I usually go to the dealership to get my car serviced, went out on a whim and tried this place for an oil change. They exceeded my expectations IMMENSELY! The manager Joe was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, honest and kind. He gave me a great deal on my oil change too. They even stayed past closing time to help me. Incredible service. Definitely will be back.

I first went here may 21 to get my control arm replaced on my car. Everything went great & I had no issues. Cheaper prices then other places for really good work. I went there for a second time in august b/c my catalytic converter was stolen... They fixed it perfectly I had no issues. the next day, I bring my car back and they welded a cage-thing around my converter for free!! to prevent it from being stolen again. Thank you, very nice of them

I had a great experience here. They gave a quick and accurate estimate, I brought my car in the next day and they had it ready for me (early) the same day! It has been running great ever since. I cant believe what a difference a new set of tires makes! One of the best auto mechanic experiences Ive ever had. Thanks!

I’ve been in the Aurora area for 24 years and have gone through quite a few repair shops. I’ve just recently started using Mike More Miles and they have been great. Very professional and fair prices for quality work.

Took my car in for an oil change using a coupon from my Marianos receipt. GREAT customer service. No issues with the coupon and was in and out. So pleased with Mikes

Since winter, my car battery drains over night, kept charging myself for awhile and then I had to go to the Mike more miles because I changed my battery last March, which not even a year old. And they said because of cold, battery went bad. And they changed my battery. Few days later, same thing happened. And called Mike more miles, do not drive, it might be an alternator problem. So I had to call the tow truck to pick up my car. And then they changed alternator. Few days later, same thing happened. They changed battery 1 more time, alternator too. But it didnt work. (Also when they changed alternator forgot to put some parts back. I found my windshield when I got home.) Finally they said they dont know the reason. I have to go to the dealership. In 2 weeks battery and alternator changed 2times for no reason. I can guess maybe this is the battery or alternator problem. As not an expert. But if they cant figure it out, they should say this earlier so I didnt waste my money and time. Turns our it wasnt battery or alternator problem. Completely something else. So disappointed.

I have always been impressed with their professionalism, how friendly they are and the turnaround time for the work they do. They never push additional work that isn’t necessary unlike many other shops I have been to in the past. Always making sure you understand what work they recommend and why, ensuring you are as educated as you care to be. I couldn’t ask for a more fair and stand up place to bring my cars. Professional and courteous service and good value for money spent on car repairs.

TLDR: This shop will take advantage of you. Do not give them your business.My fiance got her oil changed at this location and after the car was released back to her we had noticed some oil dripping out of the oil pan. After further inspection it looked like the oil drain plug had gotten over tightened and stripped the threads.We called the shop and they stated that the oil pan is a wear part and has to be replaced periodically. My car is a 2017 Honda and I knew that the oil pan wearing out was not the case. I called the Honda dealership and their service manager stated that the oil pan is not a wear part and the only way this could happen is if the drain plug was over tightened.I asked to speak with the manager Chris and he spun me around the same story. After battling back and forth he reluctantly decided to knock down the price of a new oil pan from $700 to around $200. I told him I would think about it and he called me back saying he could put a helicoil in the pan and that would remedy the leak. I said okay and they did the fix. Literally 10 days later and their fix is already leaking.I appreciate that they were willing to try and work with us to make things right but this shop really has no idea what they are doing. They take advantage of people who dont know anything about cars. Take your money to a dealer. Dont feed this chain. I am going to end up paying to replace the oil pan myself.

Predatory, dishonest business practices. Argumentative management that is unwilling to admit wrongdoing on their behalf and lies to customers to try to cover up poor work quality.Oil pans are not wear items. Oil pan threads are not wear items. When you screw something up, own the issue and repair it properly.

My transmission lines were leaking and leaving puddles of fluid everywhere. They fixed the leaks and did a thorough inspection to make sure there are no other issues or potential problems. I appreciate that they go the extra mile to ensure my safety and piece of mind.

They are the most honest, professional and knowledgeable place I have ever gone too. They care about their customers and always want to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive. Super helpful and quick service

Kevin was very pleasant and professional. Thankfully Tom advised us to replace our timing belt. We were 65,000 miles overdue (I verified this on several automotive forums). Prices are fair and in line with other places. Service was fast and the car was ready at the agreed upon time. Definitely bringing my other car here for airbag issues.

I have been going to this shop for years. Through 3-4 cars. And I usually keep my cars for 8-12 years. They are honest and extremely knowledgeable. Ive spoken to other women while we are waiting in the shop. And we all say the same thing. That this is one shop you never have to worry about ripping you off because you dont know a lot about cars! They are excellent!!

Took my SUV to Mike repair shop in Aurora.I asked Joe at the front desk if he would be able to do an engine light diagnose and fix the problem on my Range Rover he unequivocally answered “ we been in business for more than 30 years yes we can” made it sound like I asked a stupid question. Cost me $168, two days in the shop and now they tell me they can’t fixit got to go to Range Rover. Be up front Joe

Seems as though this shop doesnt like to keep the bad reviews so lets try this again. I was recommended this place by a friend so I called and talked to some guy named Joe. This guy was rude and disrespectful and I could tell that he was ill tempered so I just hung up on him and took my service to another shop. I will not be going to this shop anytime soon, and I most certainly will not be recommending this place to anyone either.
