I LOVE this place. The services they offer are very unique and a great experience the staff is very thorough with taking care of you from the time you walk in the door. My favorite pedicure is the jelly pedicure.... where can you go and get a foot detox a manicure, full set, pedicure, eyebrow wax, back relaxation sessions and phenomenal customer service?Did I mention some nights they do karaoke .. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday this place is open till midnight!The nail techs are awesome and the ambience is so welcoming if you havent been, you have to go at least one time Im sure youll continue to go there.

Ive been looking for a nail salon with nail techs that actually care about their job and level of work they put out. And I think I finally found it! Ive tried many of the nail salons in the area and havent been impressed. Today I saw Tanesha and she did an amazing job! Just watching her work gave me such ease because she wasnt rushing and being sloppy. She really took her time to do everything right and thoughtful. I cant rave about it enough! The salon is really nice and fancy and not cheap looking at all. They sell shoes and some clothes also. Next time Im definitely going to try out a pedicure because they have these custom sugar scrubs that smell amazing!

I absolutely love the job kenyatta did! She was patient, careful and took her time even when I was the last customer of the day. Ive been getting my nails done for a LONG time and never have had a process this smooth before! I live on the other side of town but I will be back every 2 weeks for this service!

This place is simply amazing. I have a nail tech that I see and when she is unavailable or I need my nails done for an unexpected trip, I head to The Candy Vault Nail Spa. In Atlanta, you would think there would be more Black owned nail salons but there arent many of quality!This place has quality staff, products, and service. I will say this, in my experience, they do seem to be understaffed on many occasions and this can cause for long wait times. I do not mind the wait because the atmosphere is lively and the nail techs engage you in conversation so you dont feel like youre just waiting all day.I am also a College student! I mention that because my last appointment here was for Sprig Break and the tech I saw on that day hooked me up with some bling because Im in college and she wanted me to have really pretty nails for my Miami trip! That is SERVICE!These women are dedicated, love what they are doing and treat each customer with respect. I would IMPLORE you to make an appointment, check Groupon because they always have a deal, and come to this location expecting to receive magnificent service. The purple and white nails were my spring break nails and the all white full set (no polish, that is just the color of of the acrylic) were my summer nails.Support a BLACK OWNED business and spend your coins here. I have also gotten pedicures here, on numerous occasions, and they do a wonderful job. Callus removal, aromatherapy and nice long massages before the polish is applied.No! They arent cheap! You arent going to come here and spend less than (at best) 50 dollars and that is because they are using the proper products for your nails! Product isnt cheap and neither is quality service. I would also like to mention how incredibly sanitary this location is! They pay extreme attention to sanitation and that is very important when getting ANY nail serviceThe owners are often there and they are such great women. The owners have made major renovations to this location and it looks even better than before (though, I always found the space beautiful). They offer snacks and beverages as well. I dont see how you couldnt love this place!

Yaaasss! Come thru with the Charcoal Jelly Pedi. This service is worth every penny. Ask for Tanesha and get your foot pampering on. Ebony is a nail superstar and Akila is doing good things too. The operators I mentioned are cool peeps. Dont expect massage chairs or jet stream foot tubs. The magic is in the hands and the products. The vibe is good especially on a slow weekday.

I loved Brittany. She did an amazing job on my nails. Really took her time and was very friendly. We had a great conversation. I will be using her for now on. She even gave me the option to change my colors if I wanted. You can tell she loves what she does. Book with her you won’t be disappointed.

Sweet, professional women who love taking superb care of their customers! I got some incredible advice from Jen for ways to take better care of my hands and feet. Her work is excellent; several shifts at work - including one as a meal demo tech - later and the color and shine are still going strong and getting compliments left and right. My overall experience at The Candy Vault was spectacular! Sky took her time with my pedicure and the end result of the coconut salt scrub (handcrafted but the owner, Jennifer) left my feet feeling smoother than ever! I was also fully satisfied with the results of my fill done by Ebony & have officially found my go-to for everything nails when I’m in Atlanta. In addition to the service, there was natural conversation amongst staff & customers that makes you feel like you’re apart of the family! Check them out ASAP!

I absolutely Love the Candy Vault Nail salon. My family and I went to get our nails done and the staff was amazing. They were patient, caring, and they all did an awesome, unique job on our nails! Shawna is such a wonderful person. She made sure that everyone was taken care of. This salon is TOP NOTCH.

