Had SmartLipo with Dr. Cox and Nicole yesterday. Let me tell you how wonderful the entire staff is at WIFH. Lindsay, Nicole, Chandler, and Dr. Cox are extremely thorough and patient. I definitely recommend WIFH.

Came here for a consultation. Everyone was really nice. I came with a list of questions and everyone I spoke with had no issues answering all of my inquiries. Even after my appointment, the office staff checked in on me to see if I had more questions.Great customer service.

Just had smart lipo at WIFH about four weeks ago and the results are AMAZING! I am still in awe of my flat stomach. I am so pleased that I will have my sides done in about three months. The staff is wonderful and patient. Dr. Cox is honest about your results, and he delivered!

I scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance and I showed up for the appointment only to find out that they cancelled it. The front office staff said that Lindsay attempted to call me. There is nothing in me cell phone records showing that she contacted me. I received a confirmation email as well as text message to confirm the appointment. I would be cautious regarding this place because if they will lie about contacting patients it’s no telling what they will lie about when it comes to your care.

I go to Susan for filler and botox and Im beyond pleased with my results. She always makes me feel comfortable and I love the conversations we have. I leave feeling heard and beautiful after my appointments. Highly recommend.

I’ve always struggled with ingrown hairs on my neck and face due to shaving which led to acne and enlarged pores. As a result, I decided to try laser hair removal. Considering I had such dark corse hair, it made such a huge difference in my skin. Such an easy and comfortable experience at WIFH as the staff was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company and service.

After a horrible experience somewhere else for tattoo removal, I found WIFH. It’s 45 min away from my home but well worth it. The office is nice and clean and the ladies I’ve worked with are great. Reagan is doing my tattoo removal and she is wonderful. The process is quick and to the point. I just met with Susan and had a great experience with her, she made me feel super comfortable and I greatly appreciated her insight and guidance. I never felt pressured into something or rushed and I am super thankful for that.

The people are so WIFH. They do a good job explaining what your going to experience on your visit. Plus the laser hair removal totally works! I recommend it, saves money & time. I am now going back for the WIFH, and I could already tell the difference just after my first visit.

The absolute BEST medical spa in Atlanta! Im African American and my laser hair removal and tattoo removal results are impeccable! (Not all lasers are created equally and they have the best of the best). Ive had quite a few treatments they offer and have been beyond happy with the results. More than anything else, the customer service is whats made me a loyal patient. Dr. Cox and the entire staff are always so caring, friendly & upbeat❤

I have been coming here for just under a year and there is a reason I keep coming back. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to provide advice on different products and services. I typically see Reagan or Kristina (depending on availability) for Botox, both are great to work with. They really know their stuff but are wanting to provide a natural look which I greatly appreciate. I also really enjoy Heatherlea, Patient Concierge... she always has a smile on her face and she got me hooked on Revisions Recox 7 product. Cant recommend this place enough!!

Its been 3 years and still feel as if it was a waste of $6k or my procedure wasn’t done correctly then he told me to lose 5lbs as if that was going to make a difference. What’s the purpose of me going to get Lipo if still need to lose 5lbs that’s the job of the suregeon....wasn’t 10 years ago there is the proof stomach came out bigger when I left before I came in

I waited over a year to write this review and have been three times now so I was sure before recommending others. This place is amazing!! All of the beautiful women working are friendly and helpful especially Lindsay whose always helping me out! Dr.Cox is phenomenal and an artist when it comes to injections (no one ever knows I get them unless I tell them) ! I was skeptical before making my decision on Botox and fillers and honestly I wish I would have gotten them sooner. It’s crazy how such a simple procedure can boost your confidence and self esteem and I’ve honestly never felt better about my appearance after coming here. If there’s something about your appearance that is bringing you down, life is too short... this is the place that will take care of you and help you reach your aesthetic goals! I dont even know where to start with WIFH. I have tried a little bit of everything in this amazing place.If there were a heaven for aesthetic treatments... THIS WOULD BE IT. I have never been to anywhere that provides more expertise, comfort and satisfaction than here. Every single person that works there is an angel. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel totally at home. Which, is SO important given the nature of treatments. When you are doing laser aesthetics, botox, fillers, facials, etc... the clients need to be comfortable and satisfied in order to continue these elective treatments that make them feel better about their face and body. Without a doubt, the best freaking place to go for your skin concerns. As someone who has been dealing with acne, acne scars, skin congestion, and skin discoloration for YEARS and has always hidden behind makeup, I cannot believe the magic Miranda has produced for me and the drastic changes Ive experienced. When I initially came in to see her, I was apprehensive because I thought oh no, theres no fixing my problem skin. Fast forward 3-4 months later and boom. I dont even wear makeup anymore. Thats groundbreaking for me. Miranda taught me the importance of an established routine and self-care. She is the sweetest and so is everyone else the moment you walk in the door. Please please dont hesitate to go to them. Theyll probably change your life!

