I had my AC unit go out one day while I was at work. I called to see if they could come out and look at my unit. I was expecting to be told that it would be several days before someone could come out to look at it, and to my surprise they told me that they could be out the next day. When they came out to look at my unit they were completely honest with me when it came to letting me know what was wrong with it. Needless to say the AC unit needed to be replaced since it was so old along with the furnace. They had a new AC unit and furnace installed in less than a week from when they came out to look at it. They were very professional and very knowledgeable of the product that they were installing. I would recommend them to anyone that I know that needs AC or heating work done.

Very please with the service provided by Royal Bengal Maintenance-HVAC at our condo. They arrived within the time frame and soon found a wiring mistake made by another company, and a damaged wire on the outside going to the AC. They were very knowledgeable and professional during the entire repair process. Also, i have a better understanding of our AC set up from them. The cost was reasonable. If needed, i will certainly use this company in the future.

This company was a lifesaver in a pretty sticky situation. Our AC completely broke, and we have an infant. We called this company, and they able to assess the situation the same day. So I love giving a good referral when its due. My tenants called because the AC wasnt working so I went out to check it out. Its under warranty so I called the first name listed on the AC company website ON A SUNDAY EVENING. I got Taufiq with RBM HVAC. This dude walked me right through fixing it myself and had a great sense of humor throughout. Zero charge. I called him the next day and asked him to come look at the hot water heater at my other house and he took one quick look and said, your hot water heater is fine, needs to be drained and refilled, Ill go ahead and do that now for $90. Boom. Done. So give Tafiq at RBM HVAC a call next time you have an HVAC need!

He was the only honest person from everyone we called - he said all we needed was regular maintenance on the furnace (air filter replacement and yearly tune), while everyone else tried to sell us a new furnace that we didnt need. We had our hot water heater start leaking early in the morning. Nobody could get to our house that day other than Royal Bengal Mechanical, who had come with a recommendation. They couldnt install the new heater that day, but mad sure the tank was drained completely and came back the next morning to finish the job.The price was inline with what another recommended plumber had estimated. I would recommend them based on this experience.

The best ac experience ever! After having three big ac shops come by and all say I needed a new expensive unit, Taufiq came over checked out my ac unit, added some coolant and made it as good as new. No need to replace it if all it needs is a tune up. The big AC companies want to pitch new equipment and make a ton of money but if it ain’t broke don’t get sucked into thier game.
