While coming back home during a recent vacation my family car decided to show the dreaded check engine light along with a few other warning lights.We called Import Concepts II and they said they would wait for me to get there, even though I was 30 min out, and it was 45 min until closing.Once we arrived Brandon and Tim went to work and did an in-depth diagnostic and check-up where they cleared the codes and got us on our way. They were fast and efficient and very affordable to a family traveling through.If I lived here they would be the only shop to work on my Hondas.They were also very hospitable to my family of five, three dogs and one ferret.They were awesome.

Always great service here. My 2007 Honda pilot has 335,000 miles on it thanks mostly to the good care Ted and the group have given it over the years. From oil changes to major work this is the only place I trust.

Weve been going to this repair shop with our Honda Element 2004 for years. Price is fairly decent and workmanship is exceptional. Plus theyre super nice people. Highly recommended. And they also now work on any cars.

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. I have a 2009 Fit and they are the only people that have serviced it. They are honest, trustworthy, do not try to take advantage of you and do great work. This time I was told “ we could sell you a $1,000 steering column but you really just need a new battery!” Highly recommend them

Quick to help with diagnostics. I pulled in right off the road and asked for help figuring out what a sound was with my MDX Acura. They were courteous and very helpful. They had someone ride with me within 10 minutes and give me an idea of what the problem is. I am going to have major service done with them along with replacing my timing belt spark plugs and checking for ball bearings replacement.

Ted was great. A/C needed charging and I am good to go! Great service!

I always take my 99 CR-V here for just about everything. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone with a Honda or Acura to take your car here. It can be a bit pricey, but its WELL worth it. Ive never had any problems with them or the work they do. Very honest and reliable!

Amazing place stayed past closing to help diagnose a problem that we could not figure out and didnt even make it out to be a big deal. They were honest, fair and helpful.

I came in because I was visiting on vacation and my lower shielding came loose. They fixed me up much faster than I anticipated and got me back on the road immediately. The staff were very friendly and professional!

I’ve owned Honda automobiles for almost 25 years. This place was recommended to me by some coworkers many years ago and I’ve recommended them to several others since. They’ve always been honest and have done top notch maintenance and repair work. They saved me money after I took a car to the local dealer to have a recall item repaired a few years ago. Dealership service department then gave me a laundry list of other items that they said I needed - including new brakes. I declined those repairs and promptly took it to Import Concepts. They took my car back, looked it over, and told me it needed nothing. They did this for no charge. They knew the local dealership had tried to scam me.A trusted mechanic is gold!

Havent been in a while because if you take proper care of your Honda you wont require their help very often. When I needed them they were fast, with fair prices, and I never had a problem with their work, but if a car repair shop is gonna get 5 starts from me they will have to be extraordinary, but these guys were the best in town last time I did my homework and used them on a few Accords over the years.

I have used this shop several times with excellent outcomes every time. They are thorough, fair, honest, efficient and know what they are doing. I have never once felt like they tried to upsell me unnecessary services and the prices are fair. I like it that they use OEM parts. They are the best shop I have ever used for service on my Honda and have played an important part in getting our van to a quarter million reliable miles, with likely many more to come.

Had a dead tailgate switch on my 2016 Honda HR-V. I tried calling the local Honda dealer who told me the earliest they could get me in was 2 weeks out and estimated the repair at $400. I called Import Concepts 2 and they got me in the same day, made a temporary repair so the the car was usable until the part came in. Part came to their shop over the weekend and by Monday morning, it was fixed. For HALF of what the dealer quoted me. They were extremely friendly, super helpful, and very knowledgeable.If you have a Honda that is no longer under warranty, and you are still using the dealer for service instead of these guys, you are missing out on a much more pleasant (and less expensive) experience. HIGHLY recommended.

Phenomenal service at a reasonable price from friendly, competent staff!Highly recommend. I pulled in to this Accurate and Honda service shop only an hour before their closing time on a Friday evening with an emergency repair. They saw me as quickly as possible, despite being busy, analyzed the problem efficently, explained and showed me what the issue was and repaired it in 30 min on the spot even though it was, by then, well after closing time. I couldnt speak more highly of them. Life savers!

Great experience working these guys. I explained my issues to James one of their master tech and he made recommends which help me make my final decision. Which was to replace my existing motor with a low mileage used motor. Once engine was received they were able to complete the engine swap in two days. Would recommend them to anyone in need of Honda/Acura service.

Everyone there is an expert at what they do and they are extremely friendly, even to someone like me!Do not balk at their rates - you do actually get what you pay for here. They are not the cheapest shop in town, but you should not expect that. Youre getting better service than anyone for the price.If you own a Honda, you owe it to your car and yourself to go here for everything, including basic maintenance like oil changes and tire rotation.Avoid Apple Tree at all cost.