Amazing place and amazing girls! My girls and I had such a great time here. The girls were very professional, took their time, and were very detailed. They do matte, chrome, and 3D. Also, their scrubs and foot soaks are made with natural ingredients by them. I am definitely coming back and telling all of my friends about it!

My husband surprised me with a New Years Eve Mani pedi and I was beyond excited. He purchased a Groupon deal and hoped for the best since he nor I have ever been to The Candy Vault. I was hoping for the best and prepared for the not so great. Well, let me say that my experience at the Candy Vault was super awesome fantastic! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the salon was beautiful and comfortable, and the services were well worth the 45 min drive, I live in the burbs, and I cant wait for my next spa treatment.

Ebony is my nail tech and she is fantastic. Cute shop very cozy. The only downside is parking. The street with the shop does not offer much street space. Dont let this deter you from going to get your nails slayed at this phenomenal shop.

Please go check out Tiffany (Tip). Her service was wonderful, neat, detailed and if youre looking for someone whos creative who takes her time. You can call on Tip. Shes available on Thursdays and Saturdays. It is worth the drive if youre located on the Southside. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. Candy Vault provides special care to there customers and have sanitized products with a phenomenal atmosphere. I would recommend going to this nail spa salon.

The cutest little nail shop ever! My Husband told me about this nail shop. I dropped by once and havent been to another shop since. Ive never had a long wait for any services and my nails and toes have been flawless after each visit. Ive also had the pleasure of meeting both owners on different occasions and both are professional and have very pleasant attitudes. Everyone that works there does too.

Love this place! Venus gave me a hand massage, and Anna did my first set of acrylics. Fatima removed them the week after and my nails look brand new. These ladies are pros and make you feel like a princess. (Great prices, too!)

Completely unprofessional and dishonest salon. I thought I found my go to nail salon, but I will never go back to them. Watch out for them, they will continuously charge you higher prices each visit for the same service without telling you! I was charged $80 for a poorly done basic full set by the nail tech TG without any explanation; not to mention the nails were lifting and looked horrible the same week they were done. When I asked her what the difference in price was from the first time I came to her and the most recent, she appeared clueless and asked me if she was the one that did my nails. I bet she remembered the generous tip I gave her. After paying, I received an email from Square App about my experience, after which one of the managers emailed me twice and called me twice just to go back and forth with me about the price. I have no problem paying for good service but the issue is that that her nail tech tried to get over on me hoping that I wouldn’t say anything about the price. She even went as far as asking me to send her pictures of my nails, just to lie about refunding me a portion of the money, which I still have yet to receive. After mentioning the refund, the manager then asked me to give the salon good reviews on Google and Yelp. I thought I would give it a few days to see if she would refund the money, but it was obvious she lied about the refund just to get me to agree to giving the good reviews. I’ve told everybody I know about my experience, and made sure to tell them not to waste their money at such a horrible salon. Spend your money elsewhere!

‪Came in on a Sunday. Two people available. I am a walk in which is perfectly fine. I didnt mind the 30 min wait (which was actually less).‬‪My concern was when I was told to get in the chair by the young lady was filing and buffing my nails- the other nail tech came over and whispered something in her ear giggling who then began to move her chair and partial equipment to say shell be right with you and proceeded to do the nails of the woman who was there before me (without changing gloves) then coming back to finish mine. The problem was NOT her taking care of someone before me, it was the gloves.‬‪Im just a bit cautious and correct me if Im wrong, I have no problem admitting, but shouldnt the gloves have been changed during the swapping process? I have absolutely been the employee who has worked between customers before, but sanity is a big concern for me. I also did not mind the wait. The other young lady was here first.‬

I wanted to love this place. The owner/manager is a lovely lady however some of the techs are just not a good fit for such a chill environment.

Booked an appointment for a pedicure. Once I arrived and told the technicians that I had an appointment they told me that I had to wait until 4pm because two technicians were no call no show. One of the technicians was very rude. I asked a simple question and she answered while rolling her neck. This was my first time in this establishment and it will be my last. If the technicians weren’t so rude I would’ve rescheduled. It’s sad when you try to patronize black businesses and you get mediocre customer service.

Quality service and great attention to detail. I love that they create their own scrubs and salts. The Cinnabon scrub was delightful. Love my nails...a couple hours and Im looking forward to my next appointment! Thanks Ladies!

I had a wonderful experience here at the Candy Vault! Venus Lenoire was the nicest person she made the pedicure not just relaxing but insightful she was a pleasure! Tiffany did my nails, she built some of the meanest nails I have ever had! Jennifer makes some the best smelling scrubs I have ever used. My skin was baby soft and the scents are wonderful and leave a light, soft frangrance behind. I loved it! I am a life long customer!

