Amanda is incredible at what she does! She’s so sweet and chats the entire time making you feel relaxed and comfortable in a not-so-relaxing situation. I got a sugar Brazilian with her and she was very quick but also so meticulous! 30 minutes total in and out. Sugaring is definitely the way to go! It was surprisingly less painful (not painless of course) than wax with almost zero irritation afterward. I will 100% make the hour and a half drive back to see her!

I moved to Atlanta to go to college and I’ve been on the search for a nice wax lady who doesn’t hurt me so bad. A friend recommended me to come to relax and wax. I’ve been waxed by a couple of people and I just really didn’t like the service. The wax hurt extremely bad and the women weren’t patient and gentle enough for me. I met Amanda a year ago and i’ve never been to anyone else. She’s perfect for me! She is so gentle, she takes her time but still does my wax so fast. I’m always so nervous when i come in because of the pain and I just leave so happy. She is the perfect tech for regular and sugar waxing. Every person I’ve sent to her loves her.

I havent had anything waxed or sugared in a while, because I remember the pain. Sam was my waxer and she was awesome. She made me feel comfortable cause my body is in progress🤣 (I got a Brazilian sugar) it was still painful but she made it tolerable. IF I ever want to go through that much pain again, I will definitely ask for Sam. I only gave 4 stars because of price.

I have been seeing Alessandra at Relax and wax for several months now and have not had anything short of an excellent experience. The staff is friendly and professional and they take great care of their clientele. Relax and wax is in a great location and the space is very clean and inviting. Prices are also very reasonable. Most recently I’ve been coming to this waxing shop. There are mainly two girls in the shop when I come. They are sisters and they’re both amazing at they’re craft. I only get my Brazilians here!!

Just went back for the first time in a while & it’s still phenomenal. They changed management recently & Amanda (who I believe runs this location) is great! Extremely nice & AMAZING technique with sugaring. She was both quick & precise, seriously cannot recommend enough. The prices are more than fair for the quality of service. I went to relax and wax, and Andrea (red hair) was the one who waxed me. Be prepared to wait, but she was so thorough with my wax. She got all my in grows hairs out and made the experience more comfortable through her genuine convos. I’ve been getting waxed for about a year and a half, and it was by far my best wax. My experience was amazing. The hospitality was incomparable!!! Hubby and I were visiting from Nashville, TN and decided to eat breakfast at The Flying Biscuit. I noticed a Brazilian Wax Spa directly across the street and thought why not try it...for the first time!!! The atmosphere was relaxed and very welcoming. I believe Simone assisted me and she made me as comfortable as possible. It took only 15-20 minutes!! Her 11 years of experience was definitely evident. Simone did my wax and it was painful. But she helped me through with conversation and constantly telling me to breathe. Since it was my second time gett6a Brazilian, she did it in smaller steps to make it a little bit more bearable. I will definitely be back again. They accept walk-ins and I was able to be seen right on schedule.

The reason I am sharing is because this business has a perfect 5 stars so my expectations were high and unfortunately I left disappointed. I am not from Atlanta but have had MANY Brazilian waxes in different cities with different technicians. Although my lady was very sweet and kind, I will not be back to see her. My main complaint is the efficiency- this type of wax needs to have success first time around, but she kept going over the same sections to remove the hair. My skin was already raw and to then apply hot wax and repeat the process was awful. Today I am swollen, burnt and still very sensitive. She also failed to properly cleanse the area to remove any residue, so when I got home my panties were sticking to my raw skin- not fun. I know there’s a finesse to making sure you get *most of the hair in the first pass, so I don’t think she has mastered it yet. I will say I am 7 months pregnant so I anticipated higher sensitivity and know my hair is probably more stubborn, but that was not the experience I was looking for. The place was clean, had its own parking (huge in midtown) and she was extremely kind-hence the 3 stars.

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had! Im telling you...go see Sherry...shes the absolute best! Personality, waxing, skin guru, all of it! Shes just a bright beautiful soul and I wont be going anywhere else EVER! The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart as well!

Fatima is a DOLL! This is an amazing company that only hires the best of the best. I normally get a Brazilian but I occasionally get my arms and underarms done as well and Sherry does her best to make it as painless as possible. Absolute worst customer survice! This was my first and last time visiting. It took nearly 5min for someone to acknowledge I was there. I would have left at that point, but it was raining and the reviews appeared good. When someone did finally come out, she said shed be with me in 10 min. 20min later she came out. She was very dismissive or didnt apologize for the wait. By this time someone else had come. She asked if it was my first time and the guy acknowledged that he was an hr late for his appt. She then turned to me and told me to come back tomorrow. This is after I wasted nearly 30min. waiting to be serviced! If they were short staffed and wouldnt have been able to provide service, then she should have said that.
