I wouldnt consider myself a mechanic by no means other than, I know a thing or two about maintaining my vehicle.So knowing there is a problem with my vehicle I may not have the knowledge or experience to fix. I know that I can rely on these boys to diagnose and take the problem head on leading towards the rite direction.

I recently called to inquire about some major engine work, and get a quote for the work. The quote I received was abnormally high, just for labor. After breaking down the price of my understanding of what was quoted, the labor rate came in at $733.00/Hr. I called back to double check the price. I talked with a different gentleman who became very angry and insulting when I asked him to please look at the numbers again and re-quote because there obviously has been a mistake. the gentleman became even more angry and began to curse and told me to take my car somewhere else. The conversation ended.5 minutes later, the gentleman I talked to initially, called me back. He was very professional, apologetic and also reassuring that this type of treatment is something he does not agree with or tolerate. I also cleared up the misunderstanding of the quoted price. ($800 not $8,000)I appreciate the gentleman for calling me back and being very professional and courteous, but I told him I would not be interested in using his business.
