This location is getting more than 1 star because they do have a great staff. However, to increase cost of a unit after only a few months of rental by 10% ($30/mo. for me) during a global pandemic and people are struggling I think is completely just taking advantage of the situation. When discussing with corporate they said to offset operating cost but couldnt give me an exact reason for that operating cost increase. There are many storage companies in the area, I would recommend looking at others and skip here.

We have been using this StorageMart for a while both for my wife’s business and for our own private use. Staff has been very helpful and it’s much more convenient than a multi-floor layout. Love that we can go straight to our units to load and unload.

This place is terrible. I reserved and paid online for a 10×20 indoor climete controller. When I got there to do my entry password. Raphael says very rudely, very unprofessional that they only have a 4door entry to my reservation. That mean small doors 4 locks. Never did he try to compromise and figure out another unit, he tried to offer a outdoor unit. If I wanted a outdoor unit I would of reserved one. And the website or reservations never said it was a 4door one unit. Waste of time still waiting on my refund. Do Not Get A Storage here unless you are ready to buy 4 locks at $15.00 a piece without them informing you before you get there.WAITING ON MY REFUND....

We have been using StorageMart for a number of years and have been 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility, the ease of gaining access to our belongings, as well as the outstanding customer service that we have received from Natalie and her staff.

Great place and this is our second time using them. Clean, safe facilities and a small store to get any last-minute items for packing. We previously had a climate-controlled unit where access was down a hallway with interior access. It was fine but between getting carts to move things around and keep doors propped open was sometimes awkward.This time we got a drive up access climate-controlled unit and its far easier to get to and in/out of. Small matter but love it.So why not 5 stars? Honestly would have and would say 4.5 now except for one thing. In the year since we last used them the access hours changed from 24/7 to closed at 10p daily. Only because were night owls and might need to run and pick something at random times in particular on weekends (we dont have a basement so this serves that capacity).Not the end of the world, but would prefer full access at any time.

If I could give this 10 stars I would!!This specific location, and this company is just amazing. The people that work here are so friendly and so helpful!! And our unit was absolutely perfect. It was clean when we moved our things in and we had them in there for one year. (We had the climate controlled unit). I kid you not, there was not even dust on our things when we moved everything out a few days ago. They allow 24/7 access, with GREAT security. And even through all of the awful weather we had in the last year/few months there was never any issue after snow storms, rain storms, hail storms.If you are looking for a storage place you can trust in terms of location and people, choose this one. You will not regret it!! It was worth every penny for my husband and I to know our very personal things were safe, and not being damaged!!When/if we ever have to use storage again we are going to come back to this location/company specifically because of how wonderful they were to us.Thank you so much StorageMart!!Edit: We one time got caught up in the business of life and didn’t realize the first of the month had passed—they actually called us to remind us to pay otherwise we ran the risk of the late payment fee. We thought that was one of the kindest things they could have ever done. We were SO grateful!!

We rented mid month and were attracted by theFree Month offer because we still had items in storage in another state that we had to pay for until we could consolidate. It wasnt until we were signing our contract that it was slipped in that we only had the rest of the month and our rent would be due on the first so basically understand that month free is relative. Other than that the location is secure and well maintained.

Rhonda the manager there has always taken very good care of me. Their prices are very reasonable for the area. I had some damage to one of my vehicles that was parked the and she made sure to take pictures and get me in touch with the right people. I had a vehicle there that another tenant was interested in purchasing and she connected us so we could make a deal. Great experience as far as Im concerned. Location is very convenient and easy to access.

Went in to StorageMart today to rent a storage unit and the manager Ronda was so nice and helpful. Everything was smooth and seamless. The unit was clean and affordable. Great experience. Would definitely recommend this StorageMart.

Clean, accessible, secure and priced fairly. Have rented here for 6 years and never had an issue except for one extremely windy night when the gate wouldnt open and the manager came down after hours (without attitude) to help me. Only other issue was during one winter when ice had built up outside the access door (that swings out to open) so I couldnt get into the building. Didnt ask for help that time as it wasnt critical so I just came back when it was a bit warmer and the ice was gone.

