I saw a telluride as we were leaving and less than 2 hours later, Im driving home in the telluride! Rodney made it happen!! Cant say enough good things about our experience with this dealership. From the moment we were greeted by Levi we were treated like family just like advertised!!! Great experience!I went in to check out a 2022 Kia Carnival. I worked with Clinton and we were able to get a great deal on the ONE Carnival they had in stock! Clinton was knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to work with... definitely the best car buying experience Ive had so far. When it was time to head to finance, I worked with Ahmad, and again, best experience. It felt like I was talking to old friends... there was no hidden intent, they worked to get me the best deal for the money, and I left a very satisfied customer. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go see Brett!! He’s awesome and made the whole car buying experience as stress free as possible. I went to three separate dealerships to try and find a car within my budget, and Vanguard was my last stop. Brett helped make my needs happen. WOW. What a HUGE disappointment this one was. I thought y’all loved your veterans down in Texas?!!!Disabled combat vet here — purchased a 2015 Model S over the internet sight unseen. Management at Vanguard ensured me that the vehicle was in immaculate condition. SURVEY SAYSSSS that was a lie! See photo of estimate from Tesla - over $2,500 in damages that need to be fixed on the vehicle. Called and left a message with management but I’ve heard nothing but crickets…. Really can’t believe this company would leave a disabled combat veteran out to dry like this. Very sad. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not care about MILITARY AT ALL. Hey management, if you want to chat, you know my number from the voicemail I left you that you never called me back on. DISGRACEFUL.

Came to this dealership looking for a Kia Carnival 2022. They offered us with the price of 15k more than the MSRP out of the lot. Their reason was due to Covid and chip shortage. This is straight out price gouging !!We ended up buying a Kia Carnival 2022 at Moritz Kia of Hurst with 4k more than the MSRP price out of the lot.

He didn’t put any pressure on us and was accommodating to our schedule.Tonya in the service department greeted us with a huge smile on her face! I came into Kia knowing I wanted a truck but not knowing what kind or price I was looking at. Drake was incredibly attentive to helping me find a truck that was one that I would want to get and love.Although I was unable to get one today, he went the extra mile and took the time to help me figure out what I would be able to afford and prices so when I came back I would know where to start and be ready to move forward. He was friendly and made car shopping seem like I was talking to a friend and not like he was just trying to get a sale. I will definitely be coming here for my car needs and recommending anyone I know to go and see him for theirs as well.

Jada Snell was great. She was able to get me in/out in under 2hrs and also found that my vehicle had three recalls that needed to be addressed. I was able to get that done, my windshield wiper pump replaced all free due to warranties. Kia does an amazing job. I will definitely return to this location in Arlington if I need anything else done to my Kia Sportage.

If i could rate 0 stars I would, Such a unprofessional dealer I contacted back April to get my Gap and warranty removed from vehicle bought from them Receptionist (Ashton Goosby) told me at that time no paper work with my signature would be required and she would submit to cancel so I trusted her advice on this 8 week later I call to follow up and turns out nothing was submitted since they DID in fact need a signature from me on cancel forms so then ( Faisel Hossain) Advised me he would personally submit docs for me seemed pretty annoyed I was contacting them to get this done as if he could care less. Fast forward 6 more weeks i contact the Gap and Warranty company myself and they Advised NOTHING had been submitted so I submit the paper work myself this time and still call dealer to see what the excuse would be this time, I speak with ( Kyle Schilhab ) Who assures me they will CC me onto an email and expedite the cancelation which also was not done.VERY dissatisfied with this dealer and will never go back, Unprofessional and sloppy. I bet if the money from my refund that I should be getting back form April but will not due to their unprofessionalism came out of their checks they would have submitted right the first time.

