The service here is immaculate. I only go to Christina. She really takes care of her clients. She is very particular and makes sure you get what you pay for. Her work is like no other I have ever had. My first time ever doing a wax I did a full body. I was super nervous and Christina made sure I was comfy. She talked to me and kept my mind occupied so I wouldnt be so nervous. I have now moved to VA and when I am in ATL, I still only go to Christina. Thank you for your tender care Christina.

Ive been going to W Waxing every month for over 3 years now and I only have amazing things to say about Alessandra and her team! They are super professional, very clean and relaxing environment and they use the best products. The quality is in the details: they always call a day in advance to confirm the appointment; everyone is always very polite; when I was pregnant, Alessandra made sure they was a stool to get on the table; always good conversations that makes me forget Im getting a waxing done. I just wish that I could find this level of professionalism is every field, the world would be a better place. Alessandra keep up the wonderful work and hope to see you again in a year!

I wanted to experience this place based on the reviews. I made an appointment in advance online and received an Email stating I would receive confirmation of my appointment. I did not get a confirmation nor did anyone answer the phone and I called multiple times trying to confirm. I had to drive there just to find out that I would not be seen. It would have nice for someone to answer the phone so I did not waste my time.

I have been a very satisfied customer for several years. When I moved to the suburbs I tried to find a salon near me. After a few months of failed attempts, I found myself driving back to Sandy Springs for my Brazilian. Alesandra is one of a kind!

I wish they had more places.Im doing wax for about 5 years now, and Ive never seen such a place.I cant remember the girls name, but she was so professional.She was gentle and quick in the same time.She took every single hair out.It didnt hurt at all!And after all that, I expected it to be expensive, and I was willing to pay a lot for this good service, but it was the cheapest Ive seen so far.Its really sad that I dont live in the area, and that I need to go to unprofessional places instead.Will definitely go there if I will be in Atlanta again!!Best place ever!!

I love Alessandra! She is great and very professional. Moved far from the area and still make the drive.. totally worth it :) I started going in 2012 and never went to a different place. She really cares about your satisfaction with the work done. Totally love it, totally recommend it.

The building was difficult for me to locate initially; its tucked away from the road. Once inside, I spoke to Ebony and she was wonderful. Great atmosphere, customer service, and I loved the hard wax. Reasonably priced for the service I received .

Most of the other employees are OK hence 4 stars, but if you do book with anyone, make sure you get the owner Alessandra. Super friendly and sweet energy, great customer service. She knows how to make you feel welcome and she KNOWS what shes doing.

I worked at this salon for 4 months in 2018, the people who own this place never sent me any kind of tax information. Come to find out when I call the IRS to figure out why nothing was sent, the owners never reported anything!!! All the money I made the company(almost $90,000) was never reported and still hasn’t been. I did my part and filed my taxes( I saved every check and receipt).It’s ILLEGAL to not report the money you made to the IRS and not file your employees tax information in the United States.Also STATE BOARD needs to check this salon out ASAP. The owner of this place is VERY unsanitary when it comes to waxing, I advise anyone who goes here to be careful, it’s absolutely DISGUSTING.

I scheduled an appointment online, & did not receive a confirmation email but showed up anyways. Should have taken that as a sign, I get to the studio at 10:30 on a Tuesday and not only is no one answering the phone but no one is there, lights are off, it looks abandoned! Extremely disappointing especially since the reviews were so good.

I have been going here for almost two years now. After moving to Atlanta in 2010 and being new to Brazilian waxes I tried a number of places and many times thought it would be the last Brazilian wax I would ever want to get. After going to Alessandra at W. Waxing Salon I have not been anywhere else. Her prices are very reasonable and it has been the most painless waxing experience I have ever had. She is also always willing to provide advice on skin care and products that have helped me with ingrown hairs and maintaining healthy looking skin.

Have been waxing for over 20 years and this is my favourite place ever. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen, they have the best atmosphere, the place is beautiful, they use top products and they really know how to do it... I definitely recommend it.

Ive been going to W. Waxing Salon for about three years and I will definitely recommend it 100% whether its your first time getting waxed or not. Alessandra is a Brazilian native, so she really knows what is she doing; she is very professional and always keeps your mind busy so you dont really focus on the process. The salon is very clean, with a paceful atmosphere and a friendly staff. The price is very affordable for the 5 Star service you receive all the time. She is downright amazing ! I was scared for years to do Brazilian again , after a first time horrible experience and she has me coming in now like clock work every 3 weeks for Brazilian and armpits.She uses hard wax and its a always clean nice environment with virtually no wait time!Im now on my 5th time in and can say Im hooked !!!

I just recently moved to Atlanta and have been tired of shaving so I decided to go the waxing route. I recieved a Groupon for W. waxing salon and saw that it had such great reviews so I decided to try it out. Alessandra was extremely sweet and made my waxing experience very pleasant. The first time I recieved a brazillian I thought it was extrememly painful but when I was given one from Alessandra it really didnt hurt at all. She gave me tips on after waxing upkeep and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I have made my second appointment with her and am very excited. Hopefully I can keep this up this go round. Thanks Alessandra!By the way, this is very affordable waxing.