The ladies are absolutely brilliant!! Best customer service I had in ages and the sign up process was straight-forward. Really SO glad that the website on the first place I checked out wasnt working so I found StorageMart instead. The store was really clean and the facilities are great, easy to access and really well maintained. Highly recommend to anyone whos looking for somewhere to park their stuff for a while.

Storage Mart does false advertising. They market storage units that are $149.00 per month and that they say is 10 by 20. However, I measured the unit advertised and the unit is 9 6 by 15 and therefore my truck will not fit. I asked the the manager to show me a unit the same as they advertised. She said they didnt have any. So, I asked can you substitute another unit with the dimensions as advertised. The manager refused to substitute. So, I will never do business with storagemart or any of its affiliates. And I will encourage all of my friends and colleagues to do the same.

I had a terrific experience at Storage Mart. Rondia, the General Manager was very nice and accommodating. We are very please with our storage room, all the amenities and the convenience of having Storage Mart so close. I would strongly recommend Storage Mart to any of my friends or family looking for extra storage space. Keep up the great work!!!

Manager has a horrible attitude. My wife and I originally rented our unit from Ronda, who was amazing. She provided great customer service, and went above and beyond. Natalie who is there now could use a bit of retraining. She rude and spoke to my wife as if she was a child. We were going to rent another 2 units from her but have decided to take our business down the street to Lifestorage hopefully they will provide better customer service. So far so good.

I have rented not one, but two spaces from these guys. It was a transfer from a small unit I got back in June to a larger unit a few weeks ago. I walked in; told the nice lady what I needed to do; and I was outta there in less than ten minutes. Which was a HUGE help to me that day (long story...haha). Not only was the service fast & efficient, I got the first month free on the NEW space too! Im telling you, it couldnt have easier.

Amazing customer service. Was coming into town on Sunday, and even though they were close the property manager was able to rearrange her schedule to check me in. A+++

Bad customer serviceI was in the location today and was greeted with a bad attitude and awful customer service. Seemed the manager was more worried about other issues then taking care of customers. Talked negatively to the other employee and huffed around. I told them I will rent somewhere else. I went down the road and secured a spot with the other storage facility. The whole situation was childish and completely lacked class.

This is our second time using this StorageMart and the reason why is simple.....great service and Rondia is very helpful, always has a smile on her face and makes you know that she is there for us without blinking an eyelid.Both times the units were clean and easy to get into.....Office area is always clean and other staff are also nice and friendly.We could have got another Storage Unit closer to where we will be living however i say when your on a good thing...stick to it, the few extra miles we have to travel is well worth it!!If Rondia is doing her rounds on the golf cart she always stops and says hi, really really nice to feel we are somebody not just another person...very rare these days!!

Enter and exit pads are hard to reach, have to get out of the car to get close enough to the pad. Now vegetation growing around it makes it worse. Need to move the button pads further out

The manager, Rondia, went above and beyond her duties to help this moving-exhausted, single mom of 3 get moved into multiple storage units. Moving took longer than expected and I had to keep a 26 foot moving truck overnight. Rondia allowed me to keep it parked safely multiple nights, on sight, which made unloading it so much easier. Storage Mart had an excellent Groupon deal for moving in and also gave the 2 month free. The facility is kept clean and secure. This has been the best storage experience Ive ever had and I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience at the Aurora StorageMart. We were going through a difficult time as a family and needed to move several things out of our unit. The manager, Rondia, was incredibly helpful and understanding during this time. She was always available and very responsive to our needs.Besides having a great manager, this facility is an excellent storage option. Unlike past experiences with other facilities that weve used for storage, none of our goods had any water damage and Rondia made sure that our units didnt get covered in ice in the winter.Overall, we had a great experience with this facility. I would definitely recommend connecting with Rondia for any of your storage needs.
