I’ve been going to Lush for about 4 months now and I have had a great experience every appointment. Christy does an amazing job with my pedicures and nails. Tim does A great job on my nails as well. The salon is clean, they use sanitized tools each time, and my acrylic nails never lift! I highly recommend

I’ve been coming here for a couple months to see Amanda and yesterday I called to make an appointment and the person who answered said Amanda can’t do my nails anymore... Why you ask? Because “I take me nails off too much”. I get a new set every 2-3 times to cut and clean my natural nails just like every other hygienic person. Amanda clearly values quantity over quality when it comes to her work because she expects her clients to get quick fills all the time in order for her to get more customers in a day ($$). Prior to this she wasn’t very friendly and I frequently had to wait 10-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for her to finish up with someone else. I kept using her because she was good but even her work quality started steadily declining. Just don’t book with her, she’s very inconsiderate and disrespectful.

This was the worst pedicure I have every received. I have getting pedicures all my life. I should gone to a school and received a better service. She clearly can’t be licensed to provide this theses services. I will contact state board as well. Just a piss poor experience PERIOD!

Staff was very kind. Made sure I liked the color and was seated by my friends. Was very accommodating when I wanted the nail reshaped. Didnt make me feel bad about being picky!

I did not have a great experience at this location. I received a full set and pedicure and it was $105.00.I got a basic short ombré almond set that’s was overpriced at $70 and a “deluxe $35 pedicure. They rushed the entire time and I was sooo disappointed. They were not even busy and there were dirty pedicure bowls and the manager was getting on them... should have been my first sign to leave. My full set is starting to lift and it’s been 3 days. I’m never returning ugh!!!

I enjoyed Tim. When I make an appointment, I am addressed by name and Tim is always ready and professional. He produces excellent work.

Had a pedi with paraffin (it’s was awesome!) Gigi took her time and did a great job.I was a little hesitant on the design of the mani but Gigi understood what I need and delivered as promised!

Very nice salon. They did a great job on my nails and they were all very nice. They have a kids section and it was perfect for my daughters birthday! I went with 2 friends and 2 kids and we all got mani/pedis and they had us out in no time with quality work. I usually go to a shop down the street but they have been booked a lot lately so this was a pleasant surprise.

Went in to get a pedi and a fill in. My pedi was amazing, but... Asked for coffin shaped nails. Came out with all different types of shapes, and the nails were lumpy. I mentioned to the nail tech, she said sorry and never offered to fix them. On top of that they were kind rude. 2 stars for the awesome pedi, if I could give a negative star for the nails I would.

I like this place they usually never let me down but I’m giving it a 4 because I came for an acrylic fill in not even 2 weeks later and they charged me $80 when they barely added any acrylic I asked for a design which I was expecting it to be more because of it but it was just lines with nail polish not gel didn’t even take too long they were pretty but kind of overpriced other than that though, they do pretty good.

I went in for a fill in and requested a design that was on their IG page and it was an epic fail. My nails are entirely too thick. I cant even pick up a coin, ink pen or q-tip. Moreover, the Manger agreed that my nails were too thick. Now, I had tons of rhinestones on my nails that were terribly placed. My nails looked liked a 4yr old child did them. I have pictures to show the work. Horrible! The Manger agreed to remove the horrible nail art and reshape my nails however, I would still be charged for the rhinestones even though they were placed on poorly sculpted nails. I agreed to pay for rhinestones and allow her to reshape them. Ive been here for 2hrs already. However, the work was JUST that terrible. Patrick did such a great job last time that I decided to come back. However, he wasnt here and someone else did my nails. This mess has caused me to waste hours of my life. A mess! Smh

I usually really like this place. Their work is impeccable which is why I might have typically given far more stars, but today I just walked out after what was clearly a joke told at my expense in a language that I don’t understand. I’m not sure how else to interpret the man greeting me at the door, asking me what service I wanted, and then saying something that caused all the technicians working on nails to look up at me and laugh as I was told to go and wash my hands. I turned around on the way to the bowl and said “no thank you. I changed my mind.” I know I was right because one of the ladies working looked away embarrassed. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Bo was great! They took me immediately and gave great service! Perfect nails for my birthday. Would definitely return.

