Today I was going to purchase a challenger. I was told 2500 down payment. As I filled out the application and everything going through. I called to tell them Im on my way. I was told that my down payment went up to 3400 because it look like I cant afford this car. Very discriminating. Mind you I own a business and work a regular. So dont ever say I cant afford something

I was looking - specifically for a newer Kia Soul - for my daughter and found one at DFW Car Mart we wanted to see. The lot is very small and unassuming, but the selection and quality of cars impressed us. Kenneth and Eddie were both very helpful. The experience was calm and positive. No pressure at all. Ken walked us through the buying process (which took a bit longer than expected), and even though we werent their ideal buyer - one who takes advantage of their financial services - they treated us with kindness and respect.

Ed is an honest man. He took the time to verify that each vehicle had current tags before we test drove a few cars. The cars are well cared for. He did a great job of explaining the process of purchasing a vehicle with us. We highly recommend him and his friendly staff.

By far the worst experience a human being can be put through! This dealership doesn’t even deserve the minimum one star of rating!! I clearly expressed my interest, mind you I live 3 hours away from the dealership. I have learned that at times people will do the most vile acts to gain what is in their interest, regardless of the other person’s situation. The only thing that hindered me from getting a car was inclement weather. On the downside, they waited a whole day to notify me the car was sold. Heck, the dealership received drafting instructions from my bank and I was going to put 1K down but I guess at the end of the day money is not money!! First come first serve is a survival tactic for dealers, I honestly do not blame them! I wish nothing but prosperity for this dealership, however, I hope their morality scale increases and actually consider the feelings of their customers!! I am FUMED!

Im currently leasing a 2013 Charger and Im in love with it. Ken and Ed are pretty cool straight forward people. Cars are fairly priced, very reliable, and nice. They work with all credits and repos. Just make sure you get the correct insurance for your protection and theirs.

Wish I could do no stars cars are overpriced and they get upset with you if you return it..and even though its a lease and is not supposed to show on your credit they still report payments not being made even after they have the vehicle...they can damage your credit but they cant help your credit...hope no one falls for this trap.. youll get a vehicle with no equity and the only person making money in the end is them..worst mistake ever! Not worth the money glad to give that car back!

Honest dealers! I had been searching for a vehicle and had been to numerous different dealerships who all attempted to tack on unnecessary costs (huge waste of time). These guys were strait up about the cost and the details of their cars from the beginning! They also had some really good deals.

The business here at 2020 East Division is a superb family-owned and operated company, with amazing prices on high quality, low mileage cars. I came to visit on a Monday, and both Ed and Kenneth were incredibly helpful in taking me around and showing the cars they had for sale in my price range. I was allowed to test drive the cars I had look at, as well as take them to my mechanic, who told me that the cars were in excellent operating condition and had no flaws. Everything both Ed and Kenneth told me about the cars I asked about was true. I was impressed with the upfront honesty and high quality customer service I received here while shopping at DFW Carmart, and will definitely come back to buy another car when my daughter needs one!

Went back today looking to purchase a car that I went looking at yesterday talked to Kenneth for a while about the car he told me a certain DP and around a certain amount for the payments I took his card and told him I would be back after comparing deals. I came back the next day and after waiting a half an hour for Kenneth to get there the DP went up 350.00 plus 200 more dollars in monthly payments. Plus it would end up being 4,000 more dollars than the asking price for the car. I told him the deal that he told me about yesterday and that was nothing close to it. I told him that was way too much and he didn’t even budge just let me leave. I had my boyfriend with me and the other guy said I would have to put my husband on my insurance we’re not even married and he won’t be driving my car so why would I need to add him. These people act like they don’t even want to sell any cars but I won’t beg them to spend my money. There were 3 different clients that came in while we were there and none of them left satisfied or with a car smh I would not recommend them at all.only reason I gave one star was because their cars seem pretty nice but the customer service was not there. I’ll just go to a real dealership instead.Please note that I had all of the qualifications they were looking for but they didn’t even bother to check any of that or even ask like I said they don’t want to sell cars or they just don’t appreciate particular business.

