Ive been coming here for a few years now. The staff is super nice and helpful. They explain what they are doing and if things are necessary. My car is old and Im not going to put money into it for cosmetics and updates that may not be needed and they have never tried to push anything on me and have always been amazing with the work they are doing. Great work from honest people to a fair price!

They fixed some age related issues on our recently purchased 2005 CRV, and were honest, informative, and fair priced. They noticed one broken and some loose bolts on the AC, and tightened them, something that wasn’t even on our repair list. Thorough and diligent. We appreciate Nick and the team protecting our investment, and livelihood. We put a lot of miles on this car doing Uber etc, and it’s our one and only car at the moment. So finding a place that we can trust, and afford like Autoworks is essential. Will definitely recommend to fellow delivery workers.

The Mechanics here are very knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction regarding car repairs. I took my vehicle in for something I thought needed fixing, and they diagnosed the real issues and suggested I fix those things. 3 months later and my car is running as good as ever and there have been no unexpected repairs necessary. This shop seems to take their work seriously and were extremely good at communicating with me while my car was being diagnosed and worked on. I will definitely be coming here again.

We live out of state and our car was losing power and the engine light was blinking. I called other shops that couldnt get me in for 2 weeks. I called this one and they got me in immediately and fixed the issue that day!! And at a fair price!! Would highly recommend!!

I went to them with the intention of getting my rotors replaced because Big O had told me that they were thin and needed to be replaced. When I went in they took a quick look and said that everything still had a lot of life in them! Im thankful I found a place I could trust!

This shop made me feel special.I recently got a newish car from out of state, and the front plate wasnt drilled in. I went for an oil change, and when I mentioned the front plate, they took the time to drill the front plates for me and let me keep the screws. Its not often that I get to write a review about a place that has impacted my life as much as this shop has. Johnny, Nick, Chad and all the guys at Autoworks have been like family to me. I have used their services for nearly 8 or 9 years for everything from a simple clutch job to a full out motor swap. The most recent was a swap of the bad motor in my 08 Audi A4. This swap was done well but sadly the used motor that I bought was no good. They were very helpful in removing the motor and trying to get me a replacement. When the company refused they stood by me (via zoom) and helped me fight this bad company in court. I won and got the money I paid for that motor. These guys are the true and unwavering standard of what Customer Service should be. They could have easily said tuff stuff, not our motor, but instead they cared! They were passionate about making my situation a better one. They even helped connect me to another customer who happen to be selling a similar Audi. I now own that Audi and have a great record of work they have done to make me feel even better about the buy. So if you want a shop that will care for you and your ride like your beloved brother or best friend I strongly recommend giving the guys at Autoworks in Aurora a try. I am glad I did!

These guys are the best of the best!! I have taken my car to these guys for 4-5 years now and Ive never been disappointed. They are very nice, honest and all of the people working there are great! What Johnny did for me today, was way above and beyond of what any mechanic shop would have done. If it wasnt for you lending me a car Johnny, to get to work on my first day, I dont know what I would have done!! Its one thing to fix a car, but to do it with integrity, with kindness, compassion and to genuinely want to help someone else out in a time of need, that screams volumes, character!! Nick is Awesome!! I was in need of a new oil pan for my 2012 Camry. I had seen this shop catching my eye several times driving by, having just moved back in the area recently & seriously in need of a new mechanic. Nick took my call & amazing care of my car as well as myself by getting me where I needed to be down the street without my car. Also, the price was affordable and he let me know of a couple of things with my car that will need a little work in the future. I felt that he was genuinely caring, honest and my car runs great!! Terrible, replaced tire bolts last year. Need to do my brakes. Replaced my tire bolts with a 7 spline key that they did not give to me and wrote on a paper that I needed one. With what I paid you think it would be provided. The gentleman that took my call was kind of rude. I asked how they got the tire on if he didn’t have key and he couldn’t tell me. Won’t use again.

My trunk wouldnt open on my 2016 HRV I called and they told me to bring it right in, they helped me right away. I have been going there for years for my oil changes, they always do a thorough job. The staff is very friendly and you cant beat the prices!

My AC in my car stopped working months ago. I diagnosed it and believed it to be the compressor. I bought the part online, along with an evaporator, direr, and a few other ac parts to install while in there. I shopped around for the labor to get the parts installed and all the other mechanics either A) wouldnt install customer supplied parts, B) were 2 to 3 times more expensive or C) never got back to me.The guys here quoted me an INCREDIBLY affordable rate.The best part is they DIDNT install the parts I brought to them. This was actually a bonus because my diagnosis was wrong. They found the real problem, fixed my AC and then I was able to return those parts I had already bought and save EVEN MORE MONEY.Go to these guys. Im telling you they know what they are doing and they wont rip you off. Which is really rare nowadays. They have a lifelong customer in me now.

