Just started using Tire Pros and I am very happy with service and price. I got a full set of tires, coolant drain and fill and most recently some issues with my ball bearings fixed. They are always happy to answer questions and give options when it comes to price and ordering. I am happy I found a new place to take my vehicle, I would recommend.

Called to see if they had anything in my size they told me they had some Perellis for a reasonable price. I drove over 40 minutes and when I got there they told that they had just sold them and were being mounted, classic. then they told me that the only tires that were available were 160 a piece compared to 110 what I was previously priced. Then told me it was either that or wait until Tuesday.... I would not recommend and It would be in your best interest to take their employees advice and go to matlock tire just right down the road

Always greeted with a smile! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been getting my oil changed and purchasing tires there for years. I drive 600+ miles every week so it’s super important to keep my vehicle in optimal running condition, I wouldn’t take it anywhere else.

This place is nothing but a joke. I took my truck up to get it aligned and they brought back a big list of what was “wrong” with it. I know damn well nothing was wrong with it. I took it down the road to matlock tire and they said nothing was wrong with the front end. Bunch of professional scam artists. I’d save your time and money.

I gave 2 stars for my visit today because I have bee using Tire Pros for eight years. All my oil changes and all my tires. For the most part it has been a really good eight years. There have been a few times when I had to wait a while but not like today. I brought 2 vehicles in for oil changes and tire rotation. The first was in and out under an hour (fantastic!). The second one when I got to the counter and asked how long it would be the last told me 1 to 1 1/2 hours so I waited. At he 1 1/2 hour mark my truck was still sitting where I parked it. After 2 hours it was back in a bay where it stayed until it was over 3 hours. I asked the lady why it took so long and she said no idea. I understand if you are busy and there is a wait but tell me that up front so I dont have to sit and waste half my day. They do good work but sometimes you have to wait an unreasonable amount of time compared to what you are told.

Very friendly people I have taken my car to these guys last two years.

Went in for an alignment and they said the ball joint was so bad we wouldnt be able to drive it so they fixed it. We left 3 minutes before closing and was on the side of the road for over an hour because they bent the plate behind the roter The metal was grinding so bad and I had no way to fix it nor an idea of how or what was going on until someone helped me Our appointment was at 2:30 and I didnt get my kids home till 9 pm. I will not use this place again!!!!

These guys are the absolute best! Went above and beyond what they had to and we are truly thankful for all their help. We were on our way from Detroit to Daytona when we hit something on I-75 shredding both tires and cracking the rims at 1am. The next morning the pros at AG Central did everything possible to get us back on the road. The manager found a set with tires for my mustang on a Saturday morning beating the odds. Even used the shop truck to pick them up and only charged us to balance/mount tires. We were on the road by 11am and in Daytona by 7pm. We thought our trip was over but the entire staff did everything they could to make it happen. You guys are great! Some of the nicest people weve ever met including the customer who was looking for us also. Some really great people down there. Thank you so much for everything. We owe you all a steak dinner next time we head south.

Wonderful people! We got a piece of metal in our tire on the way home from a funeral. They got us in quickly and fixed our flat. The prices are amazing as well. Highly recommend this place!

The Agcentral Tire Pros team was friendly from start to finish and got me in and out super fast on a Saturday! They helped me find the tires that are perfect for my car and budget without any pressure to get an expensive care package. We shopped around the huge Co-op while we waited. Left with lots of candles and great tires!

Got me in and out faster than any other shop I been to

The staff was absolutely top notch. I was traveling through from the Buckeye state to Atlanta with a friend and had a flat tire on the hwy. We couldnt locate one in time to get to Atlanta for a conference that day so they kindly ordered me 2 for the next day, got me into a rental vehicle and on my way. Wally Arrowood and his sweet wife came in on his day off on Sunday and met me w my keys to my Ford Flex so my friend and I didnt have to stay over night til Mondays business day in a hotel to get my car. They even turned in my rental vehicle! Honest, reliable and superb service in the heart of Tennessee! Thank you for your southern hospitality!

Amazing customer service worked really well with my budget to the point of adjusting the price down. I could only afford two tires and they aligned it too. They were also backed up in the shop and to be helpful they got pizza for the customers and gave free drinks away too. Best tire shop ever

Rich has gone over and above helping solve problems that were caused by a local dealership. They let my wife she could call and get their help whenever needed while I’m out of town. Personal service that is hard to get now days but is alive and well at Tire Pros.

