Best Automotive shop service I have ever experienced. Kevin is amazing - kind and helpful and really makes me feel like he has my best interest in mind, something not often found in auto care. I also stumbled on Mr. Tire because I was looking for a place nearby that was open on Sundays and man am I glad I found them. I have brought my car in twice for extensive work from alignment to oil change, four new tires, and more. Both times I left feeling like I had gotten amazing value for the money I spent and feeling a distinct difference in the way my car drives. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Tire and suggest asking for Kevin because he is awesome!

These guys saved my butt. Matt and Brian helped fix my brakes really quickly so I could continue on home. Very nice service. It was very reassuring and helpful. I am happy to be on my way home now with working brakes! Worth the stop, very patient, and even showed my exactly where the problem was. The price was reasonable too. If I have car troubles in Asheville again I will stop here.

After going to a place that was supposed to be open on Saturday, but wasn’t, a nice local told us how to get to Mr. Tire. We had a flat tire that needed repair. We got there at 9:15 and were out before 10:00. Tegan was super nice, and when the mechanics could not figure out how to get the donut back in place, (it’s a Town and Country and super convoluted) they came and asked. I felt good teaching a mechanic something. This was time out of a weekend getaway and they made it very easy. Thanks for being great at your jobs.

Did do what they said they were going to so I had a 2:00 appointment set up with them didnt get my vehicle back till closing but that goes along with mechanic work I guess. Ask them to check out my wheel bearings brakes and let me know if anything was needing to be replaced they said it looked good. Went and had it looked at another shop and I do need front wheel bearings and they only inflated the tires to 25 lb and my tires are supposed to be 50 lb.

My experience at Mr. Tire was great! Kevin and Sarah were both very helpful and are such kind people. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

I was in Asheville for a quick getaway. Pulled up to the hotel and the valet noticed a significant tear in my left tire. Called around to all the tire stores first thing Monday morning. Nobody had the tire I needed, but Matt said he could get it by Tuesday late morning. We drove the car to Mr. Tire on Tuesday morning, the tire was there and they installed it promptly. Great service- extremely professional and knowledgeable and got the job done more quickly than I could have hoped for. Matt is an Ace!

The guy at the front desk was rude. He couldnt even stop eating to talk to me. I had an appointment for 10:30. They called me at 2:00 to tell me they couldnt do the work. So I didnt get any work done, I just went somewhere else. Will not be going back.

Fixed my husbands brakes last week and told us he needed rear tires (which we were aware of) but we turned them down. After looking again at the tires and going 80mph to test them we agreed they needed to happen quicker than we realized. We had a trip coming up amd they were able to help us out at the last minute. They had some tires ordered and over nighted, then placed them the next day. Thank you Kevin for your help! (red 20212 Ford Fusion) The ride is smooth and so quiet now!

Not many auto places are open on the weekends, so we were in a bit of a bind when the check engine light came on. Matt was extremely helpful and got us back on the road that day. Very friendly and informative.

Really nice service. they couldn’t help me with what i needed done but the man working inside was kind and explained my options to me. would recommend them over firestone any day of the week, but especially sunday when they’re the only 2 tire places open around here.

Matt at Mr Tire in Asheville was so helpful! We were traveling on I-40 west in heavy traffic at 4:00, hit a Pothole which gave us 2 flat tires. We called Matt, he confirmed they had tires for our vehicle and we were both hopeful AAA could get us towed to their shop before they closed at 6:30. By the grace of God we got there in time and Matt and his crew put tires on and we were on the road by 6:00 with great customer service! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I want to start off by saying wow! These guys are awesome. My husband and I were on vacation in Asheville, found out at the beginning of our trip we had a slow leak unfortunately nothing was open due to the holiday (labor day) weekend. We showed up Monday morning last day of our trip and we got right in. Kevin the manager was really great at helping us get right in and out. Got a new tire and we were on our way! Great guy to talk with by the way! As we were leaving we got two minutes up the road. Something didnt sound right, so we drove right back. Kevin walked out and asked what happened? Haha we all laughed, told him something sounded off. Well haha go us for literally picking up two more screws...we were hoping to just fix it but again needed another new tire.. Kevin, Glen, Cameron, the hubs and I just were in shock and laughed. They were all great about it helping us out once again.These guys honestly were great. Thank you guys so much for the help and laughing with us!Ps we made it home safe with no more screws. Haha

I took my car there for brake repair. The next day driving it the awful sound I heard coming from the same area was terrible. Its like nothing had been done to it. I called their office and told them what was going on. He said bring it in anytime over the weekend and they would check it out. Took it around lunch on Saturday and was going to leave it till Sunday then pick it up. The gentleman said he couldnt get to it until Monday. He wouldnt even look at me to tell me that. I drove 30 miles to have this taken care of, and nothing. I will never use them again, an I dont recommend them at all for repairs. Bad experience.