These guys are awesome! I had a semi functioning AC in my truck, multiple attempts with other mechanics never solved the problem. These guys finally figured out my Issue, just a simple sensor and flush. Thank you Nick and Johnny!

This is the best place in Colorado to have your car fixed or for scheduled maintenance. They will be extremely honest with you and charge a very fair price. They will never try and sell you on a bunch of extra work that isnt necessary and will even let you know if a repair isnt needed at the time. There is no other shop that does this. I had the pleasure of getting major issues with my car fixed by Autoworks Service and Repair. I have to say all the employees where very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done on my car. The Autoworks employees where even concerned about transportation while my car was being repaired and lent me a loaner car during the repair process. This took getting around less stressful during an already stressful situation. The timing in which my car was completed was astounding!! Three days!I highly recommend Autoworks for your repairs.

They fixed a leak in my truck and I didnt have enough funds in the bank until the next day. They actually let me take the truck home and I was able to pay in full the next day.These guys were honest, professional and compassionate.I will bring all of my vehicles here in the future.

I took car in for repair and check engine light and had to take it back several times to get the job done correctly. When I picked up my vechcle there was grease an the floor mat, the drivers seat. stering wheel, the counsel , and the arm rest. I had to make 4 trips to their shop for the same thing in order to get the problem corrected. Very poor customer service!

I have the most awesome experience with the team at Auto Works Repair in Aurora, Colorado!! I had been trying to get my car repaired for a month, by mechanics that I had been referred to. I lost a lot of money. The Team at Autoworks was open on a Saturday. They worked “diligently” to get an oil plug out. The “entire” staff treated me extremely well!! Auto works is a company of integrity and compassion!! I am a senior citizen. I had already been taken to the bank by two other mechanics so it has been EXTREMELY comforting to know that genuine people still do exist on the planet!! They noticed my air filter was more than ready for replacement and swapped in out for freeTheir pricing was lower than what I expected, they were professional, and their communication was excellent. Ive been taking my car here for about 5 years now. The last time I took my car it was stolen from their shop. After all the phone calls I made to insurances and GAP. I still had a remaining balance of over 1,000 dollars. I went in to ask if they would pay the rest of the remaining balance being that it was in their care. The manager looked at me like yeah right. 😡 I left a whole breakdown sheet of everything that was paid and what remained and why. He said he would pass it to the owner. They never got back to me! I will never take my family vehicles their again. Ive never been so frustrated with a business! Good luck if you take your car there. Hopefully it wont get stolen.

Mazda dealership/repair quoted me a range that seemed very pricey. After checking out reviews for local auto shops, kept hearing great things about Autoworks. They fixed my car and got me an oil change for 1/3 the cost of the cheapest quote form Mazda! Helpful, trustworthy, and wont rip you off. They are now my go to place for car needs.

Couldnt be happier with their service. Im not only now a lifetime customer I will recommend them to everyone I come in contact with.Here is why:So a went to a National Chain Oil Change company on a Saturday, never been to them before and after this never again. After driving the car for 6 days after the oil change the car stops running on the corner of Iliff and S. Buckley, right by Autoworks and this oil change place.The car would not start. After pulling the alternator and having it tested I still had nothing. Found Autoworks on Yelp and messaged them late on a Sunday, by the way they messaged me back within an hour on a SUNDAY EVENING. I went to them first thing on Monday. They sent a tech over to look at it to see what the issue was. Long story short the oil change business did not tighten the drain plug resulting in my oil running out and driving on ZERO oil.They oil change did pay for a new engine and all the repairs. Autoworks helped every step of the way. The owner Johnny kept us up to date on everything. He personally looked over the engine the oil change place bought to insure it was safe to use. The District Manager of the oil Place literally said to Johnny dont you want to change us more since we are paying for it? Johnny replied no... that is unethical and this is what I charge. Talk about great ethics!!! I am willing to bet the oil change business found a new place to use too.I trust Johnny and his crew 100% and if I need anything in the future it will go through them!!! Thank you Johnny and Team for making this horrible situation so much easier!!!

I can’t say good enough things about Autoworks. They are super friendly and honest- with fair pricing. I’ve been using them for a couple of years. When Auto Zone quoted me $800 for a brake service, Autoworks told me I didn’t actually need all of the items fixed and they requoted me $360. If you’re looking for an honest shop that won’t rip you off, I highly recommend them!

When Bryce was with auto workers was awesome we chose this ship fairly. Now they SUCK. Had a started fix didnt work the next day. Trun into the better business the guy told so many lies. About another auto part store I spoke to auto store manager he said that a lie they do use us often. I told about starter. He said not paying them to remove. My car due be pick up tomorrow by another shop the auto store paid for it. Bryce left the AUTO WORKERS SHOP SUCK. it made me so mad I had contact the better business bureau. Took my money and lied. I will the same started at Advance is the same starter I took to auto works. They didnt tell they didnt gaurenty it if front another auto store till it failed to start. Work after five tries. Better be at Midas which I dont much for.

