Speedy. Professional. Courteous. Emmanuel worked us in for a brake pad inspection and replacement short notice when we were just passing through town and heard a noise. He advised us to buy brake pads down the road to make things more affordable, and was done with service in an hour. Great advice, and kept us on our travel schedule.

Stay away from all of there locations. I’ve applied for Hendersonville rd instead they put me in Candler and I’m not happy about there work environment. The company has violated OHSA and HR policies and the workers look like they got out of Jail. I’ve almost gotten beat up by my manager who doesn’t care at all and my parents are willing to press charges on him who was going to kick my A$$. So my advice do not work there and if you experience have a bad work violation environment then call OHSA and HR and file a report on the bad behavior. I have Special needs and they don’t care for workers with special needs or other disabilities.

We came in this past Monday for an oil change. This was terribly done the worst service I have ever experienced. First I was told all my fluids would be topped off. I leave and go to a gas station because my car started to run hot, There was No Coolant put back into my vehicle. Then I was told I have coolant leaking Which there is no leak. What they did however fail to mention that the leak was Oil due to the fact my oil loan plug has been bent and I now have to have my oil pan replaced. I found out while taking my car to a dealership for a trans fluid change, I was told they ruined my oil pan and did not mention it, this could have caused engine problems and I’m an highly Dissatisfied I will definitely not recommend service here. I would demand a refund but I know somehow it wound be your “technicians” fault.

Only one guy working today and he didnt bother to tell me that when I arrived. Thirty minutes later I left without even making it into the bay. I used to love this place. They had great customer service and were expedient. Not anymore. My last two visits have been disappointing. If yall get your act together again, Ill be happy to come back.

This little hole in the wall with the oddly placed driveway has been really great to me. Oil changes are done as quickly as possible and when I brought my Jeep in for a tune up, they were good enough to tell me I didn’t need certain things done. Pricing has been affordable and staff really friendly and professional. You can also get quotes and wait times over the phone fast, before you go in (and they’ve been accurate). I like these guys.

Fast professional service. Recommend AGP for additional service. AGP could not work on our type of vehicle, but they were very helpful finding Euro Spec for us. Everyone in this town is kind and helpful!

They are a good reliable place to get an oil change. They top off all the fluids. They dont overly upsell additional services.

Worst place ever they made a clerical error which caused them to not change my oil which caused my engine to malfunction and they are now denying any wrongdoing but I have all n of their paperwork and it shows the mistake clearly in blacc and white so I am now pursuing legal actions

We were in Asheville on vacation and had stopped in thinking we needed an oil change due to our change oil light coming on 7 days after our last change. The gentleman assured us that the computer had not been reset and took care of it for us. What amazing customer service. Thank you!

I was getting oil change and asked also for tires rotated. I didnt find out couldnt rotate tires until i asked why not on my bill. Should have said before service. Was not very communicative about service.

From the moment I arrived I was greeted in a very professional manner. Today was just an inspection but they topped my oil, washer fluid, and even did a quick vacuum. Ive been having my oil changed here for about 3 years and have always had a good experience. Today Carlisle was the technician who took care of my car. Thank you Carlisle. Be back for an oil change in about a month.

I asked for a 5$ off coupon and then got charged $27 dollars over the expected charge of $36, which in my opinion is still expensive... So after he took the $27 dollars off of a $63 dollar charge. He told me if there is any problem with the refund to get in touch. Ugh, scary stuffI felt duped from the word GO... Be careful here!

Got my car car inspected in around 30-35 minutes. Staff was great and did not try to upsell me anything unnecessary. Just gave me advice, inspected my car, and filled up the fluids in my Subaru for $30 bucks. Will definitely go back.

Quick and easy inspection

Was quoted $34.95 to change oil. Told it would be a little extra for additional quart and $20 for high mileage oil. My total was $70 !!!!! My truck has had too many oil changes to count and this was far and away the most $$$$$. Then five days later the 3% oil life left indicator came on-- didnt even reset it!!!

$70 for an oil change and tire rotation? Really?

Make sure you check the cost of the oil change so that youre not surprised after the fact. Also make sure they add any upgrades that you tell them to give you the price beforehand and get your authorization.

I just went to them for an oil change on 11/25/14 at the Biltmore Forest location & they recommended several things (3 types of flushes etc based on mileage) that I couldnt afford nor felt I needed & it just seemend when I turned down those upsales the friendly customer service was lacking. Also when I drove off from Snappy Lube I found a handwritten note in my car saying Brake Lights dont work & they never mentioned that too me - pretty important one to mention. I then tried to replace by fuses & bulbs & that didnt work so then I knew my switch was out. I did call them back & they did say my fuses & bulbs were fine but that is why they left a note - but it would have been nice if they had mentioned that they already tried the fuses & bulbs & let me know in person instead of a hand written note left in the car. The customer service can be MUCH improved however I did speak with Upper Management & he was very nice & said they would try to improve on this & that Manager works at the Airport Road Location.

People working are friendly but had a barefoot crackhead walk in off the street and just stare at me trying to figure out how to rob me. Not very safe
