DO NOT USE ABC. They came to my home installed both the heating unit , ac unit. They Completed half the job . The disconnect doesnt have fuses into it .Didnt charge the ac system so now my home is just hot and uncomfortable with a 4000 plus system in it .

My sister Scheduled Appointment several days in advance and no one showed up or called. Once my sister called the women who took the call was extremely rude and very snotty then once she was transferred over to the person who did the scheduling they told my sister they would be there at 10am and still never showed up.. she ended up calling someone els. This is horrible customer service.

We have used Aurora Appliance on several occasions in the years gone by. Not once, have we ever been disapointed with their service or repairs. This is, a five star company!