Edit after owners comment:Yeah, I brought that paper in to you for you to fix those two items. You didnt comment that you Dont work on that transmission until 4 business days with my vehicle. That transmission company never once mentioned a Solenoid Code yet you magically get one after fixing the leaks. You then called me saying, We dont want the liability of this problem. The car is currently not spitting out a Limp Home Code like you stated it was, its only a Solenoid Code. You also lied to me and my wife over the phone, telling her We only have the front brakes to complete and well call you. Six business hours later, I had to call you a fourth time, in which you told me, Were reattaching the drive-shaft and topping off the fluids. Im not sure which of your lies to believe anymore. Good luck in being mechanics, you were not professional in person, over the phone, or digitally - directly reflected in your work ethic. Before you cry about me raising my voice at you - Im allowed to be unprofessional, its not my profession and Im not on the clock, Im not the one who failed at my job that day.Original:My car went in with a minor leak, left not being able to shift out of 2nd gear. Skip this garbage. Service used to rock, this was our fifth time using them, not sure what happened or who left but its not good anymore.

I have been going here for 10 years. I havent had an issue yet. They have absolutely worked with me many times on cost. They use to have a payment plan option which worked for me, being a single mom of 4. I do recommend them to everyone I know. None of my friends or family have had issues.

I would highly recommend Auto Works. Took my jeep to several well known dealerships and decided to go to Auto Works for a final comparison estimate. The customer service was spot on and the mechanics were very knowledgeable and they saved me over a thousand dollars on unnecessary repairs that the other guys said I needed. Jeep is running like new now.

Great Experience! First off Nick and Johnny worked every angle to save me as much money as possible. I came to them the 1st time because my heater had gone out. They diagnosed the problem in no time, and informed me Id need a new heater core (which apparently is quite labor intensive. Trust me I checked... it is!). Autoworks gave me a quote to fix the core... But being a diligent consumer, I began shopping around friends of friends to try and get the best deal I could. The best I found was roughly $1400 😱. I wont tell you the exact price... But Autoworks original quote was FAR less than the $1400. They earned my business that day and Ive been in here and there ever since for my car service needs, and theyve done great every single time! They even let me borrow a vehicle (if its available) while they service mine. I Highly recommend you take your vehicle here 1st before going elsewhere. The shops exterior appearance might not leave you in awe, but the service and expertise is 2nd to none... Ask for Nick or Johnny and theyll get you all fixed up!

I have been bringing my cars to Autoworks for over ten years, as have my parents, my brother, and numerous friends we have recommended. I recently moved out of the state for work and will drive both my cars back to Colorado for Nick and his guys to take care of. It is difficult to find a shop that is trustworthy, honest, and affordable and Nick and his guys check those three critical non-negotiables. My car always leaves the shop running smooth and feeling great!

Unreal this is by far the cheapest full synthetic oil change around Ive been taking both Toyotas Camry and a Rav 4 here for a couple years. Chris serviced my car and took care of my tires my battery that was corroded and even restored my eco. Cant say enough about this place. A family ran business that actually CARES about their clients.

These guys always take care of me. They are open on Saturdays so that is awesome but its super busy in the mornings so it helps to make an appointment. The morning rush did seem to slow up around 10am. They are getting my brakes done today and are able to turn my rotors so thats saving me $100.

I had my wifes 2006 Saturn Vue engine replaced at this shop. The mechanics removed the old engine and installed a new one for us. I do a lot of my own work to our cars, so shortly after we got the car back, I went to change the oil and discovered multiple bolts missing from the transmission mounts, two exhaust nuts, fly wheel cover plate missing, and the oil drain bolt stripped. All a result from a poor quality engine swap.We also had them install an electrical tow package on the same vehicle. We ended up having to take it back when the lights were not working on the trailer once it got hooked up. The mechanics were able to fix this issue and determine that the electrical was wired wrong when they did it the first time.The guys are friendly and the price is low, but the quality of work is seriously lacking. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this shop to others and wont be going back.

Autoworks and their team worked with my insurance to ensure all the items broken during the joyride were taken care of. They went so far to provide me with a loaner car too. Great service! Prices are a bit better than most...Vehicle broke down a few blocks away (fuel pump died). They didnt really have time that day, but squeezed me in anyway at 3:00PM and had it fixed before 5:30PM. They were also $65 cheaper than other places. They also do oil changes VERY cheap. $29 for synthetic in my GMC truck. Alignments are cheap too... cant remember the exact price I think it was around $50.Lastly, they are right across the street from old Chicago and if you love beer, that is a great place to wait it out while your car is being worked on! :)