I love it 😍. My tiny tot can also come and get a pedi with me! The staff is very friendly. They have courtesy bottles of water available.

Gel nail manicure was good, but beware of the waxing services. This has never happened to me before. My face is ruined for the rehearsal dinner tonight. Praying it goes down before my cousins wedding tomorrow.

The tech who does my nails is slick rude, but I deal with it because her work is impeccable. Im talking flawless. All the other girls are pretty good too. They can do any style and dont take forever like some other popular shops in the area.

Very poor, sloppy speed work! Dont like them at all! Filthy towels! Tools not cleaned or placed in bags. Chairs dirty and broken down! Old dry polishes! And they had the nerve to tell me to wash my hands when i came in there! And need to wash that whole place down and remodel the filthy place! DISCUSTING!!👎

I love this place. Ive only been twice, since its little expensive, but I got everything I wanted in a great atmosphere. Theyre also very sanitary which is important.

So I came in to get sns and my nails are a natural length. I asked her if she could make the sns not look bumpy as she told me no she cant. I waited 20 mins to have her come by and she just said no. So if you want quality and skill services do not go to this place.

Third visit here. My first visit was great. They were courteous, offered me something to drink and did a really great job on my foot massage and nails. They also asked what package I would like. Last night i went at 6:30 for an appointment. They started working on my pedicure without asking if I would like to upgrade my package. I waited 45 min to see if they would offer me something to drink and rhey didnt. I saw all the other customers with something to drink. I had to ask for my spa package and also something to drink. When I was getting my pedicure she barely massage my legs with the sugar scrub. I had to ask to apply more pressure. I try not jump to racist conclusions but I was the only black in there. I still tipped them well. I was referred by my white friend. When she went with me on the first visit they were much friendlier.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I recently moved to the area and tried about 7 other places until coming across them and havent gone anywhere else since! Customer service is FABULOUS and the techs are amazing (especially Helen and Gin)!! Your satisfaction is truly their #1 priority! I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Best manicure I’ve ever gotten. I’ve never had one last more than two weeks. I got my nails done here almost a month ago, and they are still intact. Seriously no cracks, lifting at the cuticle, etc. I can’t believe it. Coming back next week for new SNS. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been searching for a new nail salon in the Dunwoody/Atlanta area and stumbled across Lush Nail Bar via Yelp and Google reviews. I LOVE how the business is open until 8 PM versus the usual 7 PM. In addition, Amanda accepted me as a last minute appointment/walk-in. I was serviced for the Milk and Honey Pedicure and A Full Nail Set with Gel Polish. Amanda paid VERY close to details and asked throughout the appointment if I was okay with the service thus far. The only con I would say about this salon is that the services can get pricey. They charge for every little thing (cut down, shape, etc). Other than that I had an amazing experience and will definitely return!! Thank you Amanda!!

The front desk lady is very rude. I arrived at my 6:30 appointment on time and of course my nail tech Amanda was not ready, at 6:45 she still was not ready. I informed the lady at the front desk I could reschedule and she got upset because I did not want to wait 10 more minutes. Additionally, when I ask the cost of a fill in, considering this is my 2nd time visiting the nail salon she stated she didnt know. Truly bad business. The lady at the front desk was so rude that when I asked why do you have such negative feedback about me rescheduling she said I could go to another nail shop and I did just that Nail Care Spa, 2566 Briarcliff Road NE.

I usually go to Bo who is good (a reject from the infamous haute spot) was told she could fit me In, in the am. I arrived early. As I waited I got my feet serviced. She didn’t arrive until an hour AFTER the time of the appointment, just to inform me she could ONLY DO ONE NAIL. She assigned another woman to do it who was the true definition of HORRIBLE. I have never been in so much PAIN as she tried to do my nails. I usually spend upward of 80$ on my nails alone so I’m clearly about quality. She wasn’t informed. Making sly remarks such as “are u sure this is 5 more dollars” in a VERY condescending way.She was racist and rude I immediately told her to stop. She THEN started talking in her language to everyone in the shop. Slamming things and stormed away from me. Honestly I have never been so embarrassed in my life! Don’t go here BLACK LIVES MATTER

Ive been coming to this shop for a little over a year now. I always enjoy going because 1. the place is nice 2. quiet 3. my nails always look great and 4. the staff is pleasant. The customer service has been good for myself and when my husband goes for his pedicures. On occasion, Ive had to go back because my polish chipped and or nail broke but in those rare cases they always fix the issue with no problems.