I absolutely loved working with Clinton to find my new car. He was so kind, relaxed, friendly and attentive. Not only did he find the exact car that I wanted, but he also went and picked it up himself and even worked alongside the detail team to clean up the car.He made the negotiating part smooth and relaxed and I couldn’t be more happy about that. I wish every car salesman was like Clinton. Vanguard Kia should be so grateful to have Clinton on their team. He found a truck I really liked and I was ready to buy but apparently another person was working with another salesman and made a higher offer so I lost out. These jokers cant even put a drain plug back in correctly....... Thanks guys lost all my oil on the freeway doing 75. Didnt put the cover back in for the oil filter either.this place is a pure joke. ... Just got towed home.....Update: July 30th 2021- Vanguard Kia towed my car back to the dealership for inspection with the shortage of cars no loaner was available.July 28th 2021 Kia service calls and offers me a loaner and said they would do whatever it takes to fix my kia soul.....so far service is going well...... Stay tuned for updates.

Please just trust the recently low reviews. The sales manager, Mark, is horribly rude, and does not care about the customers or employees. There were 2 different employees in this location that also talked to us about how much they agree the sales manager, Mark, is terrible. He is in it for the money, and for that he will continue to lose customers and I’m sure employees. Please do not go here.Also, don’t even get me started on their ridiculous markup. Read the other recent reviews if you need more info on that.I had a death in my family and could not come this very day to get my car (THAT I ALREADY MADE A DOWN PAYMENT ON). It was my car. Said if I didn’t come today, I could not have it anymore. He only wanted me to come today, so they could have the sale in their July quota, rather than allowing me to come after the funeral, on August 1.

Ethically and morally bankrupt. The management of this company is the least professional and dishonest group I have ever dealt with. Initially, they sold us a vehicle that was no longer in their inventory by lying about it. When they had to admit that it was sent to auction, they asked us what it would take to keep us in the vehicle. When they agreed to our request, they then refused to honor the agreement. The Sales Manager, Russell Hossain, will not take our calls, will not respond to messages and doesnt have an operable voicemail. The General Manager has never responded to our messages and the receptionist stated that he will not take calls.There are so many other dealerships to try. Just stay as far away from this place and their management as you can. You will immediately regret it if you have anything go wrong.

We bought our vehicle here and love the car. The service department is hit and miss. When we bought the vehicle we were told we would have a year of maintenance services. This turned out to be only one oil change. We have continued to use the service department in order to keep constant records for our warranty. I probably would not use them if it werent for that.

Ive come here for my cars maintenance twice now. Both times here they have broken something, then tried to up sale me on anything and everything. The sales people try to make it seem like you HAVE to get what they want to sell you today and if anything breaks on your car during the maintenance it is your fault and you are responsible for paying to fix it because they will not. I cannot stress enough to stay away unless you just need something simple like wiper fluid or MAYBE an oil change.. and even then you may get a broken car.

My parents recently just leased a car from Blake. My parents are 80 years old and I have to say I am very disappointed. Before they actually traded in their current lease Blake was calling them almost everyday and was very friendly. Now that they purchased the car everything changed. My dad spent 2 days trying to contact them about his tags and was to transferred to 4 different areas and each time hung up on . He finally gave up for the day. Today their car was dead and would not start so he called Blake. Blake seemed irritated and told my dad he would just need to call service department! He also told him he probably left the light on all night. They had not even driven the car at night and had not turned it on. My dad called the service department and was told we can maybe tow it but are busy until next week. Just call roadside is what he was told. I am just frustrated because I feel like these people not only overcharged my parents for this car but now they have washed their hands with helping them after they got what they want. I realize that with the market the way it is right now cars are in a higher demand , but that does not excuse the service!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

If I could give Tony Reid 5 stars by himself I would. Tony is an awesome salesman, he’s honest and attentive to his customers needs. I didn’t purchase my car from here solely because of Kevin polite. He appraised my car at 7k when it was worth almost twice that amount. I purchased my 2021 Sorento S with sunroof in White from Central Kia of Plano. They gave me 13k for my trade. Got my payments exactly where I wanted them with no money down and 3.9% for 84 months. I truly appreciate Tony for trying to work the deal but Kevin ultimately stood in the way. I feel like he thought I was a clueless woman but I’ve done this 7 times and never got a poor deal I wasn’t about to let Kevin mess up my 7-0 record. Sorry Vanguard Kia!

