Laura and this sweet other lady have done my nails. This was my second visit as I am new to the city. Loved their attentiveness with cleaning my cuticles. Most especially with Laura when doing my pedi as my big toes both had pressure working in healthcare and she helped relieve my nail beds by cleaning them thoroughly! The place is very clean, tidy and I came as a walk-in my second time and they were fast getting me a seat.

The service was excellent and our family loves the professional service and atmosphere of the spa! It’s definitely a staple for me and our family! We visit at least 2 times a month! Best there is!

Got a mani/pedi for vacation.... first of both since COVID. The massage chairs are such a treat and service was fast. The technicians were well trained and did a beautiful job...so much better than doing them myself! The atmosphere is more relaxing than some salons that are really noisy.

I have been visiting Lexiconic Nails for almost 5 years now. Its clean. Its quiet. Its peaceful. Its attractive. Everything is sterilized. Their prices are reasonable. And sometimes they have specials.

They are so kind and generous here. Kim did my nails today and went above any beyond to make sure they were ALL very nicely done. I have been going here for a little over a year and will continue to give them my business!! Sweet, respectful, and kind people.

Had previous appointments here never made an appointment, decided to come a third time and called as soon as they opened to make the appointment, told the employee on the phone I was already on my way asked if I could come at 1:00 they said no but I could be seen at 2:30; okay I showed up at 1:30 they said I was too early that they had an appointment before mine. I accepted the excuse and went out, came back at 2:25. Did not get acknowledged by anyone two other people were waiting and were seated with me, I did not get seen until 3:00 with my appointment, while waiting I asked if anyone else had an appointment they said no they just showed up. No one should be punished for coming to an appointment early.

I enjoyed the service at this location. $15 Plus tip for a regular manicure with OPI shine.The staff is very friendly and they are remodeling the place.Parking is a little difficult. Plan accordingly.

I went here for a fill in initially. The set I already had on was pink acrylic which they immediately told me they would not have the same color as. I picked about 3 gel colors and a lady named Kate did my nails, she and everyone else there were very rude about how much time everything would take, even though I had already waited a little over an hour. I had to ask this woman to wash her hands, as she had just finished another client and was just going to go straight into mine. She seemed to be doing a nice job, but The polish that Kate applied on my nails chipped the next day, even though they had most definitely cured properly. I went back and told them, and asked that they remove all the color and just let the mismatched pink acrylic show, which didn’t look that bad, but I was extremely dissatisfied. Also, There is a man there who constantly lies to people about how long their wait is going to be and he is just very rude in general. I went back yesterday, because this nail salon is super close to where I live, and got my eyebrows done. The lady who did my eyebrows was incompetent and burned my face. I wish I was able to post pictures of the poor quality of my services. I would not recommend this place at all.

I walked in with no appointment ... they sat me in a chair almost immediately (they were busy too). They were very gentle with my pedicure/manicure and really took the time to do a good job which I appreciated. The atmosphere was relaxing and it seemed very clean. It was my first time here (I do not live in the area) so overall great impression!! Keep up the good work ladies I love it

I called today and asked what time is best to make an appointment, and I made the appointment for that time.I arrived and sat for almost an hour with acetone on my nails while they helped people who came in after me. I am leaving without getting my fingers done. Only getting my toes done because she is mostly through.Ironically I started coming here only because I live above them and wanted to support the businesses here. I am literally leaving here and going back to my old place to get the fingers done.

I use to visit this location and now I remember why I stopped going. They said they are practicing social distancing but that’s not true. My toes and fingers have cuts, the tech was rushing, the bottom of my feet look the same way, I came in the salon. Very poor service, not worth the money or the drive.

Ive been here on two separate occasions. The atmosphere is nice and quiet and it appears to be very clean, but my gel manicure never lasted even 2 weeks when coming here. They have an AMAZING selection of gel colors, but that means nothing if it starts to chip within a week or a week and a half. Ive been getting gel polish manicures for 3 years and never do my nails chip or start to peel. Its happened both times I have been here. Ive also had better gel manicures, and cheaper, at many other places.Lastly, the same tech did my gel manicure on both occasions. I wish I could remember her name, but unfortunately I only remember her unpleasant attitude when I told I didnt want the nail shape she was trying to give me and that she could not file my nail bed. She literally called over 2 others that worked in the nail shop and appeared to be upset about what I said (she was speaking with them in a different language).I received an AMAZING pedicure though. One of the best Ive ever had. Its just not enough to walk away with an extremely mediocre $30 gel manicure as well.

Good chairs, kind staff. Occasionally Ive had to have the nail tech go back over a finger or two. The younger ones tend to be better with massages and detail.