So far I LOVE coming here, I am planning on getting a procedure done, it is an organized clean profesional place, full of great ladies. HAPPY is what I would describe every single experience. I had sculptsure, looking forward to the smart lipo. All their services are great.

I am very pleased with the laser hair removal on her as her boy friend.One may not need to finish all the sessions. If one has dark hair with light skin(like Eastern Asians), she/he probably only needs only four of the sessions and WIFH will refund the rest in cash within 4 sessions. Beyond 4 sessions, only store credits. Ask the staff about the full version of rule, I only remember the basics.drawbacks:Something is wrong with a concierge Staff member called Katie PooleI dont know whats wrong with her or I did offend her in some invisible way that I cannot recall, she just isnt a nice person to deal with. For example, chat with other people about obvious non-business things and let me just wait there. If you have to know, kind of like a Wal-mart experience.

WIFH treats you like family! Always respectful,courteous and gentle. The facility is extraordinarily clean and always stocked with water and goodies. I always work with Shannon and she is amazing! Very thorough with hair removal and recommends great products for the skin. I cannot wait to purchase my next package!

————Updates from my previous review—————-All I can say is, Doctors priority is making his patients happy with their results. I did smart lipo here and will have some touch ups next weekend. Doctor was very concern about me seeing perfect results in all areas treated. Will recommend him if you want a doctor who cares about having a patient satisfied.

These people are wonderful! Ive struggled with adult acne and other skincare annoyances, but since Ive been using the products discussed and recommended by Miranda, my skin has NEVER looked better.Lindsay is always incredibly pleasant and helpful anytime I have questions about anything, and really tries to help figure out the best option available for you personally.Havent had laser hair removal (yet), but I would not trust or feel comfortable with anyone else when the time comes!Love them, would not consider going anywhere else!

I chose WIFH for my miraDry procedure after extensive research and examination of reviews. I made the right choice. Dr Kulkin is clearly an expert with his knowledge of this technology and how he communicates both the technologys benefits and the procedure itself (very detailed, very engaging.

Last two times I had Botox here I swear it was just pure saline. It did nothing. I feel like its way more diluted than it should be. Usually I use one of the ladies to do my Botox, but that day the Dr injected me and I had so many bruises around my eyes for two weeks. Ive never bruised like that with Botox. Im not sure if something is going on with my body and its rejecting Botox, but I referred a friend here and she had to go 3 times for touch ups on Botox because hers did not work at all .. and it was her first time getting botox ever. I have a feeling its being over diluted. I also go to another place in Buckhead at times for botox and she shows me the actual vial and how much she mixes in that vial. I see her draw it out. They dont do that at WIFH, they have pre-drawn up syringes and you really dont know what youre getting. They also dont do free touch ups if it doesnt kick in like it should. The place in Buckhead does and they charge the same price per unit and still do touch ups 2 weeks post if youre not happy. this was just my experience. I know everyone reacts differently, but i have had botox enough to know that this seems off. Just my opinion

One of the best doctors ever!!!! Genuinely cares for his patients. Recently I saw him for a allergic reaction on my face . It was so easy to reach him even after hours to talk about concerns or request a prescription. These days you cannot get a hold of doctors even during business hours!!! He makes himself available to his patients. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic and caring. I would very highly recommend Dr. Kulkin and his staff.

Not the best experience and to have spent the money tgat I did hurts my heart. I was left on the table during my procedure for the Dr to attend another patient was a buzz kill. That alone drops the score. to 2 stars.Dr and staff are friendly, punctual and clean; Those qualities get 4 stars.