Just had to stop in for a tire fix here, they got us fixed up super quick and they were extremely nice and hospitable, 10/10 would recommend for anyone these guys rock!!

I knew I needed two new tires. They got me in really quickly. He let me know before hand, I might as well get four new ones, but said it wasnt completely necessary that day. I loved the honestly and the option to opt out If I was in a tight spot for money. They offer an amazing warranty on them as well. Definitely going back.

We got a flat tire and by the time we got the spare on it was almost 6pm. We were in Weaverville and there weren’t any tire shops open. We called Mr. Tire on Patton and asked if there was a specific time they stopped taking customers. After explaining our situation and location they said they’d be happy to help. We got there and Kevin made us feel very welcome and also helped ease some of the bad day feelings we were having with his humor and kindness. Great place to do business, tires, and automotive work. I asked them to clear an engine code, something they could of charged me for and they just came out with their computer and did it without any charge. Other places wanted to charge me 100 for it. They do all my oil changes and look for issues and let me know if theres anything to worry about. I recommend these guys theyre honest and care about their customer service. Thanks Brad!

I needed to retrieve my Nissan Pathfinder that had been sitting in Asheville for 14 months during Covid. I only had a day to drive up there, get it jumped off, get the tires pumped, and tranferered to Mr. Tire to get it roadworthy so that I could drive it back to Georgia. They really took care of me!! They dont value customers time at all !! I had an appointment on Tuesday, they called me and told me to cancel it (because they don’t have any time). Its Saturday now, Ive been here for four hours, although I was told to wait two hours and it will be ready. Its about changing tires. I dont know English well, but he looks at me like a fool (you say in Russian, Ukrainian or Romanian better, if youre so smart!). Im tired of waiting. Unfortunately I was treated that way! About distance and masks do not even talk!

Dishonest. They gave a price for the tires but failed to disclose the service charge up front. They waited till the tires were installed to inform us of the $20 per tire charge. They need to disclose the amount upfront. I will not be returning to this place. If you go here try to pay upfront so they cant sneak anything in on you.

I’ve been here many times and it always take a few extra hours for servicing. I asked them if I could come in and get my oil changed right then and they said they could get me in quickly. At least an hour goes by and my truck is untouched. I’m not privileged but I expect my time to be considered. If I need to make an appointment then let me know before I waste day light. I left without getting an oil change because I have many things I would like to do.

He took the time and went out in the rain to inspect my truck, then explained what parts I needed and why I needed them. We were getting ready to travel back to Florida from North Carolina when we noticed one of our tires had a gouge in the sidewall. We stopped by Mr. tire and had a Fantastic experience. I am sorry it took me so long to write this, but I want to say thank you Brad, the manager of this shop. I was on my way to work, got a flat and called to see if there were still open. Not only did Brad stay open till I got there but he changed my tire in good time so I was not late for my shift at the hospital. He then did the most amazing thing and told me that the whole service was free, I did not have to pay a thing. At this time nurses were facing backlash due to COVID and being kicked out of stores, so his kindness really touched me. Would recommend this shop not only for their excellent service but their immense human kindness.

We came by this shop in a pinch on a road trip in need of urgent alignment and oil change. Cat was incredibly professional and went out of her way to be helpful and offered help even beyond what we came in for. When I walked into the shop, the employee working the desk was not wearing a face mask and was arguing with a customer about why face masks are ineffective. As the line of customers progressed, he never took the opportunity to put one on. His behavior was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and in direct breach of the NC Health and Human Services face mask requirement. I ended up walking out.

Tire install and rear brakes took 2 and a half hours, and they sent me off with brand new tires 10 PSI too low. Luckily I had a gauge in the glove box and double checked. The staff was friendly though and nice to chat with while I waited.

I was visiting Asheville on vacation and had a nail puncture to my tire. I called a few tire repair shops who could not get me in. This location of Mr. Tire got me right in and quickly repaired my tire to get me back on my vacation. The location was very clean with excellent wifi. If I lived in Asheville, I would definitely make this my basic maintenance and tire shop.