Worthy of the name. Service spectacular. Technicians should really be called ARTIST. You are pampered and feel and look like a STAR when you leave.

The service here was ABSOLUTELY terrible! Despite prescheduling and being told that the appointment would last 1 hour and 15 minutes, my visit went horribly wrong. I chose this shop for me and my friend to get our nails done on my birthday. I worked with Kenyatta and she was amazing. Kenyatts customer service was impeccable, she was friendly, and extremely professional. However, my friends appointment was with Tajah, who walked in, greeted my friend by name, told her to pick out her color, walked out and never returned. The other technicians were not sure where Tajah went, so Shawna stepped in to take over. Shawna was the absolute worst. She sat my friend down at the pedicure bowl, ran her water (with no solution), and a few patrons came in that she knew so she went to greet them and start one of the girls pedicures while leaving my friend at the pedicure bowl for nearly 15 minutes, without updating her on what was taking place. I spoke to my technician and asked her to get my friend started (as we were on a timeline and needed to leave by a certain time) and she finished preparing the water. My technician then asked Shawna if she were going to be doing my friends nails and she replied that a lady was on her way to do them. However, she had not communicated to my friend that she was waiting for someone else during that 15 minute span, which turned into 25 minutes, that she waited. When the other technician, Shaniya, arrived she was pleasant and began my friends nails promptly. After she finished my friends pedicure, she began on her manicure. We told her that we were on a timeline (about 15 minutes after she began the manicure) and asked her ability to complete my friends nails (a simple manicure with regular polish and no extensions) in 30 minutes, at this point we had been at the salon for nearly 2 hours. She assured us that she could. 45 minutes later, she was finishing up one of the nails, smeared it pretty terribly and told my friend that she wasnt going to fix it because we were on a schedule. She told my friend that her nails would dry in 3 minutes and we could leave then. Needless to say, because we were on a schedule, we returned the next day to have my friends nails fixed and Shawna was asked to fix them. Shawna was on her phone the ENTIRE time taking a personal call and proceeded to ask another technician the order in which she should put the polish on (base, color, top coat). She began to put the polish on, while having a spat on the phone, missing steps (like putting the base coat on before the color and only repainting 8 nails, as compared to all 10). At the end, my friend accidentally bumped her nail on the armrest on her chair, told Shawna, and Shawn replied you need to get gel as she begrudgingly repainted the nail. This was a TERRIBLE experience to say the least!

I came by this spa when they first opened and the owner and her sister were the absoluteeee best and very nice and hospitaable. I know she may not remember me but when I came by, I had my son and she played with him, held him, and feed him all while I got my nails done. She was not irritated or bothered! In the end there was a problem and she even invited me to come back and get my nails done free. I loved her twins and promised them I would come back and let them choose the colors but unfortunately the day I was suppose to come back there were iced roads. I love the twins so I wanted to write a good review!

Omg so me and my sister were dining across the street from The candy Vault(we were in town from Ny) we googled nail salon near and Boom they were literally across the street. When I tell you from the phone call to ask if they did walk ins from the time we left nothing but GREAT SERVICE. My nail tech Patrice did an amazing job on my Clear nail acrylic full set, Brittney who did my pedicure did a wonderful job, Shawna the owner was so friendly and inviting. Even the employees who didn’t service us were AMAZING (Akilah and Jen and the young lady who got be free lil baby tickets and the young lady with the glasses who helped Patrice with letting her use her alcohol to wipe my nails, I definitely know how it is on the 1st day of work). Thanks so much girls, I will forever come see y’all when I’m in town😘

I am from out of town and was so happy to visit this place ! I just wanted to support the black community and business owners . I am naturally a very bubbly person . I came in and one of the owners shawna, simply just looked at me and said how can I help you? No smile , no formal greeting , just that . I decided to still use their services and decided to brush it off . There were only 2 techs working at the time. So I decided to wait . The wait was about 30 mins . No one checked on me or spoke to me the whole time I sat there. The owner (Shawna) was walking around , cleaning up and did not say one word to me. but I was so happy to be there I brushed it off again. I was finally seated. As other people came in she was a bit perkier with them . Even had a full conversation next to me with a lady whom she was giving a pedicure to . It was a slow day . At that point it was just me and the lady getting her pedicure . Not to many people came in after me . Maybe 3 people . So it was a slow enough day to where there should have not be one excuse to greet and check on your customer ! Very disappointed .