I had my Smart Lipo procedure in December 2018. I had the dreaded c-section shelf from having three large babies. Im very active and had lost all the baby weight but could not get the pooch off. I met with Dr. Kulkin from day ONE which is amazing to me. Many places you dont really get to talk to the doctor until the day of the procedure. He was patient and answered every question I had. Didnt make me feel dumb for asking certain questions and I felt very comfortable talking to him. Every single staff member I encountered was amazing. Lindsay Spires was who I was in contact with most, as she was scheduling everything with me. She was not only helpful but also personable. The day of the procedure I was a nervous wreck. Nicole came and got me and tried to help me calm my nerves before the procedure. I laid down on the table and Dr. Kulkin came in and started the procedure. I felt a little pinch but that was it. He was constantly asking if I was okay? Was I feeling any pain? Nicole was also there asking the same questions. The procedure was quick and surprisingly painless. Dr. Kulkin gave me his personal phone number in case I needed to ask him anything or if I was concerned about anything. I never had to call him because the recovery was just as he said it would be. He called me the next day to check on how I was feeling as well. Im SO happy with my results from the procedure. My stomach is flatter and that horrible pooch is gone. The whole team at WIFH is like family now. Not only are they the best at what they do - but they actually care about their patients. I highly recommend WIFH!

From a husband perspective:Me and my wife have 3 kids and for anyone that knows put a heavy toll on her body, from carrying the babies to delivering. She has always talked about her C-Section scare and there was this kind of pouch with fat that no matter how hard she worked out never went away. She is a former D1 athlete so she knows how to train and get back in shape after our babies. But this wasnt going away. I thought she looked beautiful but it always came back to that. I am not a fan of going under the knife to correct something that you can do yourself. So about a year and a half ago she started researching procedures and told me about this smart lipo. My immediate reaction is Heck no. But she told me about it and told me about it and told me about it until we went and talk to someone about it. She researched and found Dr Kulkin at WIFH because of what she had read. Honestly I was skeptical and had a lot of questions. She was a stay at home mom and needed to be active with our kids so downtime couldnt be more than a couple days. So after talking to Dr K I felt better about the procedure and we went and did it. So Dr Kulkin laid everything out for us from start to finish, what to expect, downtime, recovery, and typical results. Literally every stage of recovery happened. When my wife would talk about something with her stomach I would reminder her that this is that stage of recovery and put her mind at easy. After a couple months of healing the pouch was non existent and she could see her C Section scare for the first time. There is a longer timeframe to see results (healing) and there was literally maybe 24 hours of downtime.Dr Kulkin and the WIFH team made the experience easy on me as well as her. She was in and out in a couple hours and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I had (regular) lipo done with Dr. Kulkin in 2014 to remove 2 egg-sized lumps on my abdomen that appeared after a previous lipo a few years before. I did not go in asking for my entire abdomen to be done, I just wanted those 2 lumps removed. However, during my initial exam with Dr. Kulkin he told me that I should do my entire abdomen because the result would be better, more uniform, etc. I agreed to follow his advice and was initially pleased with the result, although I had to wait until the swelling was gone to really know how it turned out. Once the swelling went down I went in to see Dr. Kulkin again because at that point my ENTIRE abdomen was lumpy! A bulging ring had formed around my navel that resembles a doughnut, (especially looking down at it.) I have various lumps and bumps, and long parallel grooves in various spots. Dr. Kulkin examined me and stated, Thats what I call a Lipo Belly. It happens sometimes when you have lipo done twice in the same area. Keep in mind that I had originally come in because of the 2 lumps I had from a previous procedure, which I explained to him, and it was his suggestion that I have my entire abdomen done a 2nd time, not mine. Had I known that I would be running a significant risk of ending up with an even MORE lumpy result I obviously would not have had the procedure done! I liked Dr. Kulkin very much, he was very friendly and easy to talk to during my initial exam/consult but I was also disappointed that Dr. Kulkin seemed unconcerned/unsurprised by my result when I met with him post-swelling because he seemed to take my results/concerns quite in stride. I pointed out also that the area directly under my sternum was missed during his procedure and bulges out compared to the areas around it and he acknowledged that he missed that part and apologized. At the end of the exam he told me that for an additional fee ($500, I believe) he could try and smooth it out but honestly, on a teachers salary (and being a single parent) I couldnt afford to spend more money and was so disappointed with my result and our discussion that I just left and never came back. Im 55 tall and since then I have maintained a weight of 128-132 lbs. but I have NEVER worn a 2 piece bathing suit since then and am so embarrassed by how deformed and unnatural my abdomen looks that I wont get undressed in front of anyone-not even other women! The attached pics were taken in a brightly lit room so the lumps and grooves may not appear to be as noticeable in the pics as they are in person, but they are impossible to miss in normal light where shadows accentuate them and make them quite obvious. The only reason I am writing this review now is because I just happened upon an ad for WIFH today felt compelled to share my experience.