DFW Car Mart was the only one I found that was not marking up the price all because it was a buy here pay here car lot. I got a car with low miles, that is clean, and at a really good price. Called and spoke to some guy who never gave me his name. Asked questions about things that have nothing to do with buying a car. Like if our mortgage was current. He wanted $1k down and $225 every other week on a 2008 car with over 100,000 miles on it. He requires things that are none of his business. Would never buy a car from this place. If I could leave less than one star I would. Plus a new car dealership doesnt even ask for $1k down. Guess we will be going to a real car dealership.

I have bought 2 cars from dfw car mart in a matter of 4 years! I didnt have a problem with either vehicle, and i now own them both outright with title in hand! One is a 98 dodge and the other is an 07 ford! Upkeep and maintenance is definitely a must when you have a vehicle so treat your car right people! They have treated me like family from day 1 and they are always thankful for me paying my note! Go on over and see them! They will work with you!

This place will take your hard earned money. If you get a vehicle frim them, you will be leasing the vehicle not buying it. You can only buy it at the end of your lease. They only report to Trans Union. Also the insurance requirements are very high. If you try trading the vehicle in at different dealerships DFW CAR MART will tell you that these dealerships low balling you. ED is basically sucking all the equity out of the vehicle so when buy it out at end, you have a worthless vehicle. They took a 10,995 and turned it into a $26,000 vehicle. Thats their lease. Please stay away from these crooks! They are very greedy!

It was a easy process getting into the car .... BUT Ed sold me a car with problems , he reset the sensors before i pulled off the lot , told me nothing was wrong with the car , on top of him selling me a car that was filthy and once i washed it it had been hit on the passenger door and had a huge spot on the door from a bad paint job ... i pulled off the lot and less than 3 hours later my engine light popped on!!! I called him he told me i could take it to his personal mechanic and he would fix the problem this one time and if it happened again i was on my own... 2 days after paying him $1700 . I took it to his mechanic ED claimed he paid FOR THE DAMAGES to get my car back almost a week later just to find out he also reset the sensor for ed... ed scheduled my first carnote two weeks after giving him 1700 i was forced to take the car to get fixed on my own ($800) worth of damages out my pocket on a car I’ve had for a couple of weeks he won’t pay another mechanic and he tells me it’s my problem and i can bring the car back after paying $800, 600 in insurance, and 1700 dp!!! He threaten to pick the car up hes rude, Unprofessional, kept threatening to hang up on me HES FAKE AND A LIAR!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE RAGGEDY LEMONS !!!! I’m suing this company!!!!!DO NOTTT PURCHASEYES THE CAR WENT TO INSPECTION THE SAME DAY AND WAS INSPECTED BY HIS PERSONAL FRIEND HE GAVE ME A CHECK TOLD ME “HE WILL KNOW WHO YOU ARE” AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHERE I HAD TO TAKE IT ON THE NEXT STREET FOR INSPECTION!! THE MAN WHO INSPECTED ASK ME NO QUESTIONS TOLD ME TO HAVE A SEAT INSIDE AND LESS THAN 5 MINUTES LATER TOLD ME I COULD GO!!!! MY LAWYER IS WORKING ON THIS AS WE SPEAK!!!!

I highly recommend DFW Car Mart! Eddie is my favorite but Kenneth is awesome too! I bought my 2015 Nissan Altima here about three weeks ago at only 23k miles and with a complete car fax history report. I originally looked at a different model Altima but found that it was out of my price range, Eddie never once tried to pressure me into purchasing it and instead took into account me being a single mother of two and showed me others that would be more affordable for me. He offered to pay up to 30$ of oil changes and when it comes time to buy new tires gave me the name of his business partner at firestone where I could get brand new tires at a discounted price. My license plates were in in just two days ( unlike big dealers where you wait for months ), and i brought the car back a few days after purchase for a cleaning when we noticed a small scratch on the door , Eddie was so kind and went and bought a buffer to get rid of the scratch himself so I didnt leave un satisfied. I could go on but he point is you get GREAT service and a GREAT car shopping with DFW Car Mart 👍😁