Got a full set here with gel. Price is reasonable and they do such a great job! My nails last up to 3 weeks when they do it! I believe it was $40 for a full set with gel. I also got a deluxe pedicure and eyebrow wax. Pedicure felt amazing I could fall asleep there with the relaxing music. Eyebrows done beautifully. She made sure I was satisfied and Im usually very picky when it comes to my eyebrows. Everybody should give this place a try! Theyre helpful and friendly

I started going here because it is walking distance from my job. I love it here! Everyone is so sweet! And I always love my nails. They dont do designs, which is cool. But they provide a lot of other services and have a million colors.

I dont want to leave this place a bad review because they are new and still working out the kinks, however, I did not necessarily love this place. It was pretty but I think they gave me the guy in training and he he filed my nails into all kinds of crazy shapes that were not even. Id probably try it again because its close to where I live.

First time there, place is clean,people seem nice. I paid for a manicure and basically got a cuticle trim....nails were over filed with an electric drill... Actually felt the heat and it hurt. Kind of disappointed in my overall experience. I was there on a Friday... SNS... Guess what chipped by Sunday... Not 1 nail, but 3 nails... Really upset over whole experience. Had to update this review.

I’ve gone to four different nail salons in the past few months and none have them have satisfied me like Luxiconic has. I really love how Kim did my nails 😍 she got the shape I wanted exactly right and the color choices we (she helped me mostly) decided on turned out really nice. I got a pale neutral shade with my ring finger painted with holographic pink foil, with sharp almond shape nails. I don’t live around their location, but loved it enough that i’m willing to make the trip. My sister was beside me, and she really loved hers as well. I appreciate the variety of styles they have. Great nail salon.

Went for an under arm wax. Came back with a bruise, wax and of-course the hair! The lady did not know how to wax I guess, did not switch on the wax heater and applied cold thick wax and pulled it with a strip! Got this painful bruise. On telling her that her heater was off, she turned it on and within 10 seconds applied wax on the other arm, same result! Plus the wax would not come off at all! Terrible terrible experience! Obviously have to wait for my underarms to heal before I get a wax!

I have been coming here for over 4 years and the service is almost always perfect. The only times I’ve ever had issues with the quality is fromNew hires and the staff remedied them immediately. Went in for the first time yesterday for a pedicure. I called prior to coming in to schedule an appointment and was told they charged $23 for this service and as a first time customer, I would receive a 10% discount. As the tech starts with my pedicure she asks me if I have gel polish on my toes and I answer yes, she removes the gel polish and proceeds with my pedicure. As I am ready to leave and ready to pay, I notice my total is $25.20, so I question why as I was told $23 with a 10%discount. She tries to tell me Im being charged $5 to take off the gel polish. When I ask why I wasnt told this before, the other tech comes over and tells me because she doesnt speak English. Oh so its my fault she doesnt speak English. She also tells me that every salon charges to remove gel polish and that I would not have been charged had I gotten gel polish with my pedicure. So I stated that wasnt even suggested as an option, had I known this then maybe I would have. My problem wasnt the $$$ it was the simple fact that she failed to communicate this info with me and wasnt friendly at all. Oh but remember she didnt speak English so I guess that was why, I will never return to this nail salon.

I love coming here. The ambience is always peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. Most importantly, my nails always look gorgeous when Inleave and that 2-week warranty on gel manicures is unbeatable!!!

It was a really nice visit. Quiet, course I went at 10:30/11:00 am. Very relaxing and I went for a basic pedicure was not upsold like most salons. I went at the beginning of Sept and my pedicure is just now mid-October needing a redo so I am going back today. I recommend and will follow up if I dont get the same service I did before if not I love it and will keep going back.

Had a great experience.I did an upgraded pedicure and they really took their time with the extra services, especially the massage which I love. My gel French manicure turned out great. I will definitely be back. It is on the pricier side but the quality of the service and treatment was worth it.Edit: Had another great experience! I was on a time crunch but really needed my mani pedi. I asked if they could have me out at a certain time, they said yes. Managed to be very quick and efficient without feeling rushed and had me done 15 minutes earlier than I told them I needed to be!

Even though I moved to Cobb, I still drive to Sandy Springs to have my nails done here! My gel manicures always last at least 3 weeks, they have a huge selection of gel + matching polish so you can have your toes match your gel manicure, and their prices are unbeatable! I love that you can get their basic pedicure and it would be considered an upgraded pedicure at any other nail salon!

They did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure was the best I have ever had! Sugar scrub, parafin treatment and hot towel service included in my pedicure. Will definitely be back.

Have been using the salon for three years. I lived a walking distance when I started coming here. A year, ago I moved 30 minutes away, but still come here because of the friendly and courteous staff, great service, and very reasonable prices.

Their gel nails are AMAZING. Mine lasted for over 2 weeks. If they chip within two weeks of your appointment, bring back in your receipt and theyll fix it for free. Very clean. Great environment!