The customer service is poor. The lack of communication in this nail shop is terrible. Oftentimes, we tolerate bad customer service because the product is good. The Lush Nail Bar didnt even offer that. I was serviced an acrylic full set, and three of my nail popped off in the next two days. When I returned to have it corrected; the man insisted that the color i originally had was nonexistent. Of course I found it after arguing with him for several minutes. Furthermore, the nail technicians are sloppy. I had to correct her on how to take off my broken nail. (NOTE: If a nail tech lifts your broken acrylic nail up with another nail instead of soaking it in acetone; GET UP & LEAVE.)

I just moved to the neighborhood and tried out several of the local salons...this salon does the best SNS manicure around.

Sad to say that I did not enjoy my experience. When the lady saw me come to the door she went to sit down then looked at me like she was mad that she had to come to the front to greet me. She came off as if she didn’t want to greet me and neither did the gentleman. I was escorted to a seat in the middle section to be later told to move to the back section. Why? I do not know. When the other women were getting their nails and feet done at the same time. What was it about me that I couldn’t sit with the rest of their customers. The tech who did my pedicure was rough handling my feet. And the nail tech was jerking my hand around. They both acted like it was too much for them to simply say could you move your hand or feet this way for me please. I did not receive the care that I expected to be overcharged. I received a basic pedicure and was not offered packages to choose from. I was not offered hot towels for my leg. The massage was weak. The nail tech scratched the polish on one nail and acted like she didn’t want to fix it. I do not plan to spend my dollars at this business ever again. I would rate the overall experience one star. I would say to your staff do better at making all of the customers that you serve feel equal.

Fabulous place!! Great service and talented technicians. They will take great care and time to give you exactly what you want. Ive been going every other week since they opened, and have ALWAYS had a great experience. Highly recommend!

The manager did my nails (sns) and it all cracked two days later. Came to the shop again to get it fix and the manager had a horrible attitude.... i drove 30 min before coming here and she has a horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE DO NOT GO THERE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am very picky about my nails and toes and it has been hard to find a nail salon that I would be completely satisfied with all of my 6 years in Georgia until I visited Lush Nail Bar Sandy Springs. My first experience with Lush Nail Bar Sandy Springs was amazing and Ive been going there faithfully ever since. The shop is beautiful and the location is great. The atmosphere extremely relaxing. The owner, Angela, is wonderful with making customers feel comfortable and Ive been to a few different technicians for a fill and pedicure and I loved the outcome every time. I would recommend anyone looking for a nail salon in the Sandy Springs area give this place a try. I can bet that you wont be disappointed!

Great staff. Sometimes you need to be assertive regarding preference (shape, length) but thats typical everywhere. Schedule an appointment if youre impatient or pressed for time. Walk-ins are usually no problem but when they are busy it can take quite a while. They are great to their regulars and offer a discount stamp card, too.

I’m not from Buckhead I’m originally from Florida however, this trip was for my leave since I’m military. I told them I needed to take my old full set off for a new.. While I was getting a pedicure a young guy started taking my set off. Now I have a high pain tolerance I didn’t even notice how much pain I was in until I was bleeding on one nail underneath .. When he finally got it off my nail looked terrible. I finally called the owner over and told him I can’t stay. I even paid for pedicure. Then left. I really wanted to give this place a try!

How is it to refill and get a new set is a difference of just $5 after they gave you a whole different price. Customer service is the worst! Thieves!!

I am so torn when it comes to this shop, been there 3 times for gel mani and pedicure services. I will say everyone I encountered was nice friendly and I have no issues with the customer service. The actual service itself is really bad. They have employees performing services they are not qualified to do. That results in poor quality service. My gel manicure only lasting 3 days or less then it start chipping or peeling. If it was based on customer service they would get 4 stars however I would like to get what I pay for. Lush Nail Bar please use qualified technicians.

