I got an online quote for a 2022 Pilot. I got a response back from Luis the next day unlike my local dealer who did not have time to respond to an online request. However, I worked with Larry when I reached the dealer facility hoping to make a deal and we placed an order. I did not feel he was a sales person. I understand he has to explain thats being offered but he did not try hard to sell them. I was more impressed when we visited the dealer a week later. I asked for the $1000 loyalty program and they deducted it to the final price we had agreed.If I buy Honda again, I will choose Valley Honda again.

Had the pleasure of buying my first car from Valley Honda with Tyler Davis last week. He was very professional, respectful, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process (which was pretty impressive since my parents who’ve been lifelong Honda/Acura buyers were kinda breathing down his neck). He made sure that my car got the add-ons I requested and was very knowledgeable and helped familiarize me with all the new features. This car is the third Civic in my family but has so much more technology in it than our last one, so I really appreciate Tyler’s continued customer service via texts as I will probably have more questions later on!

I purchased a new car from Valley in 2018 and was pleasantly surprised at the low pressure and helpfulness of the dealership, therefore I returned in 2021. I couldn’t imagine the process would be better during these Covid times than in 2018. It was better thanks to Jab Rahman who was extremely nice, patient and helpful. Covid has changed car buying and cars are now reserved by customers before the car arrives to the dealership. Unfortunately Valley was unable to locate the model with the trim level we desired but did have an upgraded model which I put a deposit on. Later, after reconsidering, I called Jab to inform him and request a deposit refund. Jab was so helpful and attentive that I really wish I could have purchased my car from him and Valley Honda. I do not like the “new car” buying experience, so for me to say that I wish I could have purchased my new car from Jab is a testament of how helpful and respectful he was throughout this process, even after I informed him we purchased a car from a different dealer. I visited five dealerships in 2 days with Valley being the first and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Honda visit Valley Honda before any other dealership. They were truly well above the other 4 dealerships in knowledge, customer service, respectfulness, customer service and price. If i could only use one word to describe my experience at this dealership, it would be OUTSTANDING!....I worked with Tyler Davis on getting a 22 Odyssey that wasnt in stock, had to wait for the van to be built. From the point i walked in the dealership, took the courtesy tour of the place, service dept and sat down to discuss the purchase (transparency and no BS tactics during discussion from tyler was refreshing to deal with, hard to find this at other places...), until finally finishing the financing paperwork and picking up the van when it came in, i was totally impressed. I felt i got it for a competitive price. He kept me updated regularly on the status and when i came in to pick it up, the van looked amazing when we left, completely detailed, paint was sparkling! ....he thoroughly went over everything about the vehicle with me.I felt Tyler did an amazing job throughout the process. In financing i worked with Cesar who also did a great job getting me through the process, not to mention they actually were able to get me approved for a better rate than i originally had thought!! ..I was extremely grateful for this and that they went full out for me in the financing process...All in all, the reviews are correct(some dealers i feel have overrated reviews, based on my experience after i go in), but Valley truly stands by their reputation, i see why they are highly rated. I made the right choice coming here for the odyssey even tho i had to wait for the van to be built and to get what i wanted , not to mention this dealership was 40miles away from me, it was worth it. If i could only deal with a dealership like Valley and a sales Rep like Tyler with any future purchase, i could only be so lucky. Valley was truly an all around great experience, Hands Down best car purchase experience/process i have ever had...highly recommended... Absolutely my favorite Honda dealership by far. Beautiful waiting room with new computers, Starbucks coffee makers, reclining chairs and big flat screen tvs. Waiting for service never takes half as long as other Honda locations I have been to. Our salesman, Scott, is top-notch and very understanding of customers wants and needs. He helped us through a very rough time after my previous vehicle was vandalized and robbed. Now I have a beautiful new car that I am over the moon about. He also went above and beyond to explain to me all the different mechanisms that Honda has added over the years on the dashboard and radio. My previous van was a 2002 Odyssey, so it lacked all of the bells and whistles of todays standards. 10/10 would recommend again.

(2)They claimed that you got 500$ of service voucher which has 200$ worth of referral bonus (if you get). (3) First time in my car buying I found you will just get Keys no key holders

Scott Stevens the Sales Consultant that worked with me on getting the car was great!Scott helped me find the car I was looking for and answered all of my questions. Scott explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand. No pressure and had good suggestions,Valley Honda has a very good system that ensures that every important thing for the buyer is gone over. Valley Honda has a very good service department that I have used for my other Honda. Service was quick and no appointment was necessary.

Diego Leon did a fantastic job with the purchase of my new CRV. He gave weekly updates on my vehicle from the time I placed the order to when the vehicle arrived. He was very friendly and polite. He did a great job explaining all the technology in my new vehicle!

Let me start off by saying Amber is a delight. If you want to buy a car from someone who is just genuinely enthusiastic about getting you exactly what you want, meet with Amber. My entire experience here was beyond pleasant on its own, even more so when contrasted with the nightmares I had at other dealers. Genuinely, I will never consider another Honda dealer while Valley Honda is around. I got a fair deal, a great car, and felt respected the entire time.

Tyler Davis couldnt have provided better customer service. When I spoke to him over the phone I made it very clear that I needed what I wanted immediately and unfortunately due to availability I would be coming in only for a test drive and that is it. This didnt stop him from being as helpful as possible. He went above and beyond with me just so I can get a feel for the vehicle and essentially let me know what he has available if we were to choose to purchase there if we chose to come back after shopping around for our car and didnt find what we liked for immediate use. Never tried to talk me into buying from him, just provided information and politeness in hopes we find what we need and it would be awesome if it was from him. After I left I honestly couldnt imagine buying from somewhere else. Especially after talking to other dealerships. So I decided to wait for the car I wanted because I knew I was going to be treated right and thats what the most important thing is, is knowing that you will be treated right. He wasnt trying to talk me into anything, just give me the knowledge I asked for and didnt ask for but I needed and hoped I chose him to do business with and if not atleast he could be a help to me and that was amazing. Ill definitely be coming back to him and referring anyone I could to him which I already did before I even got my own car. He has my business and valley honda has my trust as a top notch car dealership that truly believes in customer service and being respectful of potential buyers space and letting them choose on their own without the feeling of salesman trying to manipulate you.
