I have been around cars my entire life and can fix most things...until I cant. This shop was thorough and remained in contact throughout the entire process. They completely installed a new rear axle in my Jeep and its running like new. No funny business, just what I needed and no fluff.

By far the best auto service small business I have ever used. I went because they were offering free oil service for children’s hospital employees during the pandemic. A few months later my heart went out. They were able to fix it for $600 less than the quoted price due less labor cost. They also called me several times after to see if the work was satisfactory. My tire was making a noise so they setup a ride along appointment. They fixed the noise within 10 minutes. Also everyone in the shop has been very pleasant and accommodating in person and over the phone. I will continue to highly recommend them to anyone that needs a car serviced.

Gary’s did a great job with our transmission. Took care to keep us posted on the work being done. Helped us deal with our warranty as well. Will certainly call them next time!!

Fair prices, good work, staff took time to answer questions. Quoted prices were very accurate, and if a probkem or unexpected issue turned up, they were quick to let ne know so I could adjust my schedule or decide if I wanted to do more than originally planned. I received printed report of all systems checked & the results (down to a burned out bulb in a license plate holder), and maintenance recommendations with estimate.My story: I took my car in for oil change and diagnostic after a bad parking lot pothole experience which required a tow truck to extract my car (long story involving a dog). I also asked them to check radiator for leak, as I was losing coolant. They found a leak in the coolant circulation lines and tightened the connection. This leak had been present before I bought the car from my mom. She took the car in for alignment; that shop showed her leaking fluid (below where Gary fixed the coolant fluid leak); they told her the leak was from the rack & pinion for that wheel, and it needed to be repaired or replaced. She declined, since she drove very little, and planned to sell the car. Msyve there was a leak from the rack and pinion that healed itself, but I feel better about Garys services after he checked and found only a coolant system leak.

Garys offered a free oil change for Frontline Healthcare workers. My car uses full synthetic oil so I assumed there would be some charge (since most offers dont include synthetic.) Not only was my oil change truly free, they inspected my car for a long list of things! They found my transmission fluid was low. Garys topped it off AND checked for a leak. They oiled my door and hood hinges. This shop went above and beyond!!! I will definitely use them again.

Genuinely honest service, very reasonable prices. They also have access to discounted car rental fees if you need trasportation while your car is being fixed. When I need to know exactly whats wrong with my car, I come to Garys.

Brought my 2000 Mustang in because it couldnt pass emissions. Gary and his crew found a pile of issues to be addressed and completed the repairs in 4 days. I havent gotten it retested yet but it drives better than it did when I bought it 6 years ago. Im confident that I wont have any further issues.It was a hefty price tag but each individual repair was only in the $200-300 range. Very reasonable overall. Everyone at the shop (dogs included) were very friendly and I intend to return for a few other issues I couldnt afford to address the first time around.

I have lived in Denver for 4 years and I have been searching for a good, independent, fair, and reliable car repair place.Numerous auto repair shops capitalize on my ignorance in regards to cars. Garys DID not do this. They took their time... analyzed the problem and fixed it! I will not take my cars anywhere else as long as I live in Denver. Thank you for being kind, honest, fair, and knowledgeable.

Came here to have them fix what ever caused the engine light to flash. Took them about a week, cost over $800. On the same day it was ready for pick up, Gary went on a 30 min test drive. About 2 weeks later had the same problem on my car again. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

This place is a jewel that I found in Aurora. It is a family owned business and the owner inspects everything before it leaves the shop. I actually waited 3 minutes while the owner went through my vehicle to make sure it was exactly the way it should be. This is old school customer service. What a breath of fresh air.

I needed a new engine and had a few questions but the lady (the wife of Gary) who answers the phone is not friendly at all so I decided to go some where else. If you cant handle customer service than dont work in customer service!! Pretty simple.

Their natural talent and learned abilities in vehicle engineering are very very impressive for such a small space. Currently the only garage I know of not directly tied to Mercedes-Benz that can reliably service a Smartcar.

Although they were nice, Gary tried to do the typical price hike up for repair. After spending damn near 3 hours for a heating/cooling diagnostic, he quoted me price along with several other things to fix. I Asked if the cost was more of labor or parts? He said it was the part and he gave me the price. It seemed fairly high so i asked the exact part and called around, just to find out that he hiked the part price up just about $100. Before i was able to call around parts stores to get prices, Gary kept giving me vague information regarding the part. As i kept probing because no one knew the part by his name, he finally gave it to me, but was mad because i didnt want to pay a $100 hike up on a part. I tried to speak to him about it, but that ended with him stuttering and giving me answers that didnt make sense or even go with this ocnversation. needless to say i got my car and didnt give him the business. Dont go in blind faith on his special pricing. That equals you uneccessarily out of money.