Went in today just before 5pm and was told they did not have time to do a fill-in, only pedicures. I asked what time they close and was told 6pm. What nail place stops doing nails an hour before closing? The only reason for 2 stars is because my first visit was a better experience.Update: I’m changing my review to 5 stars because I actually do like this nail salon. It’s actually the only one I go to. Tim is my preferred nail tech because he’s so gentle and always does a great job but I usually just go with the first available nail tech. They all do a great job.

I just went here at 5:15pm to get my nails soaked off seeing that it says they close at 6pm. I get there and the door was opened but they had a closed sign. I asked the lady and she said they were closed. If you close at 5 you should have that time advertised.

Rushed service. Amanda did my nails and clipped cuticle until it bled on TWO NAILS. Did not even bother to apologize. Instead nickel and dimed me for my service. I won’t be returning. Horrible.

I visited this salon in January. This place is in a great location. I was able to schedule same-day with Tim for SNS and a pedi. I was immediately greeted when I came in and seated in a pedicure chair. When my SNS was being removed, they wrapped my nails in acetone and put my hands in heat warmers which was a really nice touch! When it was time to scrape the polish off, it came right off. I appreciate how careful they were with my nails! I got them cut down because they were getting too long.My pedicurist was a really sweet older lady. She cut my nails shorter than I like (after I told her just a little) and the polish was sloppily done but they recovered really well because someone happily did it over which meant a lot.My nails came out really pretty and so did my toes. The place was so spacious and quiet and I felt relaxed the whole time.

Great experience!! Buckhead feel, nice salon, perfect full set pedicure !! My three year old loved her glitter nails as well. My eyebrows are on fleek ! & also they are very customer oriented I appreciate this place so much !! Hard to find an all around great nail salon !

I had a great experience here. I came in for a fullset, pedi and eyebrow arch everything came to $63. I was surprised because nail salons in this area like to charge you more because of the location. Needless to say my nails look good and my eyebrows are perfect. I will be back!

This is a response to Brittany Grigsby’s review. I am Bo the nail tech that Brittany has mentioned in her review. First of all I want to say thank you to Brittany for spending her valuable time to leave us a review, but unfortunately her review is 100% dishonest. The review didn’t reflect the truth and really affect our business, so writing this review is the only way I can do to protect myself as a nail tech and the business that I am working with ( since I am not the salon owner, this is the only way)Brittany reached out to me using her Instagram account as hazell_ elaine on Monday 3/25 at 4:15pm begging me to take her in for a nail fix since she has a hair training on Wednesday 3/27( I wish I could post the screenshots of the conversation as a proof of what I am writing here). My schedule was fully booked for the rest of the week by the time she texted me, so I agreed to squeeze her in next morning at 10:30 to fix one of her nails. She came at 10:45 ( Brittany didn’t wait an hour as she mentioned) and decided to get a pedicure. When I came to fix her finger nail, I realized that her nails were so old that they need a fill-in which I did not have enough time to do. I explained the situation of the nails to her and Brittany gladly agreed to have another nail tech to do her fill-in. When my co-worker started doing her nails, Brittany told her that she was not so happy having someone else but Bo doing her nails but she had no other way because Bo was booked. Brittany also asked for a free manicure which later on was rejected by my co-worker. Brittany then asked for price of a full set but she disagreed with the price and decided having her nails remove and come back another day to see Bo for her full set. We set her up for an appointment on Tuesday of the following week. Brittany was fine the whole time she was at the salon, she even smiled saying bye to me and told me she’d come back next week for a full set.There is nothing race related during her visit as she mentioned. I am a 10years experience nail tech. I work very hard as all of my regular clients know, and I appreciate every single person business.Reading her review really left me in shock and losing hope in humanity. How come a hair educator made up a story like that? As an educator she should understand how hard the beauty industry is to satify every client. I thought that the first thing we learn in any industry would be the work ethic.Again, I am not the best but I will always try my best to serve my clients. There’s nothing will change my work attitude to all my loyal clients who have been supporting me for the past 10 years.Plus, as a nail tech, I can work freely wherever I want, the previous salon where I used to work has nothing to do in this situation. Conveniently located in a giant shopping strip off of Roswell road where Buckhead meets Sandy Springs keeping Kroger right in the middle and next to this beautiful nail salon!First time here. Walked in last min and they were able to get started with me right away, thanks to the number of staff they have working at all times unlike majority other nail salons. Theyre extremely friends offering champagne/water whichever you prefer.Loved their 15% off first time customer special, got SNS done in light baby pink and totally loved it! It took about 45 mins for the nail tech from start to finish, it was neat and absolutely perfect, for an OCD person like me I didnt have a single ehhhWill definitely be back!

