Tom, my salesman was very professional during the entire purchase process and at delivery where he took a-lot of time to explain to me how to work all the features on the car. Steve, the finance manager was great, he explained to me what services were offered at the end of the deal. I chose not to take any extras and Steve did not try and pressure me into buying anything! I had never driven a Genesis and was hooked on the G70 as soon as I drove out of the dealership for a test drive! Great experience buying my GV80. Joe Grafton took over the experience right when I called in and has been professional, courteous, and reasonable. When I arrived to the appointment, they were expecting me and had my GV80 waiting by the front door. I was assigned Andy Espinosa to complete the rest of the transaction with me. Although the transaction is being completed technically at a Hyundai dealership - Joe and Andy made it feel truly like a luxury car buying experience, like I was buying a Genesis. The only thing I would change about the experience was the music they were playing in the lobby. It was all country music all the time! ;-)Needless to say, I will be referring friends and family to Joe for their next Genesis!

We recently purchased the Genesis GV80. The service at Mirak is impeccable! Andy sold us our car and he went above and beyond to complete our purchase quickly. There was no pressure, he answered all of my questions and was accommodating with my requests to test drive multiple models. Given the current situation with the coronvirus pandemic, I was required to make appointments for test drives and paperwork.
