Ally is a highly trusted professional, talented & detailed. What we value most is her wonderful disposition. Taylor at the front desk was also very attentive. Although we moved, we travel a bit further for Ally.

Li did an amazing job! She made everything so easy and really payed attention to detail! She was so professional and everything went so smooth! I’ve never had an issue with any of the girls at this location. They all do an amazing job! I’ve been to different European wax locations but this one by far is the best! I just wanted to take the time out to say my wax specialist Dayna is absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend anyone to book with Dayna. She has been the best wax specialist Ive personally had. She always gets the job done extremely quick and carefully. She is also very knowledgeable about what products to use, she recommended me the scrub and ingrown hair serum and I must say it has truly made a difference in my waxes. Ive had 3 appointments with her since Ive moved to Atlanta and I definitely will continue to book with her specifically. 10/10!!

I always book with Lee. I love that she takes her time and really makes sure that all the hair is removed. She’s very personable and gives great advice on after care in between waxes. I highly recommend this location and booking with Lee!

The staff made me feel comfortable and right at home. I cant wait to go back and catch up with the staff! Truly the best wax center Ive ever been to - I was taken care of very well!!

Made me wait 30 min out in 85 degrees for an appointment that I had at 3pm. Even then I left and they texted me way later, they took someone else in who came after me but told me to wait outside. Horrible customer service. I even went earlier than my appointment for them to take temperature and stuff as a precaution, but they didnt do anything. Never going back, the worst EWC Ive ever been to!

They are always friendly, give great expert advice and, and are reasonably priced. Most of the time, the service is great. Every once in a while, I get a bad wax.

I have been a member since 2011 and have been to many different European Wax Centers, but this one is one of my favorites. Ebony is amazing. She takes her time, is very precise, and actually listens to what you want wanting her to do. She does amazing work. Only down fall is I have had a few bad occasions with the front staff. Other then that, I have never seen a bad wax specialist here!

I’ve been getting wax services for over a decade at the same place and I decided to try European Wax Center two months ago and I could not believe the difference! I don’t know how they do it but I really did experience less pain than normal. I cannot go back to my old spot.

I love coming to Jennifer for my Brows. She does an excellent job and is always so pleasant. I will be back again to see her.

First, Eboni is amazing! However, this European Wax center gets 1 star. My eyebrows were burnt here (not by Eboni), the technician knew she burnt them and responded with, “I wish I could give you something it out on them, but I can’t.) The manager ended up giving me some serum. Despite this, I went back. I arrived 4 minutes late (they have a 9 minute grace period that they advertise) and was told I couldn’t be seen because of a glitch in their system. This would be fine, except this is not the first system glitch they have had that prevented me from having my appointment. Needless to say, I quit this location.

Antheny ls A Water ln Training And She ls The Best First Time Seeing Her And She Waxs As She’s Been Doing For Years. If You Go This Week Don’t Be Scared To See Her She ls Very Good! And Great Conversation And Very Friendly!