If I could just leave a review I would horrible, horrible customer service I went in for a pedicure and it doesn’t even feel like I just got my toes done! They look like I did them myself!! I called and asked if they could fix it and they agreed they would, as soon as I get there they totally ignored took other customers and made me wait! I told her that I wanted everything redone and she caught an attitude telling me they have great reviews on here and that I’m funny! Everything about this place is a joke!!! Don’t go I should’ve listened to my friend when she went and said they were horrible!!!

Not happy with my experience at all. Bella did my nails, she’s very sweet but my nails turned out horrible. I initially came in for gel but switched to SNS because I wanted to add a tip to make one of my nails longer and they suggested I do SNS to add on that tip. My nails ended up uneven, think, and lumpy. Ladies you know what I’m talking about. I just sat through an hour of service to end up having to redo it somewhere else. Waste of time and money

I just moved to the area and have tried quite a few local salons that I was less than impressed with the rushed work and careless customer service. Not this time! I called Lushbar a bit late 7:20 (close at 8), and not only were they lovely on the phone, but the people were so sweet and friendly in person too. Especially considering the hour. The techs were engaging, very detail oriented, and efficient. Everyone I saw had a genuine smile on their face, despite my late weekend night visit, and I left so happy with their work. I cant give them enough of a positive review. Give them a shot and make sure you go to the 4920 Roswell location and none of the other ones that are non-affiliated. The drive will be worth your time and money regardless of where youre coming from. This is my new permanent nail salon! Thanks Lushbar!

I love this place! Been going for the past 2 years and am never disappointed!

Idk what happened but after my sns was taken off and the tips I had protecting my nails, I came to get a basic mani and get a hardener put on my nails hoping that they would stay hard and not break. ALL of them broke off. Now my nails are the shortest theyve ever been. I believe they were being filed too thin and that resulted in why they kept breaking. Guess I will stay on the hunt for a salon that doesnt file natural nails too thin and can help them harden where they wont break.

I received a gel polish fill in yesterday by Will and by the end of the service, I was extremely upset. It took him 15 minutes after I sat down to start on my nails and I asked another employee would I be serviced soon and was told I would as soon as he’s done eating because he didn’t get a chance to eat all day. I found it odd considering I didn’t see what that had to do with my service and it wasn’t busy as it was a Tuesday afternoon. Then when it was time to pay, he told me it would be $40 which I’ve never heard of. $30 is normally what I pay so I couldn’t understand where the extra $10 came from. So when I asked, he said it’s because of the shape I got but I walked in with that shape, all he had to do was clean it up like they do in any other nail salon as that is what is in a fill in process. The whole thing was crazy and I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone to this unprofessional nail salon. Oh and the manager was just as useless.

Rude staff. Used to be decent. Now pedicures are done by having you put your feet in water in a trashbag. Yuck. The place has gotten dirty.

I went to the one by Trader Joes on Roswell Rd. (no idea if theres any affiliation) Great looking salon, I mean really beautiful white marble everywhere. Prices were reasonable. I got a SNS manicure. There were lots of colors to choose from, which I liked. Jessica did my nails, she was very sweet. I really appreciate her patience and quality of work, but she could have filed a little better at the end when she finished; however, I went and fixed it myself anyways. What I didnt like was at the end they charged me $40 for my manicure, when she initially quoted me $35 when I arrived AND its in their brochure as $35 for full color SNS manicure. She still got a tip, but that is bad business ethics.

