I got the space. She went through the paperwork with me and answered all of my questions.

I called over the phone and the representative helping me out was able to find what I needed for storage of some of my things and had it reserved. When I pulled up to the location, the lady helping me out got me through everything quick and easy!

My boyfriend Josh and I are very happy with our experience here. I never have anything to complain about and plan on storing for a while!

This place is Terrible. Sunday hours say 12-4 I was there at 11:50 and waited for 2 hours and no one showed up the the office. Called the customer service number and they were not helpful at all ☹️

Super chill place

I have had a lot of bad experiences with other storage places so when I had to get storage again, I didnt have high hopes. My husband and I walked in to the office and were greeted right away. After that, the entire experience was far better than any of the other places that I have stored at. Cheyenne the manager was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Were very glad we decided to stop by life storage first!

If you are looking for a clean and affordable place to store your belongings, this is the place to go... The bathroom wasnt clean but the storage unit and halls were. The price was very reasonable too. They dont offer a MOVE-IN special but you pay for what you get and I recommend this location

This location differs slightly from from others that weve used as the units are a little higher up and the driving path is sloped. Makes it a bit more difficult to maneuver your items in and out of the unit if youre renting a driveup entrance unit. The manager here is very nice and so far weve been satisfied with our rental, only issue is the sloping drive making it a but more challenging to move things.

This is an Excellent place to use for your storage needs! Ive been storing at this location for 5.5 years now without any problems. Cheyanna and all the staff over the years were exceptional and most helpful. The location is very clean and secure. Its been a great experience.

This place is 10 times better than public storage! The girls in the office are honest, informative, nice and not to mention fun to talk to. I’m happy I am storing at this location and I will definitely refer them to others!

Friendly people, got me set up quickly and waived the $25 standard process fee. It has indoor and outdoor storage units. acces everyday until 10 pm. They have insurance for just $10 per month and a lock for just $16 (one time fee for the lock) others charge $25 or more. They got most everything set up over the phone (including reserving a space). only reason I didnt give 5 stars is b/c if I would have reserved 1 month earlier it would have been a bit cheaper per month, the rates do increase a little during moving season.

Started process of obtaining a storage space from Carrington the on duty attendant.She was very cheerful and happy to explain all our options and ways to save money on the space we were interested in. She was a pleasure to deal with.The storage unit was clean and tidy upon moving our stuff in.

Cheyanna and Lawry are very kind and run a great team, they keep the place clean and pleasant. Stored my things there for 3 almost 4 years while Ive been living in Florida and everything was as I left it. No bedbugs or anything nasty. Everything safely in its place~

Very Misleading Terms! They will tell you that the monthly rate is prorated, when you do decide to leave they tell you that they only prorate daily use! What? Lost easily $100 because of the misleading terms. Very Unhappy and feel as a business honesty cant be undervalued. Will take my storage needs in other places in the future.

My unit was broken into a week after I rented the unit. Management said my code had been used but couldnt give me an exact time. I called police an made a report. Upon their arrival I was informed that they do not have a state of thee art security system but rather, one camera facing the entrance, and the police Couldnt make out the license plate of the vehicle that obviously was involved with the burglary because the cameras were not in focus. The insurance refused to make a pay out because they claimed I gave my security code out. I moved. There alone an never gave my code. To a single person. Ever! Just there way of not accepting responsibility to their customers. A horrendous place to store your beloved belongings. Trashy an unkept units an office. I moved out within hours. Please be careful before using this Storage facility!!!

My experience with Uncle Bobs was a positive one. I used them to store files from work and for my personal things. I like the 24-hour access, it works with me traveling to and from out of state. I always get a return call when I call regarding billing or information on anything. I once forgot my passcode and had to call late in the day and I had a voicemail with the information I needed when I arrived at 11:00pm at night! Wow..talk about great service! I also appreciate the cleanliness of the grounds and the public bathroom! Free truck rental was just another great reason to go to Uncle Bobs, they treat you like family> or better! They were there to help with all my moving needs down to the packaging tape. And if you ask them upfront about prorating, It can be done! :)