We purchased a new 2022 Kia Sportage on 7/13/21 and paid for a spare tire for the vehicle that day at the parts department. We were told they didnt have any but that it would be in the following Saturday and someone would call us. A couple of weeks passed and we finally called the parts department only to be told that the spare tire was on back order. We were assured that someone would call us when it was in. Several weeks later we called back and were told that the spare tire was in stock and that we could come by any time to have it installed. On Saturday, 8/28/21, we went to have the tire installed around 8:30 in the morning. I went to the parts department to find no one manning the counter. I stood for several minutes as a couple of people passed by a doorway leading back into the parts room but I wasnt acknowledged. There was a bell on the counter so I rang it and waited several minutes. Nothing. I rang it again and finally an older gentleman came to the counter. I told him that I was there to get the spare tire we had paid for installed and gave him the receipt. He looked at it and made a snarky comment about 7/13, the date we purchased the vehicle, as if to wonder aloud why we had waited so long. He disappeared into the back room and after a few minutes came out and told me it would take 10 or 15 minutes to put it together. Finally he appeared with another parts person and said where are you?. I took him to the vehicle and he and the other gentleman got it installed. The parts department was busy which you would expect on a Saturday but I felt like I was inconveniencing this man and he was basically rude. This was our first experience with the parts department and will likely be our last if we can help it. We gave the dealership a perfect rating after the sale but I wouldnt do that now given how rudely and disrespectfully we were treated.

DO NOT BUY THE CAR THIS DEALERI bought a car from this dealer last January for my daughter. My wife and I clearly remember when they showed the car, it had running boards and lights underneath it. My daughter does not live with us so we did not know it was taken out until we checked the car again 5 months later. As soon as I found out, I called the sales person and explained what happened once. Its been 2 weeks and he has not returned any of my calls.1) In my recollection, the paperwork process took a very long time. (over 4 hours leading into almost midnight that night) I dont doubt that they removed the running boards during that time.2) My wife has driven the car a couple times and she noticed the inconvenience of getting in and out of the car since we drove off the lot.3) I already contacted and reported and complaint kia HQ customer service( contact person:Lisa ,employee ID:27123) report c# :142709654) I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM VANGUARD KIA of Arlington. This dealership is dishonest and scams. We never could have imagined that they would take the running board. My whole car buying experience was stressful and horrible, Im exhausted from dealing with them. Only person who was helpful was Ed in finance. BUT, he did sell me a Warranty that is pretty much useless as it only covers electronics. He did not disclose this and stated that if anything went wrong with the car its covered. Now that being said before I signed for this vehicle I found the front shocks were leaking and causing a rough ride. They stated they would pay to have it repaired at my convenience as I live 6 hrs away. Less that 3 days later Im back home and took the car to a local dealership for repairs. The oil cooler lines are also leaking and need to be replaced. They informed me the so called warranty didnt cover the lines which is how I found out it only covered electronics. I will change my review once this is settled and taken care.UPDATE: Was able to get the warranty canceled and Hillary helped me get my car repaired. Vanguard kept their promise and now have a happy customer.

My Salesman Darius Hart was Awesome he made my experience Fast and Hassle Free. I was not looking to buy a car that day but it was so easy and worry free . We did most of my purchasing over the phone, so when I got to the dealership all I had to do was test drive my vehicle and sign the paper work. Not Only did I purchase 1 vehicle that day I purchased 2 . I bought a 2020 Kia Sorento for myself and 2020 Kia Forte for My Daughter who is Graduating from College this year so it made for a wonderful gift. Want buyers to be alert & aware - things started out very nicely until we said we wanted to think things over - they were so high pressure - sales & finance associates followed us to our car trying to get us back in the showroom! We hadnt even left the parking lot & Kevin Polite was calling us on the phone - the sales associate Tony was texting me as well! We were there nearly 3 hours! After researching, we realized they were giving us a low trade in value for our cars & they added nearly $3000 to the sticker price of the car! My husband called Kevin back & has yet to receive a return call! Not an honest company!