Well I must say that I was disappointed as there is a lack of customer service. The young lady who took care of me never addressed me by name or introduce d herself. There was no enthusiasm in what she was doing. My pedicure is mediocre at best and all I can say is I wont be back ever. Its called earning a living.and taking pride in your craft. All of these things are missing from the Candy Vault.

I typically dont write reviews but this time I had to. My wife had a beyond abysmal experience on a Sunday to get her nails done for an upcoming wedding.She called on a Sunday when they opened and was told that she could come in for an appointment because they had some openings (didnt even take her name down or ask for it). She showed up for her appointment, and she was handed to someone that clearly didnt even do nails. This person was clearly nervous and had no experience doing what he was doing. This person was clearly trying, just inexperienced, and my wife didnt want to upset anyone at the time of her nails getting done, so she never said anything. At the end, they said if she wanted additional fixes she would, and I quote, need to go to an Asian place. Abysmal. I even attached pictures of my wifes nails after her appointment. And yes, she is bleeding.Fingernails werent cut straight or not at all, spotty polishing, and bleeding. What more do you need to see to never come here? It is unfortunate you cant give 0 stars.

So this is gonna be lengthy but a lot happened during my visit.I set an appointment for Dec 7th at 4:30pm. When I set my appointment the only thing I was asked for was my name, number and what service I wanted. I arrived on time, however did not get seated with my nail tech until 4:47pm. Not a long time to wait but what’s the point of an appointment if once I’m there I still have to wait ya know?Ok so I told them I wanted SNS when setting my appointment and that info was relayed when I arrived. However, once I was seated my nail tech was surprised to see I had sns already on my nails and expressed it to me as if I was suppose to tell her beforehand. She also begin to ask me questions on how she is suppose to achieve the look I want, which was sns with a matte layer. Maybe I was suppose to soak them off before I arrived. Maybe I should’ve came ready with a YouTube video explaining how to do matte sns. Although, this is a nail shop so I assumed the experts would know all this information. Moving forward, my nail tech(Kitana, I believe) finally starts working on my nails and not even 20 min into it another one of her clients shows up expecting to be serviced. So at this point she’s working on me and another person at the same time. Eventually she has to recruit someone else in the shop to finish her other client.I finally get her all to myself and she’s working on my nails. Overall her work was very sub par and not at the quality I expect. I chose a sns color that had gold undertones but because she forgot to put the clear powder first before the colored powder she had to put it over the color which muted the color to a severe degree. The color looked nothing like it should’ve. When I asked why she did it that way her response verbatim was “Theres more than one way to skin a cat.” Um....what?I had to point out her lack of proper shaping 3 times and my nails are still not shaped properly. My nail tech brought up the fact that my cuticles were dry but never put any oil or moisturizer on them. Didn’t try to help me out at all. So you just wanted to shade my cuticles? Got it.Meanwhile, the nail tech that’s next to us has been on her phone with her headphones in the ENTIRE time. She sat on a personal phone call thru not 1 but 2 clients. Never looking up to even address them or get a temperature check from them on their service. I honestly don’t want to hear about a picture that was posted on Instagram that got your boyfriend and your ex boyfriends new girl all in a huff. It’s unnecessary and unprofessional.It’s finally time to pay and there’s a sign by the register explaining there will be a $2.00 fee to use a card. Tf?! That is information that is conveyed to customer at the time the appointment is set or atleast upon arrival. Especially since there isn’t a website for this business. Overall my experience was not good and even after all that I still tipped 20% for my service. I will not be patronizing this business again.Buyer be warned.

I like the atmosphere. However, my polish started peeling 2 days after my service. I used a Groupon they were advertising, which took away the pain of the mishap. But I would suggest making certain you take a good look at the polish prior to application..By the way note to management when I paid full price on my first visit my polish and complete services remained impeccable for a whole two weeks

Not the place to go for conservative/professional nails. Not only did I not get the shape I asked for after repeatedly asking for my nails to be thinner but I was also charged a reshaping fee for a full set. Despite the daily special on the board saying $40 for any shape short nail. Would not recommend or return to shop. Very friendly but not good service.