All I can say is AMEN! I finally found a fantastic place for my tire and car repair needs. I worked with Rich, who listened to my tire problem, talked with me about possible causes and explained what he will check first and so on. He called to update their findings along the way. They road tested my car in the conditions I described and solved my problem in less than 2.5hrs. They ordered the new part and replaced it that same visit. When I came to pick up my car he had me road test it to make sure it was repaired to my approval. Now thats customer service! Very kind people who car about my vehicle as much as I do. Very professional and the cost to repair my car was actually spot on. I would recommend the Tire Pros. I will be back again!

From oil changes to alignment work they are the best at what they do Rich and Terrell are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they take the time and explain exactly what is going on with your vehicles needs. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. This was my first time using the tire pros! From the very first phone call, Mike Jaquish went above and beyond to help me. I was in need of 4 tires and a wheel. He took the time to research and found exactly what I needed. When I brought my car in, Mike was there to greet me and I saw that he was actually the manager. Manager’s understandably are too busy to help, but that wasn’t the case for Mike. He was very friendly and made sure I understood everything that they were doing to my car. The other people that work there are also very helpful! I highly recommend doing business with these wonderful people!!

I cannot give enough praise to Wally and Jerry. We had a blow out on the interstate, after we got the spare on (flat) we limped to Walmart where we had, a road hazard guarantee due to purchasing them at our local store and were treated very poorly, at the Walmart in Athens We then were left to search for help. My daughter called Dwayne 5 minutes before they were supposed to close, and he and Jerry stayed to get us on our way for the second leg of our journey. That is Customer Service at its finest. Walked in on Wednesday at 3pm (they close at (6 pm) to have my tire leaked plugged and was told it was a 2 hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment for 2 hours from now and come back. Guy proceeded to tell me (while finishing his lunch) that his guys were smoked and he didn’t have room for me...pretty typical service for East TN...too busy for my business apparently.

Had one trailer tire to change. I took it off trailer. They said 1 hr. Im already at 2 hrs and still havent started on it.

Made appointment for tire alignment. Service rep took care and returned car as stated. The cost was reasonable. Would recommend this shop !

Bought a set of bf Goodrich that barely lasted over a year at 30000 miles belts were separating and tires ride rough as hell. Also tpms never worked after they changed tires and wouldnt do anything about itAcura recommends rotations every 7500 miles... but new set of tires alignment checked fine. No more issues. Bad tires are bad tires

Their horse department is awful. I used to come here for stuff for my horse and now all they have is stuff for dogs. If I wanted stuff for my dog Id go to pet smart! Maybe they have forgotten theyre a co op!!!

Great place to buy tires

After a flat tire on the interstate coming in to the co op in Athens was such a breath of fresh air. I have had bad experiences with the customer service and Professionalism at a competitors establishment quite recently. So when I came in at the end of the day and they not only welcomed me, but also bent over backwards to help me I was so relieved. While Mike Jaquish did not mention it I am sure they stayed over a little extra to help ensure me and my husband had everything we needed to get back on the road safely. Because my van was not with us at that time he even made arrangements for us to get the other 3 tires renewed in Sweetwater the next day, because that would be closer for me. In Sweetwater I was also treated with the same professionalism and amazing customer service as I had the day before in Athens. What a great team they have a both places!!!! WOW!!!!

Avoid this place. Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at approximately 9:30. Knowing that it is normally busy on Saturdays, my wife and I went to Sweetwater to have breakfast. Came back and noticed that my car had not been moved so I went shopping in the co-op. At about a quarter to twelve went back to the service bays and asked how much longer it was going to be. Was told that I was next in line. My wife and I went to Hobby Lobby and shopped. Came back at one. Car still hadnt been worked on. I asked for my keys and asked why my car hadnt been worked on. The counter person informed me it was because a time in hadnt been written on the paperwork that he filled out. Apparently if the morons that work there make a mistake you wont be served. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Very disappointed with this business. Will not do free rotation and balance. This cost you up to $500 more for the life of your tires. Every where else does. Highest prices on tires. Do not stand behind what they sell. Sad.