I understand theres a shortage and dealerships have very limited supply in cars at the moment, but there are other dealerships out there who arent trying to just profit on profit by charging 10k over MSRP. Leaves a pretty bad taste about how this dealership wants to conduct business when the whole country is having a hard time. Luckily, Im in no rush and can wait and work with a dealership who wants to work with me and not overcharge. I can only imagine other customers who arent lucky enough to be in a situation like me.

I went there this morning to look at a Kia Forte GT. I called before I left, to make sure the car was still there. I was told that it was. When I got there, I was told that the car was not there, and that it was in Dallas, and would be put on a truck and transitioned to Arlington. I was given no time frame. My personal opinion is that the car was probably sold long ago, and that this was some sort of bait and switch tactic. I wasted my time, and gas to ride approximately 20 miles for nothing. I wasnt even offered an apology.

My wife and son went in after a sales rep had told her and myself earlier in the day for her to go back in and they would have her in and out just needed her signature on the paperwork. Sales rep leaves my wife at his desk for over an hour to help another customer. So she ended up being there for over 3 hours. Her and my son both needed to get up early the next morning but they care about that. Would I go back again maybe but I wouldnt deal with that sales rep.

We bought a used Nissan truck from vanguard. We were promised a new set of matching tires for it. When we went to have them one tire was different .not what we were promised at all. My husband had several talks with the service manager. He just would not budge on this. We ended up having to spend 170.00 on a tire to match . Very disappointed. They seemed very nice and just really disappointed that we were treated this way my issues has been resolved. Everything is fine now. If you have any problems contact Hillary.she really gets things taken care of .they are lucky to have such a great employee.

Buyer beware!!!!The sales process is simple and painless, the sales guy will show you vehicles that you want to look at, he will then work with finance to get you pre-approved. This part of the process was great.Now for the last part of the process. After you finish with the sales guy, he will take you to the finance department to complete the transaction. The finance department at any dealership will offer optional upgrades like gap insurance and other things. I got hit hard here, because the finance department would not give me real numbers, they kept giving me bad numbers and making me feel like I wouldn’t get the car unless I bought a lot of upgrades. The comparison the sales guy gave me was a $20 difference between the “optional” and “required” things. This isn’t true, I walked out spending over $7,000 in unwanted upgrades, the equivalent to $120 per month in a car note!I didn’t know this until after I signed into my finance account after getting the loan and looking to see how much was financed. I actually want a refund for everything I was told was required because of the tactics that were used, this is unfair business practices. I believe the finance officer should be fired and the business should be prosecuted.

These dealership just operates very slimy. I did all my work online, or over the phone. Each person I dealt with wanted me to come in, which I was never going to do until I felt we completed a deal since I live 2 hours away. Over 3 days I was given 3 different prices for the same vehicle all thousands of dollars different from each other, AND they were all at least 10k over the listed online price and MSRP. Would not recommend anyone to go who values their time.

Whatever you do don’t let them do your financing. I purchased a car in January and they tacked on a warranty and financed me for 72 months when I agreed to terms for 60 and declined the warranty. When I got the paperwork and realized what they had done I called and threw a fit. The guy didn’t even deny what he had done and told me he would cancel the warranty. That was January 19th. In March I called to check and they claimed it had never been cancelled. So I drove an hour and a half and signed paperwork to have it cancelled. In June my finance company still didn’t have the check so I called again. They said they had accidentally sent it to the wrong place and would send it out that day. In august it still hadn’t been sent so I called again and they told me the same thing they told me in June. It’s now September and they still haven’t sent the check and now I can’t get anyone on the phone. Faisal, Russel and Melanie in their finance department are total scam artist and are not to be trusted. I’m paying for the warranty and interest on it and it’s not something I agreed to!!! Beware when visiting this dealership. I’ve waited to post this review because I had hoped they were going to do the right thing, but at this point it’s obvious they are not.

