I did not expect to purchase a 2022 Pathfinder that day but really liked my sales professional and was treated with respect and honesty from the start. No games, fair pricing, friendly people who were very helpful. The sales, finance and customer service staff at Hugh White ALL were wonderful. Great sales experience. Unfortunately, I live about an hour and a half from this dealer so I probably wont be able to get my car serviced there, but I definitely recommend giving them a call. Jacob Eing, the sales associate, was delightful and super to work with. He and the sales manager, Rusty, were helpful and honest and so I decided to purchase on the spot due to a great deal from the start. Highly recommend based on my experience.

I have gone here several times now and they always have done a great job with my vehicle. I would like for them to communicate a little bit better about the work they did and if there are any other issues I should be concerned about. Other than that, great place.

Excellent experience all around. Helped me compare vehicles and different car brands, discuss features and provided honest opinions about the pros and cons of each car I was looking at. Then ran multiple numbers to help get the financing at the level and length that I wanted. This is the third vehicle I have purchased in my life and by far this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

New-ish to town and Nissan owners, naturally we’ve made appointments for check engine lights and oil changes here a few times. Overall, we’re disappointed in the professionalism of this dealership. Dropping the car off for simple maintenance is always drawn out and confusing. No one in the shop seems to know what’s going on and this most recent time it happened again. It’s a dismissive atmosphere; they just shoo you inside to reception. Last summer we purchased a used Toyota and felt the employees behavior was rambunctious. It’s okay for camaraderie but people were shouting over the intercom and when we brought the car home and settled in, we realized it had hardly been detailed. There was money and personal belongings from the previous owner!

The recent service was a very positive one, per which all of them in the past 9 years at that facility have went very well. Matt the service manager & staff always take care of my truck as if it were their own. Matt always exhibit a true caring of my personal needs and safety upon servicing my vehicle and alerting me to any items of concern. Upon completion of recent services, Matt executed a labor rate reduction based upon maintenance related services. Thanks to on-going efforts exhibited by Matt, he has been very beneficial to me as I am retired and on a fixed income.
