A few weeks ago I needed the fuel filters replaced on my truck. I was told it would be a least 2 weeks before they could get me in. Today I called to get a key and sensor for my truck. Parts confirmed they had the parts. I got voice mail for service dept to do the install/programming. 11:15 am. Its now 4:30pm and Ive been to Bob Boyd in Lancaster and the new key is made and programmed. Hugh White never did return my call. If I could give them a negative rating I sure would!!!
We had a very pleasant experience there, the salesman and the rest of the whole staff was king and courteous. We had a great buying experience and I would recommend them anyday!

They donβt really have any ideal how to run a multi location buissness I took a day off and just to get a call from them telling me they double booked for my time and couldnβt get to me so I lost 8 hrs of pay and still didnβt get my truck service done. So itβs the same at don wood must be a ram thing my truck is only 1.5 yrs old and because of the service I have got from them I am trading it in for a Chevy or ford as soon as I check in to there service department
Have to go here to get Jeep Renegade repaired, cant have Lancaster Hugh White work on it for some reason, only reason we ever go here. Pretty fast service though, nice staff. I love the waiting area, free wifi and a Lego table for the kiddos to play on while you wait.

I had the pleasure of working with one of Taylors sales team, Alec Alksnis, and it was a literally positive experience. He knew the principles of customer care and did his best before, during and after sales. Usually, dealerships care less about the customers after the vehicle is sold, but Alec spent time and resolved a warranty issue that was raised a month after I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee from their dealership. Overall, a great experience for me.

Came in to address a recall, pretty quick and painless experience. Was probably only there for 30 minutes or so and the staff seemed reasonably pleasant.
Both times my girlfriend had her oil changed they failed to correctly latch the access panel under the car. Its pretty simple, just turn the knob. They just halfass shut it I guess. She visually checked it this time to make sure it was closed before leaving. Then a few minutes later at a red light someone in another car told her there was something dragging.They also left paper floor protector in the car. Which is no big deal, just shows there poor work ethic.
Brought in my 3500 ram truck for warranty air bag replacement, and suspension recall, they clearly didnt do the work. The mud was still on the parts. Then the service manager lied about it. Refused to even look at it.