Amazingly quick service! I had an issue with my battery, which was still being drawn on even when the car was turned off. Every morning, it had to be jump-started. The general car shop I went to first couldnt solve it, and they sent me to the dealership (saying only the dealer had access to what needed to be fixed). Apple Tree couldnt even look at my car for another 9 calendar days, so I called Import Concepts. I dropped in the next morning and explained what I was told at the other place. Ted and a couple other technicians checked out my van, and solved the problem within 5 minutes. It was a small (and inexpensive) part that needed to be replaced, and they didnt even charge me for time/labor. I feel very fortunate to find a place that wont price-gouge at every given opportunity; my wife & I have already said were going back to them for any future issues that might come up. I was driving from Jacksonville to North Carolina and my AC went out. I first took it to another shop (not this one) and they filled it with Freon but did not know how to fix the problem. They charged me 150$ for the unneeded Freon and sent me on my way after telling me they would have to take the whole car apart to fix It Then I went to Import Concepts and they were so nice and helpful. They took me in without an appointment, looked at my car and gave me honest advice that was fair. I highly recommend them!

I recently bought a used 2005 acura MDX and took it to the guys at Import Concepts for a timing belt. They did a complete and thorough check of the vehicle and made some recommendations on what needed to be done at 149k miles some of which they said could probably wait. They not only did some of the repairs, but the cost was way less than the dealers charge. It was quick, and the communication was fantastic. I appreciate the good work!

Though I didnt receive service from them, when I asked them for a quote on replacing my ignition system on my 2005 Civic Ex, they told me it was really expensive and recommended a locksmith. I wound up replacing it myself and calling the locksmith to key in my new keys and saved over $500 bucks. They really impressed me with their honesty, and I plan to do business with them in the future.

I am impressed with the service here. I had them work on my wifes MDX and my old CL. The mechanics are top notch.Update November 2019 - Dropped off the MDX for a slow battery drain, they replaced the battery and it runs like new. Theyll never overcharge you for a repair. Great folks.

Im from Vancouver, Canada and presently on a 2 month road trip. I needed a B12 service and hit a deer causing the washer tank to rupture. These guys were professional, courteous and sincere. I was impressed overall by their manner and run an excellent business.

Had excellent service from them. AC compressor was shot and had a leak in one of the hoses. Repaired my 2007 Ridgeline in a timely manner, price was reasonable. Would highly recommend them for Honda or Acura service👍

This company would not allow me to get a second diagnosis on my vehicle. They refused to tell me again what the estimate was when I told them I wanted to consult someone else. They refused to listen to my concerns. The provided terrible customer service where they didn’t recognize my needs to be sure I am getting the best service and care for my vehicle. Not to mention the person on the phone was angry with me for asking a simple question. I know car mechanics do not treat men this way. They just try to push around women who are just trying to not get ripped off.

It was finally time to have some maintenance done on my Honda. The reviews for the local dealership were pretty bad, so I went here instead. Very glad I did. They took care of my laundry list of issues quickly and efficiently. Even better, they charged way less than I was expecting. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I cant recommend them highly enough. This is the only place Im taking my car from now on.

Was it really worth it honda service center? When I walked in I asked if they were able to look up my insurance/warranty information because I thought they were connected to a dealership.I was informed that yes there would be no problem with this. Evidently I was misled because later I was slapped in the face with a bill.

I was experiencing crazy electrical issues, and brought in my car. Ted correctly diagnosed one issue without looking at the car, and then diagnosed the source - and fixed it - within 10 minutes. (Loose battery cables) No charge. A dishonest shop might have tried to sell me any number of things that I didnt need: a new cd/radio/clock module, battery, alternator. Instead, I drove home with newly tightened battery cables without dropping a dime. Thanks so much, Asheville Honda Acura Service (aka NOT the dalership)!

Our Honda Civic was having intermittent over heating problems on the way up to Asheville from Georgia and we were happy to find a mechanic that specialized on Hondas/Acuras that wasnt a dealership. Unfortunately when we brought the car in it wasnt over heating at the time so they were unable to find anything wrong. They did however check everything they could to try and figure it out. The customer service was excellent and when we need any other work done we will definitely bring our cars back.

In Bryson City on vacation, our Odyssey developed a transmission issue. These folks correctly assessed it over the phone and quickly fixed it on a Friday. I cant say enough about how accomodating they were to us.

I took my Honda Civic 2003 to check for gas smell I the car . I was told that I had to replace EVAP leaking parts and total estimate I was given $740. I took my car back for second opinion . They charge me $100 for their time . The second place I took for check up told me there is no leak in EVAP parts and it was electric fuel pump and total cost was $286 . They fixed it and no more gas smell . Asheville Honda and Acura Service is rip off .

Have had a great service there for 15 years. Both older Hondas ticking along with the help of these mechanics.

I didnt have an appointment. My car randomly broke down. I had a doctors appointment the next day. If you cancel that close to the appointment they get upset. They fixed the car, took payment over the phone, and let me pick up the phone after hours.

Poor customer service. I took my car in twice to get an issue fixed, and at the third time, they informed me we cant fix it...you will have to take it to the dealership. Attitude, service from the reps, and how they treat their customers is very poor, and overall needs much improvement. How can I trust their work on my car if their service is not up to par. Will not recommend or take my car there again.