Ive been here in the past for different services and always had a good experience. I reccomended wifh to my mom and dad and they scheduled a consultation for a VI peel and I could not believe what happened. They were treated as if they were peasants. The lady at the front desk said there was no scheduled consultation for them and was rude about it. My mom had got a call and an e-mail confirming the appointment days before. They finally took them into a room and another employee went in to talk to them & was also rude and unmannerly.She even asked them where they worked in a an interrogating manner, as if they couldnt afford these services. They ended up walking out of there and I wouldve done the same had i been treated like scum. My mom isnt the type to take the time and write a review, shed rather just look for another place, but I have taken it upon myself to do so. Its a shame , I was just about to go in for more laser hair removal and fillers. Ill gladly take my money elsewhere.There is nothing more disappointing than referring someone and hearing they had a bad experience. Little do you know , they too are business owners right around the corner in Brookhaven.

I have been going to Dr. Kulkin and his staff for years and was excited to hear about MiraDry when it first came out. After reading up on the procedure and knowing that Dr. Kukin and his team deliver superb services, I decided to schedule the consult/procedure. The office was very accommodating as I live a few hours away. They also reassured me from the beginning that driving myself home after the procedure would not be an issue.I arrived the morning of MiraDry and of course Charlotte (NP) was ready to go. She explained the process step-by-step and exactly what to expect. She was right on. After Charlotte completed the prep work, Dr. Kulkin began the infusion to numb my underarms. It was easy--one small sting then the remainder of the numbing technique was fairly simple. I didnt feel much at all. When it was time for the actual Miradry, I felt absolutely nothing. My drive home was easy and I stayed numb for several hours.Post-operatively, I was swollen and tender for a few days, but it did not limit me in my routine/activities. I used Motrin for the first few days. I had no sweating for several weeks, then at about 6 weeks noticed I had some minimal sweating during appropriate times. I am currently 2 months out from the procedure and have 75% overall reduction. I am very happy that I dont have to think about what to wear based on sweating--that is huge!I was very pleased with Dr. Kulkin and the entire WIFH team throughout the entire process. They definitely go out of their way to stay in contact with you and make sure you are more than satisfied with your results. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

I think it is important to read reviews from people who have finished their treatments vs just starting. I have finished 7 of my 8 bikini treatments, and my expectations were MORE than met. I was very hairy and after 6 treatments, I had NO re-growth (I went 6 months between visit 6 and 7). The pricing special I received was great, and I like that N.P.s and P.A.s do the treatments vs a technician. Dr. Kulkin also did my spider veins (which was nice since that only involved 1 session). Very professional office and reputable. My only regret was that I did not do my underarms at the same time. Highly recommend. Suzanne T.

I had a very expensive lipo produre here back in April. To this day, I have not seen any improvements. Actually I am more lumpy than I was in the beginning. Last time I went for a follow up, Dr. Kaulkin told me to lose some weight. If it was easy to lose weight, I wouldnt have the surgery. All of my weight is front loaded. Looks like I am pregnant. Now I still look pregnant but I am super lumpy with hard spots. I am not happy with the results. 6k is a lot of money to have ZERO RESULTS. I dont know what to do. I would not reccomend it.

I went to WIFH for Juvederm on a recommendation and am glad that I did. Dr. Kulkin and his staff were wonderful. I had been to other cosmetic centers for consultations and was give the run-around on price and quantity needed. When I talked with Dr. Kulkin it was a no fuss consult and he didnt mess around trying to tell me I needed more than necessary or haggle around on price. From what I have researched WIFH has the best prices for Juvederm in Atlanta, and that along with the customer experience puts them over the top. Glad I went, glad I got the Juvederm and happy to write a positive review for them.