We went today to purchased a car. After purchasing the car the salesman stop caring. They promise to give us the car clean and tank full but it was not. It took longer than expected as I left my daughter there. She just turned 18 but instead of guiding it was all about the sale. Once they sold the car the courtesy in some aspects disappeared

Seemed to be helpful at first, pretty good experience dealing with the salesman. I was told the car would be cleaned before we drove off the lot, got it home and there were crumbs all over the back. I should have checked before leaving but I figured a dealership wold at least vacuum a car they are selling. Was not given an invoice before leaving, had to call the dealership to get one. I was told they would send it immediately but never received it. I had to call again and speak to a different agent (not the one who helped us when buying the car) to get my invoice, surprise! There was 4500 dollar charge for a policy we did NOT agree to. I feel a little taken advantage of, they did cancel the policy for me very easily though.

I came into the dealership because it used to be Patterson Kia, where I had previously bought a truck. I was in a really bad place and needed someone to help me get into a vehicle that would cost me less every month. I wish I could remember the guy who sold me this car, because he used really manipulative tactics on someone who was in an emotionally vulnerable place. I now am paying off a loan over 10k more than what the car is worth. He did not educate me that he was rolling over 8k from my truck loan into this new car loan. I would never have purchased the vehicle if I understood that. Yes theres some ignorance on my part, but I truly feel like I was taken advantage of. It doesnt help that soon after, COVID hit and I didnt even drive the new car much for a year. Its just a mess. I am paying $500 a month for a Kia Soul LOL - I could be driving a Mercedes for that amount. I will warn everyone of the predatory tactics here. Theres always the stereotype that car salesman have no integrity and my experience proved this is correct. I wish Anthony from Patterson Kia still worked there because he helped me get a truck for a great price when I first purchased from them. Nothing I can do now except hope that I come into some cash and can pay a chunk of this off and sell it!!!

We test drove the Kia Seltos on Friday. We are truly saddened and shocked at the Vanguard of Arlington business practices. We understand the car market is unusual right now but no one should be offered a price on a car and allowed to negotiate for 2 HOURS only to have that price not honored. We were negotiating in good faith for a vehicle that we truly intended to purchase. For some reason, perhaps because they had another buyer and were more interested in selling to them than the people sitting in their office, the management team decided to ignore the purchase price we had been quoted (which was $3000 OVER MSRP) and let us know that we were not important customers to them. But if they didnt sell the car to someone better the next day they would let us know.Just because you CAN do business like that doesnt mean you SHOULD.

Came to look at pre-loved vehicles with my baby sister and we were immediately followed by a very hostile salesman who had a lot of negative things to say about used cars, our budget and us. Even after pointing out someone who could help us he continued to stand there (mind you with no mask or regard for social distancing). Once we were able to shake him off there was no point in giving money to a company that doesn’t value potential customers. I made a complaint with a man I was told was the manager, who assured us that they do not conduct business that way and that he would talk to the man we were harassed by. I’m writing this review to warn others of the nasty behavior you might be met with and to see if an update can be provided on how that “talk” went.

This is our first Kia vehicle, WOW ! The Telluride is so far ahead of similar sized SUVs in the midsized SUV segment. The features are amazing for the price. Our experience with Vanguard Kia was equally impressive as well. I had chance to meet one of their Sales Consultants via phone initially, Larry McNeal. We spoke briefly on the phone and set up a time to meet at the showroom the next day. Mr. McNeal was very helpful, honest, patient and willing to let me take a few SUVs to our home to give my wife a look without having to drag her into the showroom. If youre in the market for a great SUV and prefer to speak with someone without being pressured into a purchase, then consider Vanguard Kia.

Dont even know where to start, 1) Took a day off work and drove 1hr to the dealership for an oil change)2 Vehicle in for my first free oil change . 3) 2 hrs later,vehicle comes was told it was washed, looked wet , water on it , but also I have never seen a bad carwash till now ,no one scrubed it , looked like the mechanic did the front-end cause it had oil smeared on hood and front fenders. Oh by the way no managers could respond my call..MAKES ME WONDER IF MY WIFES CAR IS SAFE TO OPERATE.. got a response..guess I need to take another day off ,drive an hour for another greasy wash job..
