Darren was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to adjust the blower to help get additional heating into the master bedroom. Since we have three dogs, we also appreciated that he was a dog lover, and gave our dogs attention while he worked. During the recent cold temps, I was unable to get the furnace to heat our house. I called Sublime Heating & Cooling and they were able to come out that day. The technician quickly figured out the problem and showed me what he had done. I talked about getting our AC cleaned. The technician looked at our AC and showed me the dirt build up motivating me to make sure to make an appt for that. There was no charge since I had used their services a little over a year ago and they have a year warranty. Nice surprise!