Love the owner, but so many time the owner is not there. The customer service is 2 tumbs down when the owner is not there. They have no clue how much they charge. They broke 3 of my nails and charged me for it. Wont go there again!

I love this spot I travel in traffic every time to get to this place .Keep in mind this spot is NOT ASSOCIATED WITH Lush Nail Bar near TRADER JOES.This place is located further down roswell in the Krogers plaza.Vivian is my favorite go to lady, The way she shape her nails are phenomenal. I heard one of the young lady doing nails referred to a customer, as a Baboon and Buckwheat, with the rest of her sentences being in her native Asian tongue. No my hearing was not deceiving me--for this young womans body language spoke volumes, if you just watched her behavior. Not sure what was going on with this nonsense--but THIS GIRL needs to be thrown out of the salon. Thinking people are not smart enough to pick up on what she was saying just because it wasnt FULL BLOWN ENGLISH IS DISGUSTING AND SHAMEFUL. It makes the rest of the salon workers LOOK BAD.I WILL NEVER GOING BACK. DOES YOUR MANAGEMENT HERE KNOW THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE??

Vivian did my nails without removing the previous SNS mood color (orange) and the previous color showed through the new color. I went back twice but they said I have to come back on the day that the same nail tech is there which is Tuesday. I live an hour away. To me it would have been easier to fix them and have a satisfied customer. In stead the asst. manager who is the owners (Angela) husba nd spoke as if I was wrong for bringing this to their attention. He exclaimed that I was wrong and didnt know what I was talking about, when two of there techs said that the SNS was done wrong. This is so often the case in these shops. We the customers have to show them that we wont stand for this type of behavior. This is the second time that they have done me like this. Enough is enough. They wont get another penny of my money.

My hair stylist referred me to Lush Bar Nail Salon. I was very excited about trying their services.I requested a manicure and pedicure. I told the pedicurist to allow my feet to soak while I was receiving a manicure to allow my nails to dry first. She agreed.The manicurist continously pressured me to start the pedi. I reminded her that I wanted my feet to soak while she was administering my manicure.Moments later, the manicurist chimed in again with another attempt to pressure me into startung the pedicure. I said nothing. She continued on by telling me that if I did not start the pedicure the pedicurist would wait on another customer. I told her that this was fine and that I would just have the Mani done if the pedicurist needed to service another customer.The manicurist asked that I pay up front ($13.00) for a manicure, to which I surrendered my payment card.When my receipt was given to sign, the receipt reflected a charge of $36.00 ($23.00- Pedi/$13.00- Mani).I simply refused to pay for the ungiven pedicure, and then they told me that I was being charged for their water that my feet was soaking in.I was so taken aback, I told them that the Mani had not been completed, and to be charged for soaking my feet in water was insane and completely unheard of.They threatened to call the police, to which I encouraged because they were attempting to cheat me. She retracted her position to call the police, and I attempted to pay cash for the partially rendered manicure service, which she refused to accept.I left and called my bank and discovered that Lush Bar had charged my debit card $36.00.Lush Bar was not authorized to charge my card with the clear knowlege that they had not provided me with a pedicure, and completely ceased to render the completion of my manicure.This was outrageous! I immediately called my hair stylist and shared this horrible experience. She was in total disbelief and said she would never go there again, nor refer anyone else to Lush Bar Nail Salon -. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!☹️

The location is good and the salon looks clean and new however the two people that did my nails and toes may have never done nails before. It looked as if a 9 year old had painted my nails with gel. She never actually painted the nail instead she just tapped the paint making it uneven and lumpy. She also kept scraping my cuticle with a file and cut my cuticle on one finger so many times it bled. The guy that did my toes would not cut the nails down so they were so long within a week I had to cut them down myself not to mention they chipped and cracked in the first day. This was up there with one of the worst nail experiences I ever had! I will not go back. Maybe there are others that work there that are great but for my first time experience I was very disappointed and angry with myself for paying that much just to have to go and have them redone somewhere else.