I sent my fiance there to get her nails done and her nails faded in 2 days. She went back to go get it corrected and the customer service was horrible. This has happened twice. The environment was nice, but that doesnt make up for the lack of customer service.

I walked in around 6:30 and they close at 7:30 and there was one woman sitting in the lobby and 6 technicians working and as soon as I told her I just wanted a fill-in and a pedicure, she tried to discourage me by saying that I’d have to wait a long time. It was as if she wanted to discourage me from waiting because she wanted to leave early. I didn’t see a long wait, so I sat and waited anyway. The vibes were cold and offsetting. I don’t want to come here anymore, but they were right across the street and could have had a loyal repeat customer if they cared about their clients more. Guess that’s why there is a nail shop on every corner. I’d also like to add that I’m a black female, so that may have had something to do with it, because they were anxious to service the white woman.

Just moved from another state ,I am pretty new to this location . Still look for a place for my nails and hair. Been trying 2 place so far, one of my coworkers told me about this place( they’re just down the street where I work) I came to get gel mani and pedi, this place is small , relax and clean. I can see they’re using the plastic bag in the chair, all the stools are seal in the sanitizer pouch and disposable .the end of the service they also gave me a receipt 2w guaranteed how great ,.Definitely I will be back

I went in to get my nail fixed from being chipped. Once the lady knew my issue she said it would be a while and that I’d need to come back. I said I would wait. After waiting for so long, I touched up my nail myself. Customer service is horrible. If you don’t want people coming back within the timeframe you provide, please do not have this as your policy.

This is my 3rds times visit this salon and the services perfect always, my nails and my feet come out great, prices reasonable for basic mani/pedi having callus and scrub treatments. If you’re searching for nails and feet place ,relax, clean none chemicals smells after your long weekend this is a right spot to go . Absolutely will be back

Hi there , i am the manager who work for this nail salon, after read some of review im so appreciate all of you telling whats your thinking of, try to make thing go better everyday of the business, all our services always in guarantee as specialty as gel manicure have guarantee in 2week with your recipe ( chip, broke, crack) were all fix in NO charge, but some in case the color is turn yellow, brown or of any color else it is out of control, its mean we cannot guarantee for it, but we dont know what chemical you in use ( for hairs, skins, make up ..) some of case we didnt fix for free there are in reasons hopefully you all understand that and one more time im really appreciate

Let me start off by saying, I have been here multiple times for all 3 of the below services & thought they were great there.I went in their 3 days ago for a gel manicure, and pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. Because other customers were coming in and wanting to get their nails done, she rushed straight through everything she did for me just to make sure the other patrons didnt leave and she could get to them quicker. Yes the nails came out ok, but she was definitely rushing through so she could move on to the next customer and just did not provide a customer experience at all.The worst part is, when she got to my eyebrows, because she, again was in such a rush to get me done and checked out, by the time she was done and handed me the mirror to look at my eye brows, the thickness of my eyebrows was not even! My left eye brow was thicker than my right one and I specifically told her to make sure she cleaned them up and do not make them thinner..... She could tell I was upset and didnt even say sorry. I did not give her an opportunity to fix them because she kept making excuses for why they were ok and 2) I was so upset and just wanted to get outta there.Needless to say she messed up my eyebrows, but I was able to get them fixed...On top of that. Because of this review I wrote, the women who did my nails took advantage of the fact that my information was in the system, and personally texted me an aggressive text pretty much asking me why I posted this, what was the point, so on and so forth .... How much more unprofessional can you get?? (This happened today by the way)If she would of picked up the phone and called me, or used the appropriate channels, commented back on this and asked me to come back in so they could fix my experience, then as a customer, I might rethink my opinion.... But that is not what happened. She took advantage of the fact that she was privied to my personal information and used it for her own personal agenda: to lash out at me via text because she did not like a review I wrote about the experience I had there.My review was 2 stars before today... After that text I received from her and going to speak to her and her manager and how rude and unapologetic they were... I dropped it to 1 because 1/2 a star could not be given.

Service is always quick and they know how to paint your nails so the gel polish wont peel after a week. the younger staff can be a little more friendlier.

DO NOT USE THIS NAIL SALON!!My husband gave me 2 gift cards for my anniversary and unfortunately I didnt use them for a year. I went in about 4 days after my anniversary the following year and they wouldnt accept them. They said they had expired even though the gift card doesnt indicate an expiration and based on the Gift Card Integrity Act of 2005, this is against the law. An expiration has to be printed plainly on the card and they are not allowed to expire for 5 years. I spoke with the manager and he refused to help or give me the owners name, then he hung up on me.Do your self a favor and choose another nail salon. There are lots of great ones to choose from.

I did the gel nail polish and within 5 days the color started turning. I was told if anything happens to my nails within the 2 weeks to come back free of charge, well thats what I did. The manager claim she couldnt fix it free of charge which was bull!!! The customer service sucks!!!!