I was so excited to try this #blackowned nail salon and was happy to see they were on Groupon. The owner responded right away to accommodate my appointment via Yelp. The salon is really clean and cute, and the staff are nice. Sky did a fabulous job on my gel mani and pedi, and she is fast which is a definite plus for me! I will gladly return.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was in Atlanta for the weekend and decided on them to help support BOB. However, me and my friend tried calling for 3-4 weeks before our trip to make a reservation but NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. (We made sure we were calling during business hours too.) We decided to just do a walk in since they never answered and after searching for a parking spot for 20 minutes they told us they were too busy and could not take us. They only had two workers in there. My friend also bought a groupon for a mani pedi and they said they don’t accept groupon because it was Saturday and they only accept them on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They did not offer her a refund and still would not accept us even though we had tried making a reservation for 3-4 weeks and were out of towners. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR EFFORT!

BEST SATURDAY AFTERNOON EVER! Such a blast from a fifteen minutes massage to a jelly pedi. My husband, stepmom, and I were treated with such awesome customer service and warmth we will certainly be back. My husband had the jelly pedi and you would have thought he was a king with the way he was pampered. He is a runner so his feet are pretty worn out. Yet his skin was super soft afterwards and the ladies did a great job cleaning them up. All the women who work here are super passionate about their fabulous products (many homemade) and it shows as they are expediting their services. They also have some great shoes and handbags that are reasonably priced. The massage is heavenly and after I finally relaxed I could have fallen asleep in the chair. Fantastic afternoon spent bonding with my stepmother and husband. I loved how relational and friendly everyone was from the other customers to the technicians. So much fun! And pretty toes were an added bonus to the experience.

Made an appointment for 2 at 4pm with groupons. Got there on time. One of us got serviced after waiting for one hour. I waited 2 hours and left without being serviced because they closed at 6. My cousin was still getting her pedi at 630. Not enough staff even though its appointment only. If you cant take care of us then dont agree to the appointment. Also there was only one person that did SNS and one that did gel. The staff working with my cousin was really cool and did a great job. Just really disappointed that my time was wasted especially since i drove all the way from snellville to get a mani and pedi with my cousin. Would never come back.

Great service, Venus is a wizard when it comes to spa products. Her scrubs make everything feel like silk.

***Black owned nail salon***. This was my first time visiting so I was met with a couple of stares but my nail tech Charlie was very professional and pleasant. My service was a mani/pedi with gel polish. There is a $10 upcharge for gel polish in addition to the cost of the service. $10/mani + $10/pedi =$20/gel polish. Looking out over the salon, the pedi bowls are set up high against the wall and there is one long bench type seating with throw pillows and cushions for customers receiving pedis . I was there for 3hrs. from start to finish, so after sitting for a couple of hrs, the seating wasnt very comfy. However, as I sat there, I got to observe the nail techs working very diligently and the final products they created showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the upcharge and the 3hr. total time (my reason for 4 stars); I was very pleased with my service.

I really enjoyed this nail salon. Its decorated beautifully and the lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job. Its probably one of the best pedicures Ive ever had because of her attention to detail was so wonderful.I will say that even though the staff is nice, they can be a little unprofessional. At one point one of the girls working there was on her own cell phone taking personal calls while doing someones nails. And another girl working there was using the dremel tool on her own toes (she wasnt working on a client but I still thought that was strange) and then another lady working there was doing her own nails. I guess if you dont have clients to work on you have to pass the time somehow.Another thing-- if you get a mani/pedi they dont do them at the same time like most places so you have to plan to spend a couple hours here.And if you pay using a credit card they add 2 dollars.Overall I would go back again and they have some cool events they plan.

While visiting Atlanta I dropped in as a walkin to get my nails and toes done. I was immediately amazed at the staff and how unique/personal the spa was. Jen did an amazing job on my feet. But that Benita worked a miracle with my nails. Lets just say I will no longer worry about getting my nails done before I leave Charleston.... especially after this experience. Thank you ladies! This shop is A1 I love it! The Boss Jennifer is A1 she will make sure your needs are met above and beyond. Venus did my mani/pedi and she is the truth if you want to be pampered this is where you come. If your looking for a clean environment this is where you come. Im smiling as Im writing my review because it was that great. Hands down best shop/hidden figure in the Atl!!

They just cancelled my appointment out of nowhere and I don’t even know why? Very unprofessional

Beautiful atmosphere but I got shamed for using groupon which is so wrong that I received as a gift and I was told that no one scheduled my appt that was made way ahead of time just unprofessional.

They service was great! I just think they were a bit to pricey!

Do not buy shoes from here they are all fake and they do not give your money back. And they call you a liar and prove no proof.