Superb service. Had our tires changed last minute to go to Gatlinburg. Upon leaving I noticed a knock from our car, and was baffled as to what it was. The company had closed and locked their doors, and instead of waving us away, we were meet with a friendly service AFTER HOURS. He showed us about exhaust had failed and was against our drive shaft! He obtained a pry bar and fixed the issue himself and we were on our way to our vacation. Thank you so much for your friendly service and time! Will be coming back!!

Asked for an inexpensive set of tires for a fleet vehicle. Was told We have a great deal on these, with a buy 3 get one free sale going at $125/tire plus install. I said that sounds great. One of my coworkers went over and the bill suddenly went from $375 plus install (which was unclear but not anticipated to be crazy; theyre just tires) to $672. When I ended up talking to the guy, he said I went over this with you and you agreed to it. He didnt, and I would have gone elsewhere if I knew that they were padding install to cost almost $300 for tires... I needed the vehicle back on the road right then, or I would have felt entirely justified in telling them to keep their tires, but instead expressed some colorful commentary and paid the bill. I will never send a company or personal vehicle back that way, and I suggest you do the same and just go somewhere with a little more integrity in their billing process.

Cat is the best person to interact with and customer service. I have never had such a good experience. Been a while since I have laughed so much and had a positive experience at a tire shop!

I was a walk in client to this establishment. The guys in the shop told me there was a long wait and unfortunately I did not have the time to wait. I was needed to pick up the kids from school in a couple of hours. I explained my circumstances and they found a way to fit me in. I have new brake pads now and feel much safer. Service was amazing and the people that work here are super friendly.

Went in for an alignment and was lucky enough to get my truck in almost immediately. Barely had time to finish lunch before it was done and the alignment sheet shows a perfect job. Very satisfied. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Finally found a place that will do an oil change and not rip me off for $50. They take appointments, keep them, and do a fast job of getting you in and out. Definitely going back. Finally an honest oil change. Ive been looking for 2 years. The place that does all my car repairs wanted $50 as did snappy lube. Mr. Tire on Patton is great and has win my business.

I brought my mothers car in to get some work done (tires inspected, oil change and new brake pads) and couldnt have been happier with the service provided. Josh was courteous, professional and friendly. He was thorough and trustworthy and I would highly recommend this branch solely because of the interaction I had with him!

This place is amazing. I was driving home Saturday and apparently ran over some giant piece of metal that got lodged in my tire. I went by Mr. Tire and they were in the process of closing (it being closing time and all) and I figured they wouldnt fix my tire until they were open again, but they were awesome and changed out my tire that evening- staying late to do so! Top notch customer service!

Ive had to come to this Mr Tire in a jam a few times and they have always gone above and beyond to help out. I really appreciate their fair dealings and honest assessments. The manager Josh is very helpful and a straight shooter. Would definitely recommend.

Not recommended. Had a bad oil change experience with some slimy business practices. Told 45-1 hr for an oil change and tire rotation. Took just under 3 hrs in total, they forgot to rotate my tires (I marked to see if they actually did it) then found leaks in the tires which took another 45+ min to fix on a seemingly not too busy day. Asked for the courtesy check list sheet thats part of the service to see tire tread depth, battery life, and they forgot to do that too. Was given 3 different prices throughout my visit for a simple oil change. Also employees inside not wearing masks or any regard to decent COVID practices.The employees were nice enough and apologetic at times but it was not a good experience. Will not be returning or recommending others do.

These guys are great! They always give me an reasonable estimate and work with me on what needs to be done now and what can wait. They even picked up my car for me and dropped it off when I thought my tire pressure was low and did a free inspection of my tires. Theyre friendly and always seem happy to help and not in the fake way.

Ive been talking my cars to Brad for about 4 years now. This is the only place I trust to diagnose my car and fix it properly. Any time Ive had a car emergency Brad and staff have always had my back. I saw some reviews about cost, the cost at Clarks is slightly higher than other mechanics but not by much and I can assure all that they are 100% worth the cost. These guys do an amazing job and they speak human if youre having a crisis. Wont take my car to anyone else but Brad. Best mechanic in western NC

Traveling with our fifth wheel. Needed a new spare tire (load E). Josh, at Mr.Tire, was helpful, kind, courteous and informative. Had exactly what we needed. They took care of us in a timely manner. I would recommend this Mr Tire for your needs.

Do not use their website to schedule an appointment. You will think youve made an appointment but its just a request that no one ever confirms, so youll show up and theyll look at you wondering why youre there and tell you they have no time to get you in. Extremely frustrating!
